Scammers, don't even try, I called to confirm the car is there drive all they way to OC to teat drive the car which they told me its ready, went a very rude man not even introduced himself, showed me the car, the dealership is awful dirty pavement broken, asked for the key gave me the wrong one, then I asked for the correct key he was on the phone, after giving me the key I asked for a test drive, which any dealership will let you, you don't buy fish in the sea, he said its allowed to test drive it!!! All I can say is what a wonderful experience. We were shopping for my daughter's first car and had a questionable experience at the dealership prior to this one. Bought a 2008 SUV from this business a couple of weeks ago. Had 90,000 miles on it. And...SHE IS PERFECT!!! We test drove four other SUVs, which they had to pull out from a bunch of cars, and they were super nice about it. I didn't feel like I was being difficult, even though it was quite a jigsaw puzzle of beautiful used vehicles. I worked with Nick on the purchase and things went smoothly. Even with my self employment (aka the monthly income doesn't come neatly in 2 checks), we got things approved with a low APR through Westlake Financial (who's been easy to work with as well). As with other reviews that I've read, this company stands by its vehicles and they're worth. Although nothing has gone wrong on my "As Is" purchase, within reason, Nick promised he'd take care of any issues. And if the appropriate time had passed, he would pass on the labor cost and only charge for parts if something went awry. There's no need though, the SUV runs great. We just took it over the grapevine on a long family trip in high temp weather, and she was a dream! For real, we're coming back when our kid starts driving next year. Side note, there was a line of two other groups waiting patiently to buy cars. So if you see something on their site, call first to make sure it's still there, then GO GET IT! read more
