    In response to Louis's response; This was not about the test drive at all? Never once did i mention that in my review? Clearly you did not read what i wrote, its not that i "feel" , it WAS, lol. I have several cars, a test drive on 200k car is much less valuable then the experience when buying one my brother. And you guys absolutely did not do a good job. Next time read the review and give an honest response back, don't just pretend like ur sorry and that you read it Lol.

    Where do I start !!!!dealt with Tony the owner the whole time ,From loosing my ids ,to a couple of days later loosing sales contract so Tony had to mail me a new one which I signed and sent back immediately ,I had to figure out my self how to get temp tags btw they didn't not help at all,to now over 6 months later which temp been expired for months and not being able to even drive the vehicle that I've spent 105k on with 40k down,6k in maintenance/tires ,and 65k through a bank that sucks just as band as him ,now he's been funded for 6month and I'm with a vehicle I can't drive because he's claiming title was lost ,which if they are remotely on top of their business they could've had title replaced in first couple of months and actually they've realized this over 3 months ago and they claimed they were tracking the package ,I have proof for everything I've claimed !!!he's broken the law and I've tried everything in my power ,even gave him the opportunity to send a simple message stating the promises he's made this last week ,which I think I have the right to at this point after being lied to for 6months so I don't have to seek legal help and he's failed to do that as well .. Stay away and save the agony and stress .

    Easiest car buying experience ever! Tony and his staff were wonderful! Came in on Sunday walked out with this beauty on Tuesday! They worked extremely hard to make sure all our needs were taken care of and we had proper funding! Will send all my friends and family here!

    Eyeballed this Porsche 911 turbo s they had for awhile but I kept my options open and kept searching around. Some time had passed and I wasn't finding what I wanted optionwise. After careful consideration and due diligence regarding the dealer as well as the car, I called them up, inquired bout the car, came in to see it, bought it. The team there are legit and they don't keep junk on there lot, I make sure every car I've purchased is pristine and this one has not disappointed. I took it to an indy Porsche guy on a few recommendations and they told me that this car is immaculate and as described, needs nothing and drives like brand new, I'd buy another car from them with no worries.     I'd highly recommend OC Autosource to anyone looking for a car. I picked up a 997.2 Turbo S from them in June. Tony, Skylar and crew made the entire process smooth and easy. They were incredibly responsive, answered all my questions and had the car detailed for me when I picked it up. Normally I hate dealing with car salespeople, but these guys are all super chill. Thanks again for making the buying process pain free! I've been loving every mile of the car so far.

    Bentley Continental GT convertible

    Absolutely first rate experience buying my second Bentley here. Tony was fantastic, represented the vehicle fairly and accurately, and made all minor cosmetic corrections that I requested. He was a delight to work with. Clearly OC Autosource sources great vehicles and cares for them meticulously. It was evident in the care they put into the car, and also how they maintain the show room. Very trustworthy, open, honest about the vehicles, and represent them exactly as they are. They're also not afraid to address any minor issues you might like before delivering the vehicle. I would trust them 100% and would be delighted to buy future high-end vehicles here. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

I show up to my appointment 5 minutes early and I have to wait in my car for almost 20 minutes because the advisor I was assigned to was busy with another customer. She finally gets me checked in. She tells me she doesn't have a loaner car for me yet, but here you don't usually have to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to return their loaner. After an hour and a half of waiting, I get a text from her apologizing for the extended wait, and still no loaners have returned yet. I asked her roughly how much longer it would be and she didn't know. After more than 2 hours of waiting, I received another text from her apologizing yet again, saying she's going to change my appointment to a "wait" appointment, and she's asking for my car to be expedited because no other loaner cars have come back yet. This was getting ridiculous. I replied back, telling her that I'm basically stuck waiting because I have no other choice, even though this wasn't what I agreed to. I didn't bring my laptop with me because when I booked the appointment, I was told they can usually get me a loaner car fairly quickly if one isn't available at the time of my appointment. After being stranded for more than 3 hours waiting in their freezing cold waiting room, I asked an employee if he had any updates on my car. The response was, "No. You should check with your service advisor." I watched so many other "wait" customers come and go in the waiting lounge area. So, apparently, waiting for the first 2 hours was nothing but a waste of my time, while all the other "wait" appointments were prioritized over mine. Even though I dressed in layers and brought a protein snack and water, I was still freezing cold from the a/c blasting in the waiting area. I wandered outside and found a random chair on the side of the building. It was warmer outside than inside. I received another text with a link from the technician. I click on it, and it says that additional work is needed on my car. This was alarming, because I had literally just gotten a 60k tune-up on my car at South County Lexus the week before! I watched the video, and the tech doesn't mention any additional work needed. So I'm already upset and in hot water for being forced to wait; now I'm left hanging, not knowing what else is wrong with my car. That's when my advisor calls me and apologized for everything that had gone wrong that day. She said that these things don't normally happen. I told her about how vague the video was, and I'm surprised to see that I need additional work done. She clarified that my back brakes are at 5 mm; it's nothing urgent. She told me that she's just as upset as I am, and that she was out last week sick with food poisoning, and she's very disappointed to return to work and deal with such a mess. I told her that my day is basically ruined and I just needed to leave ASAP. She said my car is almost ready and to give her 10 minutes so it can be washed. Another 40 minutes go by. No call. No text. At this point, I'm almost in tears. I force myself to go back inside to see what the holdup is. Of course, no one knows anything. So I walked over to my advisor's cubicle and asked her where my car was. She told me that her manager is taking care of everything and asked me to return to the waiting lounge, and that her manager would come talk to me. I go sit and wait yet again. Another 20 minutes pass, and no manager comes and talks to me. Instead, my service advisor comes over and tells me my car is finally ready. She looked visibly upset. I told her, "You guys can't keep my car hostage like this." She said that's not what they were doing, and admitted that she just got done yelling "at everyone." Then she goes into how she was out for a week with food poisoning again, mentions how she works on commission, and has a 10-year-old girl at home. I told her that I was sorry she got sick, but was a little confused about why she was telling me these other things. The ultimate insult was when she took only 10% off my bill for all the drama that happened that day. I asked, "Really? Only 10%? That's the best you can do after *everything* that happened today?" She gave me 20% instead. At this point, I was so exhausted, upset, and still freezing cold. I felt dizzy, drained, and my phone was about to die. I finally got to pay, sign, and get into my car and leave. This dealership is an absolute trainwreck on every level. And while I understand that loaner cars aren't guaranteed, employees shouldn't mention that loaners are returned every 30 minutes or so. Because this sets an expectation. And if that were the case, then roughly 7-8 loaner cars would have returned in the 4+ hours I was forced to wait. But not even one was returned.

    Avoid South Coast Toyota at all costs…read more I spent $70,000 on what was supposed to be a certified vehicle, and this was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. - Conflicting stories about certification from my salesperson Marlon Bringas and sales manager Brett Dillon - A $3,000 alarm system was added without my consent by finance manager Scott Mitchell - A service light came on shortly after purchase and I was still told it was "definitely certified" by Brett Dillon - Brake issues, scratches, and a broken roof rack within 2 weeks Today, I specifically brought the vehicle in for paint repair AND because the roof rack is broken. Brett Dillon knew exactly why I was there. He saw the roof rack himself. They knew it was broken. Worst part: I asked for written proof that they were refusing to fix the roof rack and documentation that I reported it. Brett Dillon refused. I was told I would have to PAY for an inspection just to get it in writing -- even though the defect is obvious and they had already seen it themselves. Scott Mitchell also added a $3,000 alarm system to my contract without my consent, and they refused to provide updated paperwork after removing it. Another Toyota dealership confirmed issues they dismissed and fixed them immediately. Misleading, adds unauthorized charges, and refuses documentation. Do not trust this dealership. UPDATE (Response to Owner): Your response is inaccurate. I called Brett on April 9th as I was getting into the vehicle and noticed the roof rack was not sitting flush. That concern was raised immediately. This is not something a typical customer would inspect closely, which is exactly why a proper certified inspection is supposed to catch issues like this. If a thorough inspection had actually been completed, this likely would have been identified before the sale. Additionally, within two days of purchase, my maintenance light came on -- which raises serious concerns about the quality and accuracy of your inspection process. To now claim this is "new damage" that was never reported is simply not true. I have been consistent from the beginning. At this point, this feels less like customer service and more like an attempt to shift responsibility instead of taking accountability.
