I found a 2019 Lexus GX 460 advertised on AutoTrader and also shown through my PenFed Credit Union vehicle-shopping/financing portal. The online listing showed the vehicle as silver with a black interior, with photographs that gave the impression of a completely different vehicle and condition. I drove to the dealership personally to see the vehicle. What I found was not what was advertised. The actual vehicle was white with a tan interior, and it had major scratches and visible evidence of previous accident damage that was not accurately represented by the listing photographs. The photographs appeared to me to be AI-generated or digitally altered, because they did not accurately represent the actual vehicle sitting at the dealership. I am keeping screenshots and documentation of the AutoTrader and PenFed listings as evidence of what was advertised. The salesperson I dealt with was Rich Chain. This was not a minor difference in appearance. The exterior color, interior color, photographs, and condition of the vehicle were materially different from what I was led to believe before making the trip to the dealership. Consumers deserve accurate photographs and truthful vehicle descriptions, especially when they are making financing and purchasing decisions based on an online listing. Take screenshots before visiting this dealership and independently verify that the vehicle you're being shown is actually the vehicle in the advertisement. My experience was that the online representation did not match reality. I would not rely on this listing or dealership without personally verifying every detail. Do not buy from this dealer!!!!

She says no this car is still available I hung up on her Finally I get the pink slip to my car and certificate for $ amount to purchase a new car. But was told earlier I need to put $3,000 down to buy a car while my certificate says no money down. I ignore this and get a call this past weekend again to pay $3,000 bring up the certificate clearly in writing says no money down and can walk out with a car I was looking at in the first place that is in the price range of the certificate but this person on the phone is SAYING otherwise. And now this is a 4th person calling and talking to us none of these employees communicate with one another and just pick up the phone and call without doing research and embarrassing themselves
