    First review of the new year...Turned a lease in on October, had the car since then and luckily no problems yet I drove 60 miles to get a car from here because of the great reviews...it was easy to stay in touch with Chris the owner, via phone or text so that was a plus When you get there, doesn't look like much of an offering in the lot but seems accurate to what's on their website...they let you drive the car on your own as long as u give ur ID..and I was able to test drive with no pressure or upselling of any sort The inside of their office is nice and modern, with coffee and water offerings The main reason I would recommend this place is because of the customer service and how Chris stands behind his company for top notch service..to put it in short...I had initially put a 2-3 star review because I had a bad experience with someone they work with outside the company for parts, because they promised to replace the skull cap of my drive side mirror, but their communication wasn't in the nicest tone...in the end, Chris reached out to personally, made arrangements, bought a brand new mirror unit and replaced it himself...that alone would make me go back to him and recommend his company... In the end, yes they're highly recommended and what everyone else is saying is true..only thing is when I was leaving the lot, one of the tires was pretty much flat and I understand these sell "as is" but I wish they could've inflated it for me instead of me driving on the freeway to get to a gas station and the PSI was in the low 20s...but it's ok lol

    97' Toyota Tacoma...Old but new!!

    Found my forever truck on offer up listed by Auto Hub. It's a 97' Toyota Tacoma. 26 years old with 77K documented miles on it. Chris was very accommodating while negotiating this deal! There's no reason a dealership should be selling a car in that condition. Before the tire issue, my alternator went out, and while they replaced it, they still made me pay out of pocket, which didn't feel right considering how soon the problem happened after buying the car. I really wanted to trust this place, but after multiple major issues in such a short time, I can't recommend them. Buyers beware -- inspect everything carefully and don't expect much accountability once you drive off the lot.

Issues with the check engine light continued. I took auto to my mechanic during the visit the check engine light turned off. At that time, I could not get a proper diagnostic report. I phone Springfield Motors right away to the report problem. The car then started to leak large amounts of fluids. I am now stuck with large repair bill! They also held onto my new registration and tags for 2 months. I had to phone them. I was told that they have the tags and registration in the office. I did not understand why they were not mailed to me directly. If I had not phoned, I may have never received them. I paid cash for the auto. Still having major issues!!! BEWARE!!! Very bad experience!!!!

However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

He gave us updates a few times a week which made the wait much easier and showed how attentive and organized the team was. He was on top of every detail from start to finish. We were informed and taken care of throughout the process. Christian, the finance rep was also extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of our time.     Going into the process of buying a 2026 RAV4 Woodland PHEV, I was honestly skeptical that any…read moredealership in 2026 would give a straightforward deal on such a high-demand and recently-released vehicle. Between markups, forced dealer accessories, and waitlists, I expected the process to be frustrating. Instead, David Blumenthal completely changed my perception. I had been speaking with David since November 2025, and throughout the entire process David was transparent, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Most importantly, David committed to getting me the vehicle at true MSRP with no markup and no forced dealer-added accessories - and he actually honored it! All just to get me back from a decade-long affair away from Toyota due to previous negative dealership sales tactics. David even arranged a dealership-swap so I could get the exact color and port-installed options I wanted, which honestly made the car feel custom ordered despite Toyota's allocation system. When the vehicle was finally on the way from port to the dealership, David handed me off to Luis Solares, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth the transition was. Luis was friendly, responsive, low-pressure, and extremely accommodating throughout the final steps of the process. Luis protected the vehicle so I could be the first person to drive it after returning from a family trip, kept me updated constantly through text/email, and made the final sales experience feel personal instead of transactional. Honestly, I did not expect the whole process up until this point to be as smooth as it was. No tricks! Even during the overly-long finance-manager wait and endless document process, Luis was outside making sure the vehicle was cleaned, charged, fueled, and ready to go. The next day, Luis even coordinated getting my charging cable back to me after I accidentally left it behind. At the end of the day, I got one of the first Woodland PHEVs in the area at EXACTLY MSRP (plus normal taxes and fees, duh!) - no games, no pressure, and no surprises. If you know anything about the RAV4 market over the past several years, you know how rare that is. David Blumenthal and Luis Solares both made a lasting impression on me, and I genuinely appreciate how honest and straightforward they were throughout the process!

    This is a very long over due review!…read more I purchased my 2025 Ford Bronco at Fullerton Ford in September. I searched all over the place for this Robin egg blue and they had it there! I was very upfront when I went to see it that I was not going to purchase that night but Christian still took the time to show me the Bronco and we even took a test drive. As I drove home Christian texted me to see if I wanted to maybe come back and purchase but I told him I wasn't ready yet. He was very respectful and didn't keep calling and waited on me. Which I respected very much!! So 2 days later I texted him and purchased my bronco!! Christian is such a nice guy! I would buy a car from him anytime! The girl that did my finance paper work was so sweet and so funny .. she had this great laugh I loved it! The service manager is also a pretty awesome guy!! I could go on and on... This dealership as a whole is just awesome!! I had a great experience here and they are veteran owned which is a Major Plus!! If I ever need another Bronco or maybe in a few years I'll get a Raptor this is where I'll get it from!! Thank you Fullerton Ford!!

On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons.
