He worked with Honda and I didn't have to stress on anything all I had to do was sign the contract he did all the work and got us into a new lease . He was there during the whole process . I can't speak highly enough of Edwin. He was able to blow out the competition by giving me a lease deal for my 2019 Mazda CX-5 for at least $40 less per month than what the other 3 companies/agents offered. And he was able to coordinate with the car dealership so they dropped off my new car straight to my apartment (from Glendale to Hollywood) and did the paperwork right at home! And now that my lease is over, 3 years later I texted him on a Sunday (sorry Edwin!) and he immediately got back to me and we started the lease-to-buy process through text. And due to a recent injury I am having troubke leaving my apartment in Manhattan Beach and again the dealership will come all the way there to complete the process. Arshen brilliantly worked with my budget and credit to get me a great deal on a lease for a 2018 Honda Civic! Ed is simply the best. There are not enough words to express how magnificent my experience of getting the new car was. First of all, I want to mention the quickness of the process. I texted Ed at 7:30 pm (not very nice of me to text that late) and said which car I want with which package/specification. Just an hour later, he told me the price and said tomorrow morning they should approve my credit and get me the car. And that's exactly what happened, and my car was ready in the afternoon. The entire process took less than a day. In the current market of limited inventory and crazy markups, Ed was able to get the car so quickly for a very reasonable price. Also, aside from his professionalism, Ed is genuinely nice guy who cares and remembers his customers. This was my second car from Ed and definitely not the last one. He kept in touch with me during the previous lease to make sure everything was going well, which I think shows how much he cares about his customer satisfaction. Shortly before my lease was up, I reached out and within 2 weeks, I was signing a new lease. It's not just the speed, but quality as well. Popped in last weekend to take a look at a '14 Porsche 911 4S cabrio, and had a much better experience than I (must've) had back during the 2010s, LOL. The lot was maintained really well, the employees were attentive but not pushy, the car really was beautiful and clearly their techs made certain it was 100% before putting it on the lot. I also appreciated that they weren't high-pressure. Vince reached out several days (not hours) later to check in with me, and when my answer was "not this one, but I'll check in later" he accepted that graciously without trying any Jedi mind tricks. The initial number sounded competitive. That's what keeps you engaged. Then the calls start. A few hours later: "Great news, we found your car -- but it has upgraded rims, that's another $40/month." Later: "It also comes with a safety package -- that adds about $30/month." Then: "The original car was sold, but we found another one in the same color with a different package..." Each conversation added something new. Each change increased the monthly payment. By the end, the lease terms were dramatically higher than the original quote -- roughly 30% more. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch structure: hook you with one number, then slowly move the goalposts once you're invested and think the deal is almost done. If you speak with Armen, get every detail in writing upfront -- exact VIN, exact MSRP, exact package breakdown, and final monthly payment including all fees. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Transparency and consistency matter in leasing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

About three years ago my dad purchased a vehicle from Ed and the iAG Team. When it came to picking up the vehicle from the iAG office, the paperwork was ready go. The car was delivered on a flatbed and within a few minutes we were off in the new car with all the paperwork signed. It was the easiest and most calming car experience I ever witnessed. Fast forward to now and I found myself looking for a new car. During the final year of my previous lease I texted with Ed constantly about prices on SEVERAL cars. Ed, always, within minutes texted back with all the prices. Once I finally made a decision, Ed was right there to assist me with turning in my previous lease. He answered all my questions and made the process as simple as can be. Ed helped me get into my brand new car which was ready to go at the dealership, with the application already approved and paperwork just needing a signature. After a quick walk around, I was out of the dealership in under 35 minutes (spent more time talking and taking my stuff out of the previous car than in the office). The whole experience was AMAZING! I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had as a customer in my life. I just moved into town and needed a car ASAP.
