It took about a week and a half from when I first contacted World Auto Group to when I drove off with my car. I first emailed them just to ask some basic questions and inquire about the process and availability. I worked with Shant the whole time, and he was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. This was my first time leasing a car, and I didn't really want to go through the hassle of haggling with dealerships. I had an idea of what I wanted, so I asked him to get some quotes for me. He responded the next day with pretty much the exact configuration I wanted, and from there, it was just a matter of getting the paperwork done, having BMW approve it, and to arrange a time for pickup. Because I live pretty far from Glendale, I did everything over the phone and through email, but that didn't slow anything down at all.
