I was looking for a somewhat rare vehicle which dealers never budge on price. Having bought many vehicles, I figured it was worth a shot to try a broker this time. I called and spoke to Jan who told me how the process works and gave me his number to contact him when I was ready. After a few weeks, I texted him and we were off. Within a fews days he had me a great deal and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a vehicle, just call Jan. No going into the dealership, no add-ons, no games. It was even delivered to my home. I recommend Jan 1000%.

This review is long overdue but Blake is the best. After doing my own research at a few dealerships I decided to cold call this company as I was curious about car brokers and had heard positive things about the experience. I am so glad I did and so glad Blake answered the phone at 7pm in the evening. The experience was second to none. Within a week, I had a new BMW X5 with the exact specs I wanted delivered to my driveway and within 15 minutes paperwork was signed and I had the keys. Unreal! Ok here we go!!! Blake no better auto broker out there!!! And we aren't related either!!! So about 5 years ago had my first interaction with Below Invoice and Blake. That first transaction for a car was excellent and seamless!! So during that period and today we spoke and kept in touch about another car and he was always 100% customer service oriented and never and I mean never did not answer any of my questions or queries. Some times it wasn't the right time in the car industry to buy a car other times that model year wasn't out yet. But it was never due to anything Blake had control over. So now it worked and Blake found me another car!!!! So in a span of 5 years, I have gone to Blake and bought 2 cars. And still not done. I have more to purchase in the near future just waiting on model years and inventory. But no one else I would ever go to. He understands what your wants are and never then tries to convince you on something else. He may give you options but never a hard sell!!! Why would you ever go directly to a dealer? If you have Blake he resolves all those headaches you get by going to a dealer. You are aware of the out the door price with Blake. It's not a guessing game. And the car is delivered to your home or place of business. Blake to me Is more than the broker person I use, he's a real person that you can talk to. So so hard to find today!!! A huge way to go and stay who you are Blake!!! You know friends and family ask me for referrals could be for a handyman or a plumber etc. There are good ones but there is a special category and very very few of them that I just say it's a guarantee referral. I mean if you don't have someone I'll say I have someone. But then there is the guaranteed special list and very few are on it ... you guessed it Blake is on this list!!! Thanks!!! read more

Welp, I've been putting off buying a car for two years and bought a car in two days with Blake - he made it that easy and comfortable. I liked how he explained his role, the process and how kept me informed with what was going on. In the end, I paid $7k less down, my monthly payments were $150ish cheaper and my APR was reduced by 3% or so compared to the offer I got as a retail customer at the dealership. I got EXACTLY the new car that I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Blake also got someone to buy my car same day so I could use that as part of my down payment which was a fantastic bonus. I love my new car and am so happy that I finally did it. Please pour some out for my 2012 Mazda though - she will be missed. read more

Blake got our family a 2024 Honda Pilot Touring. THANK YOU BLAKE! First time going through a car broker, and we'll be contacting Blake in the future because he saved us a bunch of time & money. Also, he's quick to respond and doesn't have time for B.S. Dealerships were asking for about $3k~$3.5k above MSRP on the lot, and he found the car we wanted for $2k below MSRP. TIP: When you look at the sticker, you get these dealership "add-ons" that significantly add to their profit. When Blake finds a car being shipped to the dealer, you can bypass all the ridiculously marked up items. If you really want these items, you can buy after. read more

If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. This place is pretty much every awful stereotype of a sleazy dealership rolled into one. After signing the contract, good luck trying to get in touch with any of these guys. They don't call back, they cover up problems with cars just to sell them instead of fixing or warning potential buyers that something may need work. Bought a car, paid it off early thinking I was set for a while. A week after I bought it, lights start going off on the dash and 4WD doesn't work anymore. Try calling the dealer to get it seen and get a complete runaround, complete with many unreturned calls. Frustrated, I give up trying to deal with these guys and eat the cost of the repair myself. Even after I get 4WD back, the lights continue. The specialists I take it to next can't even figure out what's wrong. Not even six months after I bought it, it breaks down and I'm told I need a whole new engine and that there was evidence of this for a while but the dealer power washed everything in the engine compartment so there was no way to tell until the cooling system failed and coolant ended up throughout the entire engine (even in the oil pan). Frustrated, I call them and they basically laugh me off the phone and stop returning my calls even when I'm told they will call me back because they're going to try to get me a deal on repairs. DO NOT GIVE THESE CON-ARTISTS A DIME!!! read more

Great company to work with! I was looking for a new vehicle and have used their sister company Car Trackers in the past to sell a car. I contacted them on Monday and got an insane end of the year deal on a new car! I was able to get $2,000 off msrp and got the car delivered to my house the very next day. Usually I hate the car buying process and the games that go with it. You always feel uneasy about the deal your about to get, but this was different! Blake is amazing! You simply tell him the vehicle you are looking for, make model, etc..In 24 hours he will find that vehicle at the lowest price in the USA. I shopped all over the internet for 2 weeks and the price he brought in was $6,400 less than the lowest I could find. Then the car is delivered to your house, no dealership. The delivery process paperwork takes 15 min. This is the 3rd car I have purchased with Blake. I will never buy a car without him! read more

I will never hassle with a car dealership again. Cole made the entire transaction very easy and managed to save my wife and I a ton of money.
