this guys is a lier, i can share all of my screenshot, please do not buy any cars from this old…read morelier. i brought a 2016 ford focus from this guys in the mid of september. first. when i buy the car, this guy told me he doesn't have the title in hand, and will mail the title to me within few days. i brought the car in the mid of september, then my title never arrives, then i asked him. he told me he didn't do anything wrong, it's the dmv' s fault. later I realized he never ask dmv to do title transfer, which means he was supposed to transfer the title within 15 days after purchase and he failed to do that!!!!!!!!!!!! no apologized and nothing . Another severe problem : he actually sold me defective car. i have to replace the ford focus batter in the mid of october. i thought it's normal since the car is 8 years old. but later, i just find out the car regularly lose battery, and it wont start anymore, i would have to jump start it a few time at first. RIGHT NOW THIS FUCKING CAR DOESNT START ANYMORE EVEN WITH A JUMP START. and i spend $350 dollars for the battery in the mid of october, and right now. I have to replace the battery again or my car doesn't start at all. i would have to pay like additional 2-3k to fix the car. I WILL ALSO REPORT HIM TO BBB AND ALL OTHER AGENCY AND PLATFORM. I WOULD ALSO SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE FROM LAYWER. SHITTY BUSINESS SHOULD NEVER EXIST!!!!!!!!!!! If you guys ever want to get a car or truck or something luxurious from this place, make sure to bring a mechanic with you to make sure everything they're saying is factual, they did tell me that my SUV has been lying around for a little bit. Some of these corner shops will do anything they can to sell you a vehicle, but they will not truly inspect to see if anything is wrong, for anyone wanting to get a vehicle, go to an actual dealership, I will say, though that they were very nice, but are they 100% trustable? To be brutally honest, no.

When I got the car back , the same thing kept happening. I took it to a mechanic and he said the engine motors are bad. I took it back to the dealer and they kept my car for another week. The problem was fixed but when I got my car back there was a racial slurs on the back of my car. Here we are two and a half months later , and guess what ...the vibration is back which means they just did a half assed job. I am so tired of dishonest mechanics and dealers.
