I went to this place to inquire about a tacoma that was for sale, I was under the impression that it was a private seller (since I hate dealing with pushy dealerships). I must admit that my first impression was a bit hesitant. The vehicle was parked at the rear of a bank parking lot along with several other vehicles and what I think were customer/employee vehicles. Then I met Sorin, I called him (he was the point of contact for the tacoma) as soon as I got to the parking lot and he came right away, very casual, not pushy, and very friendly (face mask and all). He allowed me to inspect the truck, while he stayed away, I even felt like he was not interested in selling the truck. After speaking with him, I realized that this was a dealership (sort of) and that it was just not your typical, pushy, sell-you-everything-they-can type of place. We could not come to an agreement on the price and so I left. Although Sorin had my information he never bother me with those reel-him-in phone calls that many dealerships do. After looking at several other trucks, I realized that the truck was prized at a reasonable and fair prize. Therefore, I decided to contact Sorin with a counter offer. To my surprise, he was open to negotiations, again with no hassle or BS. I met with him a second time and We were able to come to an agreement with the price. The paperwork process was painless and done in a timely manner (unlike at other dealerships) and although this is not your typical dealership, the paperwork is the same :(. However, it was not a bad experience. Sorin was very professional, the office was Clean (located in the bank building) and the atmosphere was very pleasant and trustworthy (which is important to me when purchasing a vehicle) Sorin never tried to sell me any extra things I did not want /need (like extended warranty or gap insurance) although it was clear By the different posters decorating the office, that those items were available. That made Me feel more comfortable with my purchase. He also offered to send me cosmetic items that my truck was missing (great customer service/customer satisfaction points earned on his behalf). I bought a Golf GTI 2012 from In Lane Auto. They told me the breaks were replaced, wipers were new and that the car underwent a full service including a realignment. I've had my car for 5 months and I just had to replace my break pads, front and back, they told me the rotors were warn and warped. Also had to do a realignment, oil change and service. I called them, they never called me back and they have no interest in explaining themselves or helping me out. I had to pay a ton of money for things that shouldn't have happend to a car that's in "perfect condition". The least they could do is contact me back and we could've worked out a solution. read more

Have had my 2006 RX330 for 1 month. I like to wait to see how the whole process works. Called on a Sunday for information on the car. Soren answered the phone, which for me after looking at numerous vehicles was amazing, since either it was communicating through e-mail or text with everyone else. Requested info, and was told the car was available, and could be seen the next day. They work by appointment and had one at 2:00 PM. The vehicle was clean and looked well maintained. Soren was knowledgeable about the car, and had a Carfax report for any maintainance done before he recieved it. I had to wait for funding, but Soren was OK with that. The purchase process was the easiest I have EVER had, and I have had way too many to vount. Documentation was thorough, but was made very easy to work through. Neutral experience but definitely not the best. I paid for a diagnostic from the Infiniti dealer for a 2011 fx with 112k miles. A few of expensive recommendations were found, but because the car "rides smooth" the dealer won't fix them or negotiate the price. Nice guy Sorin, but ultimately still a salesman. I dealt with Sorin Purcario out of the Anaheim sales office. I do not say this lightly when I state it was one of the best dealings I have had when purchasing a car. Sorin does not believe in a "pressure sale". He let me take my time, ask questions and never pushed me. He is completely honest and transparent in his dealings.
