I can't speak highly enough of Edwin. He was able to blow out the competition by giving me a lease deal for my 2019 Mazda CX-5 for at least $40 less per month than what the other 3 companies/agents offered. And he was able to coordinate with the car dealership so they dropped off my new car straight to my apartment (from Glendale to Hollywood) and did the paperwork right at home! And now that my lease is over, 3 years later I texted him on a Sunday (sorry Edwin!) and he immediately got back to me and we started the lease-to-buy process through text. And due to a recent injury I am having troubke leaving my apartment in Manhattan Beach and again the dealership will come all the way there to complete the process. Arshen brilliantly worked with my budget and credit to get me a great deal on a lease for a 2018 Honda Civic! Ed is simply the best. There are not enough words to express how magnificent my experience of getting the new car was. First of all, I want to mention the quickness of the process. I texted Ed at 7:30 pm (not very nice of me to text that late) and said which car I want with which package/specification. Just an hour later, he told me the price and said tomorrow morning they should approve my credit and get me the car. And that's exactly what happened, and my car was ready in the afternoon. The entire process took less than a day. In the current market of limited inventory and crazy markups, Ed was able to get the car so quickly for a very reasonable price. Also, aside from his professionalism, Ed is genuinely nice guy who cares and remembers his customers. This was my second car from Ed and definitely not the last one. He kept in touch with me during the previous lease to make sure everything was going well, which I think shows how much he cares about his customer satisfaction. It turned out to be the perfect happy medium between doing a dealership trade in (most convenient but least amount of money for your car) and selling my car privately (huge hassle but most amount of money for your car). I made an appointment and went to the Woodland Hills location. The whole thing took about an hour. They did an inspection, posted my car on their portal, and ran an online auction for 10 minutes where we watched a TV screen as about 50 dealers looked at my car. I got about 12 offers I think (10 is average) and I accepted the highest one. You don't have to; you could walk away if you wanted. But that offer was considerably higher than if I had sold my car to the dealership as a trade in. Maybe not as high as a private sale would have been because they are a middle man, but WAY less hassle. An hour versus weeks of fielding emails or phone calls, letting people test drive it only to be ghosted ... no thank you. They wrote me a check right there and I left my car. I had a friend pick me up. It was SO easy. I will definitely do this option again next time. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who handled everything; she was great!! About three years ago my dad purchased a vehicle from Ed and the iAG Team. When it came to picking up the vehicle from the iAG office, the paperwork was ready go. The car was delivered on a flatbed and within a few minutes we were off in the new car with all the paperwork signed. It was the easiest and most calming car experience I ever witnessed. Fast forward to now and I found myself looking for a new car. During the final year of my previous lease I texted with Ed constantly about prices on SEVERAL cars. Ed, always, within minutes texted back with all the prices. Once I finally made a decision, Ed was right there to assist me with turning in my previous lease. He answered all my questions and made the process as simple as can be. Ed helped me get into my brand new car which was ready to go at the dealership, with the application already approved and paperwork just needing a signature. After a quick walk around, I was out of the dealership in under 35 minutes (spent more time talking and taking my stuff out of the previous car than in the office). The whole experience was AMAZING! I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had as a customer in my life. I just moved into town and needed a car ASAP.
