A nice "mom and pops" feeling auto dealership. They have a vehicle my wife and I were interested in, so we gave them a call to arrange for an appointment to view said car. I'll take blame on arriving about 15 minutes late, wife is pregnant, and I failed to take into account it just takes longer to get ready. The salesperson, Aaron was patient and gave us grace about it. The vehicle was out front already, and ready for us to view. A couple of aspects about the used vehicle. It drove well over all but the low tire pressure indicator alert was lit up, Aaron politely let us know that would not be something covered. The car wouldn't start as the battery was low on charge. Windows rolled up and down fine (minus the driver's). With a jump start, it started fine, drove fine, and window worked fine. Aaron assured us that they would take care of that after the car was sold. We did not buy today, as we wanted some time to go home to discuss the pro's and con's of the vehicle and how it will change our lifestyle. The feeling from the interaction with Aaron and the dealership office, does Auto Hub in favorable to want to buy from them if the vehicle and costs associated to the vehicle makes sense to our needs and what we're comfortable spending. read more

First review of the new year...Turned a lease in on October, had the car since then and luckily no problems yet I drove 60 miles to get a car from here because of the great reviews...it was easy to stay in touch with Chris the owner, via phone or text so that was a plus When you get there, doesn't look like much of an offering in the lot but seems accurate to what's on their website...they let you drive the car on your own as long as u give ur ID..and I was able to test drive with no pressure or upselling of any sort The inside of their office is nice and modern, with coffee and water offerings The main reason I would recommend this place is because of the customer service and how Chris stands behind his company for top notch service..to put it in short...I had initially put a 2-3 star review because I had a bad experience with someone they work with outside the company for parts, because they promised to replace the skull cap of my drive side mirror, but their communication wasn't in the nicest tone...in the end, Chris reached out to personally, made arrangements, bought a brand new mirror unit and replaced it himself...that alone would make me go back to him and recommend his company... In the end, yes they're highly recommended and what everyone else is saying is true..only thing is when I was leaving the lot, one of the tires was pretty much flat and I understand these sell "as is" but I wish they could've inflated it for me instead of me driving on the freeway to get to a gas station and the PSI was in the low 20s...but it's ok lol read more

I will try to keep this review short and sweet. Chris is a great guy. He is honest, helpful, and very accommodating. He has a great selection of vehicles. I went in to look at a Tacoma but saw a 4Runner that was in great shape. I test drove it and then came back a couple of days later. Chris let me drive the car to my own mechanic to do a thorough inspection. My mechanic, who specializes in Toyota/Lexus, said the car was in great shape with only minor fixes (e.g. turn indicator bulb, vacuum hose, battery replacement). I drove back to the dealership and Chris had these items replaced, and completed another oil change and I completed the purchase. When you are looking to buy a used vehicle, you cannot expect the car to look or be brand new. As the buyer, you have a responsibility to perform your due diligence. Chris is honest and forthright and made it very easy for me to do just that. He knows the value of the cars he has but more importantly, knows the value of people and relationships. He made it very clear that I can contact him in the future if I have any questions or concerns. You will not be pressured to buy something here, nor will you be lied to about any vehicle. Buying a used car always contains some element of risk, but atleast if you buy from auto hub you can have peace of mind knowing you're buying from an honest dealer. I purchased a car here, and even though I came in close to closing that day, Chris trusted in me and allowed me to sign the paperwork and take the car(closing the deal) to the financing office nearby even though he had to take off for the day and just worked the rest out with the lender later. (I drove from kind of far so this was a huge relief) I got a great price for the car, and there was no crazy hidden fees or extra add ons besides your regular registration and contract fees etc. Unfortunately, after just over a month I started having issues with the car. Chris offered for me to take it to his mechanic and it would be taken care of on the house. The mechanic thought the issue was one thing, but unfortunately the issues with the car persisted. I am really grateful that at that point, Chris gave me the option of his mechanic continuing to try to resolve the issue on the house, or a full refund. I am really grateful that I was able to get my refund on the car and Chris took care of everything including having the car picked up even though it was quite a distance away. This is how you know you're dealing with an honest businessman who has integrity and cares about his business. I've been shopping around for a used vehicle and have visited many dealerships in the last week. Every dealership is the same. Not that clean, salesmen who approach you at in the moment you step foot on the lot, salesmen who think they know everything and know what you want and so on.... I went to Autohub and perused the lot like I usually do and try to avoid the salesman. I looked around and figured out what cars I wanted to check out. I went up front and talked to Aaron the salesman who was knowledgeable of the cars I asked. He pulled the cars around so I could test drive them and I did. I felt I wasn't a burden on Aaron and I could take my time checking out the cars without a salesman yapping in my ear about nonsense they read in a sales book. The cars were great and they fit my needs but I wanted something else. That's why I'm shopping around. I didn't get a chance to negotiate prices because I wasn't prepared to make an offer on a car I didn't want. However, the customer service here is unlike any other dealer I've been too. They didn't put a business card in my hand, they didn't ask for my phone number for future business. I talked to the manager Chris who asked if I wanted to leave my number and they could call if there was something close to what I was looking at. He asked instead of demanding for my number and yes of course I gave it to him. The customer service here is unlike any other dealership I've been too. Very polite, not aggressive and not pressuring in anyway like most dealers. The dealership was clean and welcoming unlike other sleezy dealerships in the area. I did not buy a car and I feel bad because I felt like I should have. However, I hope I can buy a car from here because it's unlike any other spot I checked. This place seems legit and the guys seem very honest without pressuring you. My mother was a realtor and she always said homes sell themself and you just have to let the home sell itself. My son was in the market for his first car. He did his research and we visited several dealerships. Auto Hub, Inc. had good reviews on CarGurus website, and it was the first used car dealership we visited. Most dealerships we went to were downhill from there! Chris, the owner, specializes in good clean cars with clean titles. "We sell only high quality cars checked and serviced by our certified mechanic" is the company's statement. Honestly, it took us by surprise when we first visited as there was no obvious lot to view cars for sale. They have an office and the cars are parked behind, so they bring the cars out in front for the customer to see. Many reviewers spoke about the pleasant experience they had doing business with Chris or Mark. Ultimately, my son decided on buying a car ('01 Honda Accord) from Chris, and it was a pleasure. He is an honest businessman. He does offer a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty, but that is based on using his mechanic. Since my son is in college out of state, that was not feasible. No matter how clean a car is, any car, new or used, can have problems. Unfortunately, that's what happened with my son's car (a transmission problem that has plagued 1998-2004 Hondas). Even though it is not Chris's fault and we did not buy a warranty, he stands behind his cars and has offered to assist us in the payment of the repairs. You can't get better than that! Very disappointed and a huge waste of time. This review is not about their cars (never actually got to see any) but how they conduct their business. I was interested in a van they had listed and gave them a call on a Thursday. I spoke with Chris and said I'd like to come by Saturday to check it out. He said sure and to just let him know on Saturday when I would come by. Saturday morning at 10am give him another call and let him know I could be there at 12pm, he informed me that there was another appointment for 11am with someone else for the same van I was interested in. I let him know that I would be coming from San Diego at an hour and a half away and didn't want to drive all the way up there only to have the van sold to someone before me. I asked if he could let me know if it gets sold or not and if not I'd schedule another appointment to come up. He said sure and let me know if I didn't hear from him to text him to get an update. At 5pm I hadn't heard anything so I gave him a text asking if it had been sold or not. He said it hadn't been sold so I asked for the first appointment possible on Sunday so I could come up and check it out. He said they would be available 1:30-2:00pm. I let him know I'd be there at 1:30 and he confirmed. I make the hour and a half drive up on Sunday and arrive at 1:27 to see the van surrounded by another family checking it out. Go inside and speak with another gentleman and let him know I had an appointment to see the van at 1:30. He let me know that the other family also had an appointment and that there was a miscommunication between him and Chris. He then said we could check out the van if we wanted, and that the other family wanted to take it to a mechanic. I'm sorry but in the middle of a pandemic I don't exactly feel like getting close to strangers who are in the middle of checking out a van. Pandemic aside I still wouldn't jump in there, it would be an extremely rude thing to do. We waited outside for a little while and the other family ended up driving the van off to the mechanics I assume. I decided then I wasn't going to wait around and left, driving back an hour and a half back home. The issue I told Chris I didn't want to happen is exactly what happened. The van was marked as sold not long after so I assume the family did end up buying it. It wouldn't have been difficult to text or call me to let me know ahead of time so I wouldn't have wasted 3 hours of my Sunday driving up there. Or keep track of your "appointments" and scheduling better. read more

I bought a 72 VW bus from him a couple weeks ago. Text Chris at 7 pm about car and he text me back and i went and saw the car the next day. Talk about being straight forward and honest and no hassle sales. We walked around it and i asked questions which he knew the answers and if he didn't he would tell you he would try to find out and he does find out and texts you and lets you know ! No he was not being a jerk...its a 72 VW Bus...someone would have bought it full ask if it wasn't me. So i bought the fist used car ever that was not checked out first by my mechanic on "feelings" alone about Chris. Bought it, drove it to mechanic who had it for a couple days. My mechanic told me that whoever had this bus put some money into it and took care of it and that Chris was 100% correct on everything he told about the bus !! Note: We did not end up purchasing the car. Overall I'm happy with my experience at Auto Hub. Blake and Chris are extremely friendly, and are are not what you would call pushy salesmen whatsoever. Blake let us check out the truck, wasn't trying to sell us on it or anything, he just sat back and watched while we looked over the truck, and that's what I like to see in a salesman. Chris was totally up for us to take it to our mechanic, no questions asked. I'm glad he was because there were some issues with it that I just couldn't afford to fix with it being my first ever vehicle purchase. I'm not saying all of their vehicles need work, because you'll see plenty of other reviews saying how fantastic the cars they bought from Auto Hub are. The truck was already on the high end of my budget so I couldn't afford to fix the problems that needed to be fixed.
