So pleased with my experience here!!! Tony is the man. He made the whole process quick and painless, and most importantly gave me a super fair deal on my sweet new whip (2013 Toyota Highlander). I walked in after seeing an online ad (Truecar FTW) and calling to make sure they had the specific vehicle, so it was really just a matter of agreeing on price & financing. There wasn't much haggling to do at all really, though. Not only was the price on the low side of Blue Book value, Tony also made sure the car was cleaner inside & out than any new car I've ever seen. How?!? I've had it for almost a month and it still smells amazing, WTF. I know that's a random thing to include in the review but I think it shows how serious & professional this establishment is. Tony was also gracious enough to get a brand-new windshield installed upon my request, for free, since I had noticed a small chip that I was afraid would spiderweb out into more. Very cool of him to do that. I know he didn't have to, what with used cars being sold "as-is" and whatnot, but the fact that he did makes him an extra-awesome human being in my book. Val gets cars that he loves. They're special cars, 4x4s, sport lux, and Other great cars. If you're buying a used car do your research and find the pros and cons of the one you want. If it's at this lot you can guarantee it's gonna be a good specimen. I'm writing this review having owned and daily driven a car I bought from Val about a year ago now. Best car I've owned, 4 runner 1996( hi Val it's me). Nothing substantial has gone wrong w the car and I love it. Plus Val helped with the paperwork and title(that was hella slow during covid) yeah I bought a used car during covid, you're welcome Val ahahah, I don't regret it one bit because it's a great car and Val gave me a super smooth and supportive experience even months after the money went through, with calling me personally to get me the title and working everything out. So happy with my experience here! I purchased my car from them in September of 2019. I purchased a 2007 Lexus IS250. The car is still in great condition, it had 96k miles on it - clean title - looked practically new. I have not had any problems with the car since I purchased it in September. The experience has been amazing. Before arriving in the lot It's easy to judge. It's not a pretty lot. However, looks can be deceiving -they had some great selections. Tony was an amazing person to work with it. He's warm, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He makes the process so seamless and you really feel like your walking away with the best deal possible. Before purchasing the car we sent it to the lexus dealership to get checked - everything Tony shared with us was 100% correct/honest. Prior to coming here I went to many different car lots. I had dealt with many RUDE AND DISHONEST car salesmen. Tony, is warm hearted and a good natured individual. He will give you a fair deal and he will not sell you a bad car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Please be very weary and cautious when shopping here. They will sell you a lemon and act as if the car was newly fixed before they sold it to you and blame you for the issue. I bought a car here and 2 weeks later it started overheating and the brakes went out. I took it back and the European sounding guy basically acted dumbfounded and told me they will take a look at it just to say they couldn't find the issue it's your car now you have to fix it. I recently took it to another shop and they told me the head gasket was blown and they used a sealant to temporarily fix the leaking and make it seem like it's fixed. SMH Never shopping here again so please BEWARE !!! read more

I took it to a Toyota dealer since it started burning oil and they told me the car needs a new engine $4500. This place is a scam stay away, I'm in a bind now and don't know what to do. read more

Service was good and the gentleman setting me up seemed like a down to earth person. The paint job is excellent, and the tires and brakes are good. However, I've dealt with about $4000 in 4 or 5 repairs since buying the car a bit above market value for $8000. This is a very good Lexus model, however, reputable repair shops have pointed out some moderate to major problems (leak over timing belt, rear shaft leak, gas leak on tank) with the car. Being a dealership with a mechanic doing an inspection, none of this was mentioned to me. Additionally, none of the fluids were changed upon purchase, which isn't really cool.... Update, I've had 3 oil leaks discovered since buying the car and it's still leaking. read more

I bought a 2003 chevy S10 from them and all Ive had is nothing but problems with the truck ever since I got it. It broke down within 1 month of driving it so please save your time and your money. Found the vehicle online, they had a number I can text to get more info, text that number and replied right way with all the information I needed. The next day I drove from San Pedro to LA to check out the car, walk into the dealer ship, was help right away. Approached me very laid back and chill, ask to test drive the car, gave me the keys and said told me to go ahead and take it, that he doesn't need to go with us, my girlfriend and I took it for a test run!
