This review is a bit over due, but a friend recently asked who'd I'd recommend getting a car through and Harry from World Auto immediately came to mind. Harry went above and beyond to make sure we found the car I was looking for. It was a bit difficult, but he made it happen! From the many phone calls discussing many options to the delivery of the car, the process went smoothly with no bs in between. Highly recommend them for your next car lease or buy. read more

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Highly recommend a place. Hassle, free and caring.

Vick at World Auto Group has been my go-to guy for cars, and he makes the whole process so easy. He's helped me find multiple cars now, and every time it's been smooth and stress-free. He really knows what he's doing, listens to what I need, and always comes through with the right options. Honestly, working with Vick takes all the headache out of car shopping -- highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a car. read more

I am so happy with Shant! He got me an absolutely amazing deal on my brand new 2021 car! This was my first time getting a new car, and honestly I had no idea what I was doing. My boyfriend helped me a lot, but Shant guided us through the entire process. I got a great deal and he explained everything with a calm manner. I felt totally comfortable and like they were working with total and complete honesty. I will be their client for many, many years to come. I would recommend these guys for any car purchase or lease! read more

World Auto Group - My new Honda CRV couldn't be happier! - Car Dealers Near Me - Glendale, California

My wife and I have been working with Mike for close to 10 years, across 5+ cars. We've also introduced everyone we know who wants to lease or buy a car to Mike. That is because Mike and World Auto Group are the best there is. He is honest, direct, knowledgeable and understanding. My wife and I always have a lot of questions, and Mike is always patient and willing to answer all of our questions. My last car was a Mercedes AMG C43, which he helped me to sell, and my new car, is a BMW M340. Both were exactly what I wanted, and for an amazing price!! Mike makes the shopping process easy and seamless. We could not recommend a better person to work with than Mike. Thank you Mike..you've really made the stressful car process, less stressful. And thank you for being patient with us every time we come to you to get a new car! For everyone looking to buy or lease a new car.. don't walk to World Auto Group and Mike.. RUN! read more

Many thanks to Mike for his work! If you need a car with the best buying conditions, then I recommend contacting only World Auto Group. Mike is a true professional, competent and attentive. My husband and I have asked for help finding a car several times and each time his work has been perfect. A year ago, we recommended Mike to our friends when they were looking for a car, and the feedback on his work was very good. From our last experience: literally in a day a suitable option was found, a new car with an excellent discount. The next day we quickly processed the documents, in about an hour. Everything went fairly quickly and easily. What else perfectly characterizes Mike is his responsiveness and help in any matter that concerns the car. If you need help buying a car on good terms, I recommend contacting Mike and the World Auto Group. read more

I was referred to World Auto Group by a friend and I just have to say thank you so much to Mike and Shant for getting the vehicle I wanted and being so professional and helpful. I definitely recommend to anyone to get their car through World Auto Group. Mike & Shant made the whole usually stressful car buying experience super easy! Everything was discussed over phone and text (great because I was working!) and then you just go sign some paperwork and pick up your car. I really appreciate how patient they both are and you can tell they are extremely knowledgeable by the detailed way all your questions are answered, plus they have an extremely fast response time. When I went to grab the car, they even had all the paperwork ready, and highlighted for my co-signer and I, which really helped speed things along. All in all, great experience, highly recommend them to all the Yelpers out there and I will definitely be leasing all my vehicles through World Auto Group. read more

BEST PLACE TO GET A NEW CAR! They deal with the dealerships directly so you don't have to! 1) You get a better deal for your money. 2) You don't have to spend 5 hours at a dealership. 3) They will set an appointment to have you sign the paperwork which will only take about 15 minutes and to have you pick up the car. 4) They can even deliver the car to your home! 5) Great people and great customer service! Talk to Shant Tatikian! He's your go to guy that will hook you up and answer the 101 questions you probably have! Haha read more

Shopping for a car is challenging. I gave up on dealing directly with car dealerships. It's too much headache and time consuming. However, my experience at World Auto Group has been nothing, but a breeze! Mike is patient, honest, and. understanding. He always gives you the best deals out there. Trust me when I say the best deals! Today I leased my second car through them. Never again will I doubt his deals!! How do I know? I contacted multiple auto lease brokers through Yelp and no one and I mean no one could beat Mike's deal! If anything, they all said it's impossible or go with Mike because they even make that deal possible. If you want to lease a car then call World Auto and ask for Mike! read more

The people are extremely helpful when you walk into their business and over the phone. My older sister had got one of her cars from here and she recommended me to come here to get my car as well . My sister had suggested we talked to Vick because she had got one of her cars with him. Vick was extremely helpful and every question I had he would call me on the phone even to talk about it ! Where would you get that customer service ? I doubt no where but here you can get amazing customer service ! I had several questions and he had patiences with me . What I thought was funny and was amazing he compared me to my sister and thought about what features I would like in my car . My sister is into red seats or she wanted red inside her car . When Vick showed me the car he was kinda afraid I wouldn't like it but I'm so in love with my red seats and I'm so happy I came here (:. read more

World Auto Group seems like it's too good to be true, but it's not! Truly, I can't believe a car leasing experience was this quick and seamless. I never felt like I was being duped or ripped off, which is rare when buying or leasing a car. They were so transparent and friendly the entire time. No hidden fees or anything that you would normally expect when shopping for a car. Also, I got an incredibly great deal for a 2020 Kia Forte. I knew I wanted a brand new car and was expecting to pay double the amount I'm paying when I first started looking. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. My experience: I emailed their general email and was connected with Erick who was amazing from start to finish. I gave him my monthly budget and he sent me the available options that were in my price range. Once I made a decision, they ran a credit check and within 2 days I was in their office signing the lease and driving off in a brand new car. It was painless and I can't imagine leasing from anyone else ever again. I don't understand why more people don't lease through a car broker. I'm a customer for life! read more

I was referred to world auto group by my uncle. So I looked up the yelp reviews and 5 stars was a great first impression. I decided to call Them and give them a shot because I don't like most leasing companies games that they play. I called and Mike answered and right away I told him what my options were and he gave me some options of his. Down to the point.....Mike got me what I wanted in no time and got me a deal on it as well! He was very easy to work with, his price couldn't be beat, and he is an awesome communicator! Thank you Mike! I'm Really happy I found this place and I won't look anywhere else. read more

I was looking for a new lease and a friend referred me to Mike at World Auto. They spoke very highly of him so I was definitely interested to speak to him & see what he had to offer. Given the current auto industry situation, with limited supply and high demand it was challenging finding inventory & (as always) the right deal. Given I had contacted numerous auto groups and dealerships, Mike was able to find the right car & great lease offer within a day. I can truly say the process was hassle free! As some of the reviews mentioned, this really does eliminate spending hours on haggling & paperwork at a dealership. The car was delivered and the paperwork took few minutes. So, if you're looking for a new car/lease, etc., definitely contact Mike at World Auto. He was very helpful and service was excellent! My experience was GREAT and I'm sure yours will be as well. read more

There are so many auto leasing businesses now that you can go crazy trying to find the perfect one. Save yourself the headache and contact World Auto Group! They will save you the time and money by going the extra mile to get you your dream car or the daily ride. Mike was extremely helpful right from the first phone call. A few phono calls and texts and my car was ready! Walked in to the dope office, signed my lease, and walked out knowing I got the best deal in town. VIP service for all budgets. World Auto Group is the is my go to and I have recommended everyone who has ever talked to me about wanting to get a car. Mike and his crew are so welcoming and so professional and that's why we have been coming here ever since I can remember driving. When you talk to Mike on the phone and ask him for prices he tells u that he can beat anyone's price and sure enough this guy is the man of his word; unlike other places that tell u what u want to hear over the phone than when u get there the price raises like 200$ lol. The only Armenians that I will ever deal with are these guys. Thank you for taking care of me and everyone I have referred here, you guys rock and Mike ur the shit, keep up the good work. read more

It took about a week and a half from when I first contacted World Auto Group to when I drove off with my car. I first emailed them just to ask some basic questions and inquire about the process and availability. I worked with Shant the whole time, and he was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. This was my first time leasing a car, and I didn't really want to go through the hassle of haggling with dealerships. I had an idea of what I wanted, so I asked him to get some quotes for me. He responded the next day with pretty much the exact configuration I wanted, and from there, it was just a matter of getting the paperwork done, having BMW approve it, and to arrange a time for pickup. Because I live pretty far from Glendale, I did everything over the phone and through email, but that didn't slow anything down at all. If you're looking to lease a car, I highly recommend World Auto Group if you don't want to deal with sales people and the financing department of dealerships. They don't look to sell you anything you don't need or want, and they can find you the best deal possible. They are very knowledgeable about leases and will answer all your questions (I had a lot). I'll definitely be going through these guys for a lease again in the future. read more
