My husband and I bought a very good used Honda Accord at a very fair price. They are very different from traditional dealerships- they are a small operation with none of the salesman BS. They are straightforward, honest and very low pressure. What really sold me on their dealership is that they offered to take the car to our own mechanic for peace of mind. At other, bigger dealerships, the salespeople balked when we said we wanted to get the car inspected by a third-party. Here, they suggested it first and I loved their transparency. We took it to a local mechanic who gave it a clean bill of health. The location is a bit unorthodox. It is in an industrial area set back from the street. We actually had trouble finding it because we were expecting the usual flashy, large signage of traditional dealership. There was only a small sign for the small garage and office space. At first, I wondered if this place was legit because it was so small and so hidden. But, it is a great, straightforward business. They specialize in intensely expensive exotic cars but do some trade in boring but reliable cars like my new Honda. I much preferred doing business here than at the large Honda dealerships. read more

When I first came to the UNIQUE AUTO I noticed that they had a small lot with a small office, which sort of gave me a an uneasy feeling at first, but that all went away when I started looking at their cars. All the cars seemed to be in great pristine condition. One thing I'd like to mention about myself is that I absolutely hate dealing with car salesman and the schemes they try and pull to sell you a car. At UNIQUE AUTO, I didn't feel pressured or feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I truly felt like they took care of me and gave me a very reasonable price for my CLS 550 . They had even promised to buff out a few scratches that I had noticed and go the extra mile to get it completely detailed free of charge the following week that I bought it. They showed me the Carfax and history of the car just to give me piece of mind that it was in fact a one owner car. From my experience, I don't believe they are a step below 5 stars due to the professionalism, attention to detail, and truthfulness that I encountered. For me to have the ability to drive off of their lot with a smile to ear to ear knowing that the deal that I had just received would go unmatched, was a very good feeling! Let me start of by saying that these guys are honestly the best in the business. I am so pleased with the service that was provided. My parents had previously gone to a local bmw dealer and leased a car for me, and unfortunately they had gotten one of the worst deals. I was paying far too much then what I should have. I couldn't continue making my payments and was referred by a friend to bring my car over to Unique Auto. They were so informative of all possible options, they even offered to buy the car for me! Long story short, they helped me get out of a horrible lease. I was left without a car, and I needed to get to work and school. This time around I was aiming for something still in the luxury category but in a much more affordable rate. I didn't think it could be done but they proved me wrong! Hayk & Gevik both provided the most astonishing service. I have people asking for their brokerage information on a daily basis. I really cant emphasize enough of how happy I am with my decision. Not to mention that their office is not crowded like others, they set appointments, and really spend a great deal of time explaining everything, and walking threw the entire process with you. Just to see if they were really providing a great deal, I walked into the Infiniti dealer myself and asked for my exact car, exact package, and they provided me with a monthly deal of an additional hundred dollars to what Unique provided. My jaw dropped, and I went running back to Unique and sealed the deal. Some brokers will quote a price on one thing and provide a completely different car, but that wasn't the case. I got what I asked for, at a better price then expected. My friends, family, coworkers have all been going to them ever since and havnt had one complaint! So Happy! I love my car!!!!!!!! What can I say - these guys are all about great service. If you know anything about Mercedes G-Class wagons and have been in the market for one, then know that finding these vehicles top quality pre-owned are very difficult. Being someone that lives in an area that has very few to chose from, it was very important that I find a dealer that had a few options on hand. And that is an understatement for these guys. I worked ahead of time with Mike (awesome guy) who secured and approved everything for me over the phone prior to my trip to Burbank. He also figured out how to offer me the highest bid on my trade-in value which made things easier. We scheduled my pickup and he cleared his teams schedule for me to come in and finalize my vehicle selection so they could do any custom finishes I requested. It was all down to me finding the one, and I can definitely confirm that Unique Auto Brokerage has a very large inventory on hand of high class G-Wagon's and more -- I was like a kid in a candy store. The entire team is all about customer service, satisfaction, trying to do whatever necessary to make sure I left happy.
