My wife and I had a great experience working with Hayk and Henry when purchasing our 2018 BMW i3. We were looking for that car specifically and they had the color style we liked, test drove it and talked over the deal without any hard selling techniques. They priced it fairly ($9k) and we agreed to that price after they offered to replace missing little bits (frunk box, trunk cover), get the A/C checked, and replace two tires that were worn down. They found the A/C compressor had failed and replaced it for us before purchase. The sale was no stress (we paid cash so considerably easier than loan sale obvs) but still nice and efficient. We had a 12v battery issue after a couple weeks and Hayk offered to deal with it if we brought it back, they swapped the batter for us no charge and we've had no issues since. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I bought a car January 16th 2026 approximately 3 months ago I was looking for something reliable and financially responsible. I am just 19 years old. I made the mistake of not buying a fix finder tool and lacking vehicle knowledge. I bought a Nissian 2017 Sentra SV and had the following codes on my vehicle P0420,P0420, and P17F4 involving the catalytic converter and the transmission. I became instantly heartbroken seeing as I put a down payment of 3,500 and the car is 8,000. I was trying to be financially responsible and get something a little cheaper while upgrading from my 2007 Toyota Corolla which I have never had any mechanical issues with. The check engine light came on February 18th 2026 and I bought the car from car city on January 16th 2026 what a coincidence right? Exactly 1,000 miles and 32 days later. I go back to car city explaining to them the codes and they say it's probably a sensory issue within the vehicle. I cannot afford a maybe. They continue to brush me off because I am a young woman who is in college. They will not take the vehicle back I even offered them a trade in and that I will get something better and more expensive. Still no accommodations therefore now I am stuck owing 4,000 dollars left on a car I have to get some type of money for and still pay the remaining out of my pocket. I do not recommend their business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN IT FOR THEMSELVES They took advantage of me completely and seeing as this is my first time buying a car or making such a big purchase. I will never again walk blindly and I recommend getting a "fix finder tool" and the most expensive one when buying a used car and take it to the nearest dealership right after buying it the same day preferably and see if it has any issues. And if so, you have some degree of warranty within the first 30 days and 1,000 miles. Exactly why my check engine light turned on after exactly 1,000 miles and 32 days of having the vehicle. And they said they inspected the car is running 100% Ok. Long story short, I took the car out and the car didn't last for more than 8 months because of OIL STARVATION!!! And yes.... Engine needed to be replaced!!! Beside that, I have found out that they have scammed me on the contract for $6,000!!! By the time I was buying the car, I was very unacknowledged about contracts and was not good in English, so they took advantage and tried to make more money. In fact they have charged me $600 for inspection and the MINOR fixing! And This guy ALEX (Scammer) said I am just making very small amount of profit from you and I just want to help you (YOU RIGHT). The car value was $20,000 but I didn't understand how it became $26,700 on the contract???? Plus I have applied for loan for the rest $10,000 on the car value with the high interest rate of 20% !! This dealer/business is a scammers dream dealership business. However for the average customer who is looking for a great deal on a car, this place is an absolute nightmare. Yelp should offer to seriously have a 0 star rating because if they did I would give it 0 stars. These guys are in the loan sharking business. As a finance professional, I would love to have a field day discussing rates and how they verbally quote prices and then change the numbers on contracts to scam buyers. Also they will make sure to do anything to lie to keep you at an 18% financing rate. My father in law got scammed by these guys but they can't fool me. They had quoted him a car for $18,600 but in the contract the sales price was $22,400. They then charged a ridiculous 18% finance rate and told him they can refinance to 3% once his credit improved in 6 months. 6 months later they gave him a BS excuse about why they can't do it. I went in to talk to Alex myself to refinance the loan and realized who this guy really is. I wanted to refinance the loan with my name and my father in laws as well and to run my credit. I assured that the dmv will allow me to transfer ownership as a co-owner once I refinance. He gave me a spiel about how I have to buy the car again and pay sales tax to own it. Long story short. Avoid this place! I will make sure to have my attorney look into this as I am very certain they have many lawsuits. I refinanced my father in laws loan for 1.49% which Alex asserted I cannot get. The monthly payments went from $480 to $246. And that's how much the scam difference was for. Word of advice: bad business practices and bad business ethics will only benefit a business monetarily in the short run; eventually, taking into perspective all other aspects of a business it is a complete and utter failure. Just like all great scams it catches up to you. I suggest you choose another profession. Oh and I'm sure you've heard from BBB already but one more complaint won't hurt right? read more
