Please buy elsewhere or go to your trusted mechanic for inspection before purchasing! Where do I begin? Maybe with the dangerous vehicle that they sold me? The fact that my floor mats were missing and I didn't notice till I got home. I called to report it and was told they were gonna look around and get back to me and never did. They also jacked up the price on my contract by telling me the car came with auto theft service and telling me that it can't be removed. The fact that they sold me a car that had a $18,000 sticker price on the lot only to go home and find the same car listed on their website for 15 grand? I let this all go but what is Worst of all is the danger they put me any my son in by selling me a car that had a wire connected to jimmy the blown main fuse. This was only discovered yesterday when my car wouldnt start and was completely lifeless. I had the car towed to a mechanic, they suspected a blown fuse, but when they opened the fuse box cover, they seen that the fuse had been jumped by a wire which had overheated and caught on fire. How did the dealer so a full inspection and not notice this?. See a video picture here of what was found in my fuse box. I purchased a car and ask for the total amount, When I'm signing the contract they add the theft protection and the etch and when I ask about it the agent told it comes with it! So to make my time won't wasted I signed it. And when I got home I read the contract I have to pay for made mistake coz I didn't bring my sunglasses so I can read it carefully, I trust them which is a big mistake! Had a great experience with Katrina. She was very honest and super helpful. She did not try to high pressure the sale, and I feel I got a fair deal from her. The rest of the shop isn't as great. They try to pressure you into the add-ons at thousands of dollars, but you have to just stay strong and tell them no. They will do the typical deal of coming down in price, and asking if you can do "this" then say it's only $25 more a month. None of the add-ons are necessary, and we agreed on a price after realizing I wasn't budging on the add-ons. The total sale took just under 3 hours in and out with a test drive and financing. Definitely ask for Katrina and you will have a good experience. read more

​My experience with Karplus was extremely negative and left me feeling deceived. ​I visited the dealership to purchase a Ram 1500. The process was standard until I reached the final finance office. At that stage, I discovered a non-negotiable charge for a "Theft Protection Program" that was added to the final purchase agreement.​ The truck oil life was at 0%, this is a massive safety oversight and shows a complete lack of vehicle prep. I immediately paid $700 for necessary engine, transmission, and differential fluid changes. When I brought the $700 invoice to them, they would only refund $350. I too was a victim of the bait and switch. Dealer charges a $2,000 mandatory add on's that nobody asked for. Online price is not the real price. Nobody ever calls back when they say they would. I was first greeted by Elizabeth on the lot. She seemed nice and friendly. The car we were looking at had a sticker valued of $13,900, but she told me the dealership would honor the price that was on Carfax, which was $11,300. They ended up charging me $12,500. Plus other optional add-ons that they claimed were already included. They ended up financing $15,900K! They have a good selection on cars, but you must must must read the contract thoroughly!!! I didn't have my glasses with me and Orlando (the finance guy) quickly read what was on the screen. Everything is done on an ipad. I just read a bunch of their reviews this morning and I wish I had read them before stepping foot on their lot. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited. They are known for bait and switch and adding unnecessary optional add-ons. I mentioned to them that my coworker is in the market for a used truck. Elizabeth gave me her car so I could refer her to them. But after all this, it's going to be a hard pass and a hell to the NO. Good luck out there. read more

Careful! I bought a car in April .Super sketchy dealership, very pushy finance department. Big bald guy refused to give back my ID. High interest rates from their roach banks. They don't accept pre approvals from other banks. Sales man was cool, honestly josh was one of the only reasons I bought the car and the fact that no one else had the spec I want. Ended up buying the car but refinancing right away, went from (17% to 6% with the same credit). I recommend being very careful!! read more

I was so excited when I first got here. Liz was a big help, got me in a car I was excited to purchase. Once we start talking numbers, I find out that they want to sell the car for $6k more than what was listed on CarGurus and the Carfax. They kept saying they were losing money selling it to me at the CarGurus price and, as a result, required me to pay an extra $2100 toward an add-on feature. After making me wait 30 minutes after saying I refused the add-on, they let me know they can "only" take off $200 of the extra $2100. Suffice it to say my time was wasted (3 hours).
