My family and I have been coming to this dealership for years, and every visit reminds us why. I bought my first car here a couple of years ago, and now we just picked up another one -- once again, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Sava and Nick are genuinely good people -- honest, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. You can tell they take pride in treating customers like friends, not just another sale. It's rare to find that kind of trust and consistency these days. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car and a team you can truly depend on. read more

I don't usually give out 5 stars on my reviews as you might have noticed, but I can't say enough positive things about EZE Auto. Sava (owner) is super friendly and a straight shooter. He tells you how it is and doesnt hide anything. I was shopping around for a pre-owned Lexus LX470 to haul the family around and trips. He listed it on cargurus and instead of emailing back and forth he reached out to me and we discussed everything that HE saw might be an issue. Being a car guy talking to a car guy was greatly appreciated. He pointed out things that I didn't catch, pricing was fair as far as I'm concerned especially given that the market for these cars are so crazy right now, I'm happy with it. 168k miles for an 04 with all the receipts from the previous owner, you can't beat that. It's a family run business and it's a small lot but what he does have are some gems. If you're in the market for a used car at a FAIR price, give Sava a call and he can find the car for you if he doesnt have it on the lot. Couldn't be more pleased with this man's customer service pre and post purchase. read more

I have been car shopping for 2 weeks now. I went to several car dealerships and small dealers as well. Some would not even look at you or even talk down on you. I was literally walking around with a bunch of cash in my pocket and ready to buy a car at any second. Some dealers won't even have me look at the car when I asked if there is any wiggle room with car. So I gave Eze Auto Brokers a call. Best decision so far! They were super nice on the phone, answered my questions and even tried to get the deal that I wanted. Either way, I drove down to Orange County (2hrs). I walked in the door and they already knew that I came for a specific car. Without any words, he gave me the keys so I can go check it out. I took the car for a spin and everything was perfect. They honored their agreement, not like other dealers where they try to lure you in. I got the car that I wanted and met some nice people (Nick and Sava) on the way. I'm telling you it is very rare to find a dealership that are real nice people and not just to your face, like sincerely nice. I'm more than happy. Thank you so much guys. read more

Could not be happier with my experience with Sava and Nick. They provided outstanding service and have proven to be trustworthy, fair and reliable. Good prices, no pressure salesman, true to their word, what more could you ask for in a used car lot? The car I purchased came with a 60 day warranty and about 2 weeks after I made my purchase, I unfortunately noticed a mechanical issue. I called Sava to let him know and he picked up the car same day! Sava fully honored the warranty and took care of the problem. He was communicative throughout the entire warranty repair process and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with the repairs done. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you EZE Auto! read more

I was lucky to find Eze Auto Brokers. They have great cars at great prices. Sava and Nick are straight forward and down to earth. The 60 Day 50/50 guarantee put my mind at ease. I didn't need to use it, as the car had no issues. Make sure to check them out in your search for a car. read more

Compassionate, honest, kind, reliable and genuine are just a few words to describe the kindness that Sava and Nick bestowed upon my husband and I. We had a terrible experience at another dealer and Sava swept in and steered us to a beautiful car that was dependable, reasonable cost, offered more than a fair amount for trade in, guided us through what would happen at the bank and truly made us feel like family. People and businesses like Sava and Nick are hard to come by and a rarity these days. Me and my husband are so blessed to have found our forever place and cannot thank Sava enough for making us feel safe with our kids and for everything he did. read more

I just wanted to share my great experience with EZE Auto Broker in Orange, CA. Sava the owner is great & people person, he had help us thru buying our used car, in fact it is my 1st time dealing with the dealer, the experience is awesome, he even print out a CARFAX REPORT, on the car we purchase. I recommend Sava for any of your used car you need. HE IS A GREAT GUY AND GENIUNE PERSON TO TALK TO. Thank you for the great experience! read more

I haven't even gotten my car yet but Nick and Sava have been incredible. Very down to earth, willing to work with me and entirely honest provided I was honest with them. They even held my car for me without selling when my fiancé had an outpatient procedure go wrong and I couldn't come in. They say it's a family business and I could tell -- no nonsense car politics and pleasant in the best way. I've been thoroughly impressed and hope I get a chance to shop here in the future as well. Thanks, to both of you! read more

I definitely recommend this place! I just bought my first car here and I love it! I go to college in AZ but come back to Cali during the breaks to see my family, so I need a reliable car! I have purchased 2 cars from these guys, and they were great to work with. Draza and Sava are sweet and honest. I would work with them in the future, and I have sent several people to them over the years. When buying a used car, one should always get it checked by an independent mechanic. We have encountered no problems with our purchases. read more

I have been so happy with my purchase here . The guys running it are so nice . When I made my last car payment. I mentioned that I needed to do the rear brakes on the car. They told me since I bought it there I could use their mechanic . He didn't amazing job . And was very nice . He did the brake job while I waited. I cannot stop being impressed with this car lot it's a family run business and if you're looking for used car it definitely deserves your attention. I was so happy that they fixed my brakes for just $60 . Dollars . They were also able to finance me when I was in between jobs absolutely amazing. They do a 90 day warranty on their vehicles . And they stand behind it great service Nice to know there are still honest Americans out there. I had gotten prices from Big O tires 185.00 and I also tried a independent shop who quoted me 145.00 . You can imagine how happy I was to have my car fixed quickly for $60 . If I ever need another car I'm definitely going back here . Update over three years and 40,000 miles later I have taken the Nissan back to the car lot and exchanged it for another car. They gave me a fair trade in and worked out a deal. Had a few minor issues and took the car to the mechanic and he fixed it immediately it was a minor problem and they even ran a diagnostic on the car in front of me so I could see everything the computer was saying about it. Also ran the Carfax I love how upfront and non shady this family run businesses . Has created a customer for life. If you need a car or truck. And they don't have what you want let them know and they will contact you when they have something they think you would like. read more

A few weeks ago, we went through the usual hassle of selling our used car. My husband's co-worker recommended this place quite highly. Apparently his dad was in the same predicament. They went through the usual unpleasant routes with the dealerships and '...max'. Not willing to be victimized by these big box bullies, they found Eze Auto. It was love at first sight. They have since sold several cars here. To make long story short, we heeded their advice, and was rewarded with a very similar experience. It was a delightfully effortless transaction. The man we met and did business with was Sava, a very polite, yet refreshingly straight talking marine (once a marine always a marine). He and his father (also a marine) co-own the business. He looked over the car very carefully, went to all the car pricing books, showed us the current going prices, then in a very matter of fact way, offered us a deal that's better than the books, the dealership and '...max' even came close to doing! To say that I highly recommend Eze Auto is an understatement. So do yourselves a favor, go here and feel good that you're supporting an honestly run small business. read more

Would definitely call Sava at EZE first if ever in the market for a good used car again. Recenty bought a 2012 Mazda 3i that was in great shape, but needed a couple things repaired. Sava gave us a good price & completed the cosmetic repairs. We noticed an odd "noise" during a test drive. The mechanic took a ride with us & determined is was due to a rear tire out-of-round. Sava put 2 new tires on the rear wheels...no additional charge. Sava & Nick are personable, straight-shooters that did not try to B.S. their way thru any issues. Thanks guys! read more

I just moved to California and had to purchase my very first car by myself (which I figured would be a pain in the first place.) Everyone was forcing me to buy a car I didn't want and I was almost about to give up. All the experiences I had before EZE Auto Brokers were absolutely horrible. One day I skipped all the other used car shops I was supposed to go to and went straight to EZE Auto Brokers and it was the best decision I ever made. Sava was very respectful and didn't pressure me into any decisions. He gave me the keys and walked away in order to give me space and time to look over the car fully. I was completely in love with the car at that point. He even taught me a little about auto repair and how to check certain things under the hood. He worked with me on the price and offered the best deal for a very well kept Volkswagen Jetta. With all that being said, EZE Auto Brokers is the best place to go for a used car. You'll have the best experience without any pressure. You won't regret going here. Sava was easy to talk to and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my future car purchases or maintenances. read more

He sold my daughter a lemon. After we bought it I had to put brakes on it. She was having problems with it & he wouldn't do anything about it. I took it to my mechanic and it cost her well over $1600. Everything was wrong with it!!! He's your typical use car salesman!! Don't buy from read more

If there is something I regret - it's buying a car from this place. Took the car home and had A/C problems the next morning. A month later, the timing belt broke. A few weeks later, the A/C went out completely. Now the battery is dead and the brake lights won't turn off because - guess what? Something else broke. A $4,500 car that ended up costing me $3000 in repairs. When I called about the timing belt snapping - which is 1 day after the warranty ended, they were so nice in telling they'll call me back to refer me to a mechanic. What a joke! No calls, no follow-ups, no nothing. Stay away from these con artists. Spend the extra money to buy a car from a reputable place. I should have turned the other way when the antenna of the car i was buying was in their mechanics' car. read more

I have purchased or have been party to at least 7 vehicles purchased here since the late 90's. I would recommend them to anyone and have! If you want a used car you can trust them. I not only purchased my used car a few years ago from Sava at EZ Auto Brokers, but I also take my car in for any automotive needs. Sava is beyond fair with his pricing of cars to sell but also with repairs. Elroy is the mechanic at EZ Auto and he is so amazing, he can fix anything and he does. I always have an easy hassle free experience any time I deal with EZ Auto Brokers. If there is a time that they cannot repair my car I will definitely come back to them. Hands down best used car lot I have been to. My wife and I went to look for a good used car. We were treated very well by a knowledgable sales man who's only concern was to make are stop here a pleasurable one. So shady. The car I wanted broke down on the test drive after a long speech about it not have ANY problems. Once I saw the engine there were about 5 very obvious problems Visible! They are hucksters and tried to charge me several thousand over blue book by checking a bunch of upgrades on the site that the car didn't have, stay away. read more

I am bought 4 cars from them have nothing but great experience with this place plan on buying another car once my wife's car is paid off just let them know the make and model I was looking for and they went out of their way to find it for us anything that happens to any one of our cars even though our warranty is up they still find a way to help us out knowing that we do not have a lot of money due to having to little kids I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a car they don't hassle you at all and I will have to work even if you have bad credit read more

Sava's great. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable. The exact opposite of how we were treated at the brand dealerships we visited. Also a month or so later I left the light on my car on while at work and drained my car battery, and he lent me a jumper box to get me back running (I work close to the dealership). If you're at his lot for any length of time you'll see most of his customers are repeat. That tells you something! read more

After an afternoon of your stereotypical used car dealers, my wife and I came across Eze Auto Brokers on a Saturday. The experience there was completely different than any other used car dealers we visited. They were honest, straightforward and relaxed about the whole process. They didn't try and use the usual, outdated sales tactics, like most of the other places we went. Even a few weeks after the sale they have been nothing but courteous and helpful. I would happily purchase another vehicle from them. I can't comment on Holland R.'s review of this place, but it only takes a minute to read his other reviews on other businesses to figure out his general outlook on life. I'm no mechanic, but I'm pretty sure that is not even possible to have "5 very obvious problems visible" with an engine. Additionally, if you look at Eze's inventory, there isn't a lot of room on most of those prices for "several thousand dollars over blue book". I've been wrong before, so please post another review if you have a bad experience, but I'd encourage anyone in the used car market to stop by and check out their inventory. read more

My family and I have been doing business with EZE Auto Brokers since early 1991. All together, in the past 21 years, we have purchased 14 cars without a problem. And we hail from Laguna Hills to Canyon Country. Of course any used car can have issues, but EZE's used car guarantee, makes servicing very convenient. Personally I have gotten very spoiled as they service their own cars at a greatly discounted rate. Going to other mechanics is stressful because they do not provide the same quality of service. As long as I am mobile, I will continue to do business with EZE Auto Brokers. After that, Im sure they can find me a motorized wheelchair. read more
