I don't usually give out 5 stars on my reviews as you might have noticed, but I can't say enough positive things about EZE Auto. Sava (owner) is super friendly and a straight shooter. He tells you how it is and doesnt hide anything. I was shopping around for a pre-owned Lexus LX470 to haul the family around and trips. He listed it on cargurus and instead of emailing back and forth he reached out to me and we discussed everything that HE saw might be an issue. If there is something I regret - it's buying a car from this place. Took the car home and had A/C problems the next morning. A month later, the timing belt broke. A few weeks later, the A/C went out completely. Now the battery is dead and the brake lights won't turn off because - guess what? Something else broke. A $4,500 car that ended up costing me $3000 in repairs. When I called about the timing belt snapping - which is 1 day after the warranty ended, they were so nice in telling they'll call me back to refer me to a mechanic. What a joke! The experience there was completely different than any other used car dealers we visited. They were honest, straightforward and relaxed about the whole process. They didn't try and use the usual, outdated sales tactics, like most of the other places we went. Even a few weeks after the sale they have been nothing but courteous and helpful. I would happily purchase another vehicle from them. I can't comment on Holland R.'s review of this place, but it only takes a minute to read his other reviews on other businesses to figure out his general outlook on life. I'm no mechanic, but I'm pretty sure that is not even possible to have "5 very obvious problems visible" with an engine. Additionally, if you look at Eze's inventory, there isn't a lot of room on most of those prices for "several thousand dollars over blue book".
