I did a LOT of research on exactly what I wanted in a car before test driving anything and I found a 2013 Mazda 3 in my price range at AA Certified. I contacted Anthony and was able to test drive the car with my boyfriend that same day. Anthony was very open and honest, (NOT a sleazy used car salesman, you know what I mean) and did not pressure me into buying anything. Being a natural skeptic of these kinds of situations, I grilled him with questions and he answered all of them with a calm, collected attitude. He gave me a couple days to think about the car and was frequently available to call for questions, and if he didn't answer the phone right away, he always called back in a timely manner. When I decided I wanted the car, Anthony worked with me every step of the way, helped with financing, and even helped take my previous car off my hands as a trade-in. It was a very smooth, surpringly easy process which I am really grateful for. There were a couple of recalls that Hyundai dealership needed to fix . He told me that they were fixed. I took his word for it but I decided to check for myself anyway and it was true. Mu can not tell you how disappointed I was with my purchase here. No warranty on anything for any reason, 30 days after I bought the car I had to rebuild the transmission. I called to see if they could at least help me get a cheap repair or something for my troubles. Nope, Andre just put me in with the "bad cop" of the team who said I was SOL and they would help me. Had a fantastic experience! Anthony was very responsive even on his time off during his holiday week off. Because of them I was able to get a beautiful mustang with low milage, like all the other cars on their lot. The automatically give you a 30 day warranty which is a plus. The process took a bit longer because it was just after new years but it was a great experience overall. If you want a great car at a great price this is the place. I was a little weary at first, but Aram was a fantastic guy. He wants to make money on a sale and have no headaches after from selling you a crappy car. I did a ton of research on the exact prius I wanted to purchase (about a years worth) before I actually decided to pull the trigger. I emailed and he quickly responded. We talked money and met somewhere that made both of us happy. The car is very clean. It is in great mechanical shape. It had one small problem (a broke visor) and he even followed up the next day with a link where I could purchase one for cheap. I would highly recommend checking him out for a vehicle around 100k miles. His prices are right and he really takes care of the cars he gets in. Can I tell you, this is the best used car dealer ship in the valley!!! I knew what kind of car I wanted, and what the going rate was. They were right in the range. I went to 2 other dealerships in North Hills and North Hollywood, before stopping here, for the same exact car, The other 2 dealerships, put a little "lipstick" on the car they looked used and abused. What set AA Certified apart, is when you arrive, they instantly greet you and want to know what you are shopping for. I had my daughter with me, and she had to use the restroom. They let her right away. And ladies the restroom was clean!!!! The cars are clean, appealing and ready to drive. Love this place. Who walks out a buyer with $4k down payment and ready to buy? Only Andre the salesman here in this small quant hidden dealership. I called him the night before that I will show up and was interested in one of their cars the 2006 Chevrolet HHR LS which is asking price $7450 . So the next morning I called again and talked to Andre that I was coming. So when I went there , the car was buried all the way in the pit. And mind you their lot is really small. So I waited til they move a few cars, no worries I have patience because I used to sell cars myself :) so test drove it , liked it and I was very open to him that I sold cars for 9 years. Have a trade in, 99 buick regal he was giving me $1500 for it , I ask for $2k no go , I ask for $500 to lower the price in the car no go. So $1500 trade , payment will be $214 for 36 months on 7.9 Apr. I said no, what if you add another $2 k how much is the payments? Then, he said $151 a month, so while looking around at the table while he was crunching some numbers, there was this two piece of paper laying down in front at the left side of me. I grab it , and what do you know it's their whole inventory cost and their retail price. Everything was there so am finding out that the car I was buying they are in for $5600 and he won't lower it or even wink to make a deal. I got up and told him he really doesn't want to sell a car! He then got up, but before he walked me out he started mocking me on my credit score which is not bad it is fair , all my bills are paid on time. And started telling me , that he'd work with me saying giving me the $2k for my trade. But I have to wait for the bank to be open by monday! Lol he just lose a deal! Walked me out by saying I wasn't being fair to him. You don't leave any inventory cost around and in front of your customers specially if they know how to read them . Andre you have no idea on how to sell cars. You were rude and obnoxious! You don't mock your customers on their credit scores just to save your ass, because you got caught! I was on the market for a Civic, I came across one that AA Certified had for sale. When I went to look at the car, I noticed the car had a tear inside. This of course kept me from purchasing the car the day that I went to look at it. Anthony was able to work out a deal for me he offered to have the tear fixed without raising the price of the car by a substantial amount. He was able to find a person who would fix the tear without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Anthony was very helpful. A few weeks after the initial purchase of the car I noticed that the air bag light was on. I contacted Anthony to obtain the Carfax. Anthony not only sent me the Carfax but even offered to have the air bag repaired (I didn't purchase warranty from AA Certified). It's hard to come by people you can trust nowadays. They make it seem like they're nice people and your getting a good deal right from the get go. I bought the car and on the way home a light turned on right away. Two weeks later the check engine light came on with a $250 dollar part that needed to be replaced not including the labor costs. I messaged him right away about what happened but of course no response. He replied super quick before but when about a problem the car had just from two weeks off his lot of course he wouldn't reply not his problem anymore. When you buy a new car you don't expect things to go wrong with it from just a couple weeks from having it. Be careful with these people they seem like very nice guys but sell cars with problems. read more
