He found the cars in the trim levels I wanted, and once I decided on the one I wanted at a monthly payment and down payment that worked for me, he took care of everything. He was able to get me out of it early, saving me my final payment, the lease turn-in fee, and some repairs I would have been responsible for at turn-in. He also found that I had positive equity in the car--something I honestly never would have thought to look for on my own. I spent the next couple weeks searching for a more suitable car. After wasting many hours of my life totaling up to two full weekend days, I learned that most everything the sales people tell you is a lie. I decided to check Yelp. I saw many recommendations for Mannal at Studio Motors, so I reached out. After just a couple of quick emails about my situation, he was off to the races searching for an appropriate car. Within just a couple of days, he had found the exact car I wanted, with the amenities, and even the colour. He also helped me locate a buyer for my Jeep, so I did not have to drive to another dealership. Honestly, at first I felt like something had to be wrong just because this process was so much better than every other dealership and car salesperson I had experienced. But it turns out, Mannal and his crew just know to treat customers. I would gladly recommend Mannal and Studio Motors to anyone who hates the headaches that come with Car Dealerships and their employees.
