This place is great! I got the best service, from everyone when I was looking to buy a reliable, fuel efficient cool car. When I called, I was greeted, and booked an appointment. Rebecca held the car for me until I could drive it. The service manager followed up, after my purchase, and John the owner answered my service questions right away by text. The car turned out to be an excellent, low mileage Mazda 6, that gets 35 MPG. Thank you. I highly recommend. Although this was a used car, the price was great, and In Lane also installed a new battery, oil change, filters and both original keys! read more

If your looking for a car for a great price John at In Lane is your guy.... If they don't have the car you want in inventory, they will find you the car your looking for. The best part is it's by appointment only so not only does that speed things up, it also keeps the cost down which gets passed on to you. I bought a used 2017 model from them and I saved thousands and without the pressure of a salesman 1 read more

I went to this place to inquire about a tacoma that was for sale, I was under the impression that it was a private seller (since I hate dealing with pushy dealerships). I must admit that my first impression was a bit hesitant. The vehicle was parked at the rear of a bank parking lot along with several other vehicles and what I think were customer/employee vehicles. Then I met Sorin, I called him (he was the point of contact for the tacoma) as soon as I got to the parking lot and he came right away, very casual, not pushy, and very friendly (face mask and all). He allowed me to inspect the truck, while he stayed away, I even felt like he was not interested in selling the truck. After speaking with him, I realized that this was a dealership (sort of) and that it was just not your typical, pushy, sell-you-everything-they-can type of place. We could not come to an agreement on the price and so I left. Although Sorin had my information he never bother me with those reel-him-in phone calls that many dealerships do. After looking at several other trucks, I realized that the truck was prized at a reasonable and fair prize. Therefore, I decided to contact Sorin with a counter offer. To my surprise, he was open to negotiations, again with no hassle or BS. I met with him a second time and We were able to come to an agreement with the price. The paperwork process was painless and done in a timely manner (unlike at other dealerships) and although this is not your typical dealership, the paperwork is the same :(. However, it was not a bad experience. Sorin was very professional, the office was Clean (located in the bank building) and the atmosphere was very pleasant and trustworthy (which is important to me when purchasing a vehicle) Sorin never tried to sell me any extra things I did not want /need (like extended warranty or gap insurance) although it was clear By the different posters decorating the office, that those items were available. That made Me feel more comfortable with my purchase. He also offered to send me cosmetic items that my truck was missing (great customer service/customer satisfaction points earned on his behalf). Overall, I had a great car buying experience and I will definitely go back and recommend In-Lane-Auto sales to friends and family. read more

I bought a Golf GTI 2012 from In Lane Auto. They told me the breaks were replaced, wipers were new and that the car underwent a full service including a realignment. I've had my car for 5 months and I just had to replace my break pads, front and back, they told me the rotors were warn and warped. Also had to do a realignment, oil change and service. I called them, they never called me back and they have no interest in explaining themselves or helping me out. I had to pay a ton of money for things that shouldn't have happend to a car that's in "perfect condition". The least they could do is contact me back and we could've worked out a solution. read more

So I was looking for an entry level ev and I searched on Car Gurus for the nearest one and found this 2018 Chevorlet Bolt from In Lane Auto. It had all the fancy features for a great deal. Called them. The owners John and Richelle were incredibly transparent, poised, and had extensive knowledge. They even offered to pick up my car to trade off. Richelle didn't miss a step on the paperwork and answered every question I had. John is personable and the total opposite of a stereotypical car salesman. Not pushy and can feel a person's vibe in a second. Thanks John and Richelle! read more

I went to In Lane Auto when I was seeking a pre-owned, reliable vehicle. Sorin was very helpful and helped me to find an affordable vehicle that met all my needs. I came in unsure of what I was going to need and left feeling confident and with a 2010 Subaru Forester. At In Lane Auto LLC, they care about their vehicles and making their clients feel assured that they are satisfied with their purchase. All vehicles bought and sold go through an extensive inspection and anything that is recommended for a change, they replace so you don't have to worry once you own the vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend In Lane Auto for your new pre-owner vehicle purchase. read more

Where do I even start!??! First of all their patience and their service was the best I have ever experienced! I had found a Toyota RAV4 on carfax and it lead me to them, and I'm so happy it did. I asked them a couple questions before considering and after all I wanted to continue in having business with them. I came in and we discussed some business, because of my low credit score but they were able to help me and find a solution. I truly appreciate all the help and effort they did for me to drive out with a car I was looking for and dreaming of . Jon and richelle are the best and great people ! read more

I highly recommend this dealer. I went to about 10 dealers looking to buy a new car and out of all the dealers I went to, this one was the only one that I felt was honest and pleasurable to work with. It's a smaller dealership so that means that you get the best prices and you won't be dealing with commission hungry employees, you will be dealing with will the owner himself. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He had no hidden fees and he is upfront and honest. He even waited until after hours for me to pick up the car and he even detailed the car as well as filled it up with gas. The paper work took about 10 minutes and I was gone with my new car. I couldn't believe how fast and smooth everything went. If you are looking for a used car then this is the place to go for the best experience and customer service hands down. I never expected a car dealer to do go above and beyond the way he did. Thank you for my new car!!!! read more

Have had my 2006 RX330 for 1 month. I like to wait to see how the whole process works. Called on a Sunday for information on the car. Soren answered the phone, which for me after looking at numerous vehicles was amazing, since either it was communicating through e-mail or text with everyone else. Requested info, and was told the car was available, and could be seen the next day. They work by appointment and had one at 2:00 PM. The vehicle was clean and looked well maintained. Soren was knowledgeable about the car, and had a Carfax report for any maintainance done before he recieved it. I had to wait for funding, but Soren was OK with that. The purchase process was the easiest I have EVER had, and I have had way too many to vount. Documentation was thorough, but was made very easy to work through. The car drives like a dream, and I would thoroughly recommend In Lane! Thank you again Soren for this experence. read more

I was interested in one of the Nissan SUV and found this Dealer. Since I was buying an used car, I tested drive two cars. Both cars are in excellent condition. The dealer was really nice. No pushing and very much willing to work with me. Whatever car I was asking, the dealer was very honest and had all the maintenance paper work, and car fax history. Their integrity are high , John, Hamid, and Ken. Hohn was really a fantastic guy. The driver side blinker has some minor issue. They took care of it within a week. Everything is specified in the paper work. I like the attitude and the way they do things. If I ever need another car, I will definitely do this business with them again. read more

Most honest, straight forward and excellent dealer I have dealt with. Sorin is a true professional, and helped me get the car I've always wanted as fast and stress free as possible. Will definitely be doing business with him again. Highly recommend. read more

Neutral experience but definitely not the best. I paid for a diagnostic from the Infiniti dealer for a 2011 fx with 112k miles. A few of expensive recommendations were found, but because the car "rides smooth" the dealer won't fix them or negotiate the price. Nice guy Sorin, but ultimately still a salesman. Looking elsewhere for now. read more

Great service. Everything was quick and easy. John did an amazing job making sure everything went smooth. I was worried because I needed a car quick for my new job and he helped me find the best car suitable for the job I am in (delivering). Definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable car and for who ever hates all the hassle. They made this process more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. Just purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla from In Lane Auto last week. We had a good experience working with John and his wife Richelle. This is a family ran business with very nice hard working people. We got the car we were looking for. And the car was exactly what they said it was. Shared all the history and service record on the car and all the information was disclosed. We were even able to purchase a warranty for four years on this used car which was amazing and very cheap compared to the dealerships warranties. I would highly recommend buying a car from this place. read more

I brought a really clean Lexus RCF from Sorin and he couldn't have been a better gentleman dustheap whole process. I called after seeing a newly posted F-250 6.7L. Sorin answered and provided me with all of the information I needed. I was encouraged and reassured by all of the 5 star reviews on Yelp and other websites so I drove down to check the truck out and, I promise you, the 5 star reviews are all accurate!! The process was easy, the price was right, and I walked away knowing, with confidence, that I got a good deal and a reliable truck! If you are in the market for a used vehicle, InLane is the place to go!! I will recommend them to everyone and anyone. After being beaten down by so many dealerships, I was relieved and actually had fun during the process! Sorin and John are great guys! read more

My dad just bought a Mercedes Benz Gl from Sorin few days ago. Sorin was very helpful in picking out the car my dad wanted. He was very knowledgeable about cars. I dealt with Sorin Purcario out of the Anaheim sales office. I do not say this lightly when I state it was one of the best dealings I have had when purchasing a car. Sorin does not believe in a "pressure sale". He let me take my time, ask questions and never pushed me. He is completely honest and transparent in his dealings. The car I purchased was phenomenally priced to begin with. Even so, Sorin took time to have a few scratches removed before pick-up to ensure I was completely happy, even though the car was sold "as is." The whole deal took only 90 minutes, including the test drive, not 3-4 hours dealers usually put you through. In Lane Auto has my strong recommendation. read more
