Huge shoutout to Vick, the broker that I was working with and Mike who is the owner of WAG. This guys made the whole process easier than most of brokers in LA would. I live in Sacramento now, but still World Auto Group is my go to. Vick made sure everything went as talked and planned so I can just go grab the car and head back to Sacramento. I wanted black on black which was hard to find at the moment but Vick made the trade and effortless from my side. I closed out the deal with Mike because Vick was with another customer, and same simple process signed a few papers that took less than 5 mins. Highly recommending to everyone!!! read more

PSA: Don't EVER go to a dealership to lease or buy a car again! It's a total ripoff compared to what these guys at World Auto Group can do! The car leasing experience was extremely quick and painless. I had gone to Sierra Honda in Monrovia the weekend before where they wanted to run my credit before giving me ANY quote for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE. It was like pulling teeth to try to get any feel for price. I was then referred to Mike at World Auto Group from my colleague who had leased multiple cars through him. Mike told me the prices for all the different vehicles I was interested in on the spot. They were also better than any of the dealerships I had visited (Honda, Audi, Infiniti were the brands). I heard exactly what I wanted for the car I wanted (saved a few thousand dollars without ANY haggling involved) and submitted the extremely simple application. Within 2 days of being approved, my car was ready to be picked up. They broker through very well known local dealerships (my accord happened to be from Rock Honda). I showed up to get my car from Harry, test drove it, signed all the paperwork, and left within 30 minutes. The prices they give you are exactly what they say. No hidden fees or taxes. They are a very honest group of guys who made the car leasing process very simple, quick, and enjoyable. And most importantly, they actually care deeply about customer service. Even my parents were extremely impressed and were shocked at how easy it was. I think they'll be back in a few months for a new car of their own. read more

I was probably one of Mike's most annoying customers. I had just gotten into a car accident and my car got totaled so I needed a new car ASAP, but I just wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal out there. I literally compared his prices with at least 7 other companies, and Mike definitely has the best deals. He's also very sweet, I know how malicious and pushy other company people can be. He wasn't pressuring me like a lot of the other places. I ended up with the lexus IS =D super happy! read more

The best way to buy a car! Wont miss the dealership. Shant from World Auto Group was so helpful and patient with me during this process. I was skeptical from the beginning but everything fell smoothly into place. I wanted a white on white 5 series or a black luxury line 5 series. After a few days it seemed like the car was just not out there. Since I was set on those color choices I switched gears to a 428 gran coupe as a 2nd option, hoping to get the colors. That same day Shant called me with the best news! He not only found the white on white but he found it in the luxury line! I immediately took the deal. I signed the documents the very next day and drove the car home. It was super easy. This car would have cost me WAY more at the dealer. Im so happy with this experience and love that in 3 years when its time to turn this car in I have World Group Auto to get my next car. Thanks Shant for all of your patience and finding me my dream BMW :) read more

Mike is the BEST. He took his time talking to me, getting to know what I was looking for in a car and understanding my price point my firm. He found me the best deal on exactly what I wanted after multiple dealerships quoted me far higher on the car. Actually he sent me three quotes for three different vehicles. I had been shopping around & each quote he provided was substantially less than others. I'm so lucky to have found Mike and would recommend him in a heart beat! He is fair, ethical and will do all the work for you to get the best deal. Never again will I walk into a dealership. read more
