    BMW I returned
    L V.

Horrible horrible experience. Sold me a white 2009 BMW 528i. Within the first week of having the car, the car started making a noise so horrible that it sounded like somebody was shaking nails under the car. They said it was the o2 sensor. They "fixed" it and the car was running fine, but then BOOM next week back at the dealer again. This time it was the bank #2 sensor. They "fixed" it again and then you guessed it, BACK THERE AGAIN! The check engine light turned on out of the blue. That showed me they didn't do CRAP but fuck around with the car parts and wipe out the system. After the THIRD time they supposedly fixed it, it was running ok. Then just two days ago it turned on AGAIN. Like bruh WHAT??? I took it back and they kept trying to have me keep the BMW saying that "there's nothing wrong with it it's an easy fix". Clearly it isn't an "easy" fix if I have to bring the car in multiple times BEFORE 1 month. Also, RUDE ASS EMPLOYEES! William does not know how to communicate with a customer for SHIT. The day the car also went into transmission failure, I was clearly pissed off and had the nerve to say "don't give me attitude". Maybe if you didn't sell me a shit car i wouldn't be mad. Only one who treated me with respect and honesty was Rod. Anybody else, nope. Also, they're still Cars 911 under this new name. Don't believe them. NOT COME HERE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

And then, one day, the manager William called me -- another electric car JUST arrived at their other lot, and it's a newer model -- a 2013.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my car from Future Auto Sales. What stood out…read moreimmediately was the team's expertise, the quality of the vehicles they carry, and their fair, transparent pricing. It's clear that Future Auto Sales takes pride in offering reliable cars and working honestly with customers. I first contacted Future Auto Sales while I was still in New York, before my move to California, about a vehicle I had seen online. Art took the time to walk me through the details over the phone, answered all my questions thoroughly, and scheduled an appointment that he confirmed when I arrived in the city. When I visited the dealership, Art showed me the car right away and patiently explained its history and features. He even helped me set up CarPlay so I could fully experience the car during the test drive. The finance team was equally knowledgeable and made the process clear and straightforward. Beyond their professionalism and expertise, the entire team at Future Auto Sales was welcoming and easy to work with. They also reassured me that if I ever encounter any issues, I can simply stop by, since they have their own service team on site. They made the whole experience comfortable and pressure-free, even offering me coffee while we went over the details, and followed up after I drove the car home to make sure everything went well. As a first-time buyer and someone new to California, I really appreciated working with a dealership that is transparent, knowledgeable, and stands behind the cars they sell. I would absolutely recommend Future Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable car. These people are honest and really care. Thank you to Art and the entire team for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

I totally forgot that I had a so-so experience here in 2010 because, well, that was sixteen years…read moreago. Going out on a limb and guessing that most of the people involved with this business are "new" now, and it shows. Popped in last weekend to take a look at a '14 Porsche 911 4S cabrio, and had a much better experience than I (must've) had back during the 2010s, LOL. The lot was maintained really well, the employees were attentive but not pushy, the car really was beautiful and clearly their techs made certain it was 100% before putting it on the lot. I also appreciated that they weren't high-pressure. Vince reached out several days (not hours) later to check in with me, and when my answer was "not this one, but I'll check in later" he accepted that graciously without trying any Jedi mind tricks. As such, I'll make every attempt to loop back with them when they have a Targa in stock (I've decided that's what I want instead of a cabrio), and do business with them. It's good to do business locally and with non-mega-corporations, and this little shop "on the corner" seems worthy of consideration!
