Because this model is quite rare, I was happy to skip the haggling and agreed to pay TSRP plus tax and registration in cash. I placed a deposit while the vehicle was still being built to reserve it. When the car arrived three months later, the experience became a bit of a marathon. Like most dealerships, there was a heavy push for add-on maintenance plans--which would have added an extra $12,000 to the out-the-door price--and I was surprised to see a sudden markup added on top of the TSRP. Since I had waited three months and other dealers were offering the same vehicle at TSRP, I found this frustrating. However, after some firm discussion, the team did the right thing: they removed the markup and honored our original agreed-upon price. Even though I was paying cash and hoped to be in and out in two hours, I ended up being there for nearly five. Dealing with the surprise markup and the finance office wasn't the most pleasant part of the day, but I truly appreciate that Toyota of Hollywood ultimately stood by their word and honored our agreement. Despite the hurdles in the finance office, I am very happy with my purchase and would conduct business here again. If you're looking for a specific ride, go see Gia--she's excellent!

Be careful, they WASTE your time…read more They call to make appointment for maintenance for your leased car - ensure that it's free of charge and is covered by Toyota. You show up they tell you free maintenance was for changing tires. Material misrepresentation- aka SCAM! Employees super slow and clearly hate their jobs and only do it until they find something better. I'll take my car to any small business for maintenance if I have to pay. Thank you.

I've…read morebeen a Beverly Hills BMW Service Center customer for years and have always had positive experiences -- I even sent unsolicited compliments about their service advisor Justin Young just a few months ago. Always enjoyed going. This time was different. The seat belt restraint guide on my 2022 BMW 430i snapped off its track under normal use at just 15,000 miles (a third of the typical miles for a car this age). A safety-critical component failing this early is not acceptable, and I requested a goodwill repair review. Beverly Hills BMW declined without ever inspecting the vehicle or the part, and without asking a single question about mileage or usage. I escalated to BMW North America, who were responsive and professional. A corporate representative specifically requested that Beverly Hills BMW inspect the car and consider a goodwill repair. They had me come in. One person leaned into the car briefly and that was it. No real inspection, no discussion, no consideration. It was lip service -- going through the motions to technically honor BMW corporate's request with zero intention of actually doing the right thing. A safety restraint component failing at 15,000 miles on a 4-year-old car should never be dismissed this casually. I can only imagine their backpedaling qualifiers when they read this review. The lack of good faith here -- especially after BMW North America intervened and my consistent unsolicited online praise of their service in the past -- speaks for itself.
