Late last week, I was in the market to turn in my existing lease and start a new one. I had very specific criteria--year, make, model, trim, and budget. The team at DAV Executive Auto Group presented several options, and I ended up getting a car that exceeded my requirements while staying within my budget. Not only that, the entire process was seamless. It took less than 30 minutes of my time, instead of the hours it typically takes at a dealership. The team delivered my new car along with the documents that needed to be signed, and they picked up the vehicle I was turning in. This was my sixth lease renewal with the manufacturer and my first time working with DAV Executive Auto Group. I have to say, this has been by far the most pleasant, seamless, and least time‑consuming experience I've had, BY FAR!!! The team handled everything on the backend--my only tasks were choosing the vehicle and completing a few sections of a two‑page credit app. Within a few hours, my new car and all the necessary documents were waiting in my garage. Just leased my 3rd Audi (5th car I think?) via DAV Auto and once again, it was painless and stress free. I remember as a teenager going to the dealership with my Father and being there ALL DAY staring at the car of my dreams while my dad and the salesman negotiated. (we didnt have cell phones back then in the stone ages to keep us busy) After 10 hours of loitering in the dealer ship gift shop section, I would consider just getting a bus pass and living a life of public transportation just to get out of that stressful & boring situation. By the time I got the keys to my new car , I was tired, hungry, and the excitement had worn away. Since I was introduced to Dav Auto years ago, Every time I need to lease a new car, I just call DAV and tell him my budget and what I IDEALLY want. He (or his team member) calls me back, gives me my options, I pick what I want via telecom and literally get the car delivered that day; sign a few documents and out with my new baby in just a few minutes. Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. What's also great is there are a lot of pretty decent spots to eat and even a few nice bakeries too while you wait for your car to get serviced. Highly recommend giving them your business!

And while we were all in the office the OWNER DAVID DAROVICH I believe was the name... Wouldn't give my mother the time of day to answer one single 2 minute question, answering her by saying, "sorry but I'm far too busy" which meant I'm to bust to involve myself In your cheese ball $200 deal" we all felt, Because forging fake bank papers for his buddies bmw and bentleys is far more important then my legal $200 a month Corolla.... I died of embarrassment, my mother cried from the utter disrespect and humiliation... Only for him to go in his office DOOR OPEN and begin cursing at his "wife" which I e read others has witnessed and heard the same while their own child was right there learning from his wonderful daddy role model, God forgive me but I would HATE to see that kids attitude bet he's like his daddy since he did whatever he wanted and his mom was barking in the wind to no one, obviously I can't repeat even one thing he said or they will remove this post for the crudeness.... First I want to say that this review and star count DOES NOT reflect the employee that hooked me up with my beautiful car at such an awesome price, I couldn't be happier....BUT and that's a fat BUT, the owner, DAV is an entirely different story.... I don't know how he has a business running with his crap attitude. Probably one of the absolute worst human beings I've ever had the misfortune to meet, this guy is so egotistic so rude and pompous I have no clue how he's married even, the 2nd time I stopped by the office to talk to my AWESOME broker he was talking down so horribly to who I found out was his wife my jaw dropped, she must not have much confidence in herself to be with this idiot.... He wouldn't give me the time of day to ask some questions as I was waiting he told me to just continue to wait for his employee to help me as he was to busy sitting there not doing anything and with a disgusted look on his face like how dare I speak to him, he wouldn't even look me in the eye... Point of the story he's just as ugly on the inside as he is on the outside (which is very) only because the guy who helped me went above and beyond out of his way to make sure I got the exact deal I wanted I stayed and only if he's there in 3 years will I go back when my lease is up... Believe you me: If I were able to give DAV an infinite amount of stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I can't even begin to describe how amazing everyone at DAV Auto is, how attentive they are to their customers and how they constantly strive, with every fiber in their being, to get you the best possible deal. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how loyal customers are made. Between myself and my family members, we have leased at least 5 cars from DAV and every one of them has been the best deal we could have gotten anywhere. I recently leased a 2014 Toyota Corolla and a Lexus IS F Sport. I had been wanting the F Sport black with red interior and Narine, David's amazing wife, persistently worked to get me what I wanted and more, despite it being sold out. She constantly kept me in the loop, which is what I appreciated the most. If i go on, I will write a dissertation on how fast, easy and painless the whole process was. Believe me, I have something to compare it to because my last experience with an auto broker was anything but a walk in the park. I than was being referred to DAV Executive Auto Group I was a bit skeptic. Working with a broker just didn't seem right to me, so I gave it a try. I worked with David (the owner of DAV) and this guy was truthfully the BEST! Once telling him it was going to be a gift for my mother he gave me a list of the best deals he has for numerous makes and models. After my brother and I finally chose the best car that would suit my mother's needs we finally decided to get the 2013 C250 Mercedes Benz. David was professional, EXTREMELY kind and made certain we were happy. Next we did the paper work literally took 30 minutes ran our credit and got us approved on the spot! I just leased a my car yesterday from DAV AUTO, and I have to say it was more than a pleasant experience! I contacted Narine about a week ago and told her what I might be interested in leasing. She is a wonderful person to know and an outstanding business woman/broker! She greeted with such warmth and knowledge that I was100% confident I'd be a happy customer. Her friendliness and expertise is second to none! She was very frank with me, no BS what so ever! "A client recommended DAV Auto. While skeptical at first, all concerns melted away quickly after the first conversation. Within two days DAV Auto found us an incredible deal that no other dealership or auto broker in a 50 mile radius could match or even come close.
