I have NEVER experienced anything like this from a dealership in my entire life. The reviews on their yelp and google have to be bought. Avoid this dealer AT ALL COSTS. This dealership wasted an entire day of my time, ran my credit, got my hopes up, had my family driving over an hour, and then sold the car out from under me at the very last second. I spent the entire day talking to Lorena Casassa while I was at work trying to make this deal happen. She kept reassuring me everything was good to go. Around noon, she had me submit a loan application through them, which put a hard inquiry on my credit. I was approved. She then scheduled me for a 5:30 PM appointment to come in and sign the paperwork. Any normal person would think that means the car is theirs. Instead, these people continued shopping the car around behind my back while I was under the impression we had a deal. My parents drove over an hour to meet me there. When they were only 20 minutes away, after we had all rearranged our schedules and wasted our entire day, the dealership called and casually said they had sold the car to someone else. No apology. No warning. No attempt to make it right. Just "it sold :(" So apparently this dealership thinks it is acceptable to: * Run your credit for absolutely no reason * Tell you you're approved * Schedule an appointment to sign paperwork * Let your family drive over an hour * And then sell the car to someone else 20 minutes before you arrive That is not just unprofessional, it is unbelievably dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. They treated us like our time meant absolutely nothing. I called to speak to who I am presuming is the owner and couldn't understand a single word he said. Whatever he said though was in angry manner and he was essentially screaming at me like I was the issue. Please stay away from this absolute scum of a dealership. read more

Be warned. I did questioned the total financed number, they said I was missing the interest amount. They did not tell us up front on the 'optional' theft deterrent charge. read more

I bought a car and within 2 days check engine light came on. They took it to their mechanic and said it was fixed the same day. Then the check engine light goes back on next day now they want me to fix it after paying 10k cash for a car we can't drive. It's been sitting for a month now and they tell us it's the way we drive it hahaha we never got to drive it... it's a paper weight this DEALERSHIP SCAMS you out of your money don't buy from them. I found a car that I liked on an auto listing website: Low mileage, great price, one owner, great condition, AWD...loaded. Without me asking they sent me more information on the car including a the Carfax report. Because I was going to drive a long way to see it, and to save time if there were any obvious issues, I asked Lorena to let me listen to the engine via the phone, and she obliged. I asked a lot of questions and she was very patient, professional, and caring. When I arrived, I met Lorena, who is an amazing salesperson, extremely knowledgeable, calming, kind, hilarious, friendly...I could not ask for a better sales person to handle my purchase. By the time I had purchased the car, I felt like she was an old friend. I also bought a Cars Protection Plus three-year bumper to bumper warranty with unlimited mileage, which I recommend doing when you buy any used car. They do not negotiate on the price, but the list price was great--way below market value, and I was very glad that I did not have to go through a haggling process. The worst experience I have ever encountered with trying to purchase a vehicle. I found their listing online for a Subaru 2014. I called and talked to seller who said the car had passed their basic inspections. Before I go on to say what ended up happening, let's make something clear here. Yes, used cars may show issues eventually. Eventually!! A car that is being put for sale on a dealership floor should not have obvious issues. Upon my inquiry I applied for loan approval. After approval I hired a mechanic which I paid $215 to do a pre-purchase inspection. Let's be real here, a pre-purchase inspection could normally show maybe a need for oil change, filters, brake fluid, etc. Minor things that the dealer wouldn't have caught by starting the car and running it. As the mechanic is doing the inspection he's sending me videos and pictures. The car off the bat made grinding and squeal noises. Do you need to pay a mechanic to tell you a car sounds like it's got issues?? NO! You need a mechanic to figure out the source of noise and fix it. The point is, the dealer obviously did not bother to properly inspect this car basically. Obvious bad noises means obvious issues. I shouldn't have to have paid a mechanic to let them know what they should have known before trying to sell me a lemon. I tried to talk to the manager about this and all I heard was excuses like "well, the car passed smog". Does anyone think passing smog means the car is good? Did anyone think of addressing the horrible noise the engine was making?? The manager was an absolute passive aggressive A S S!! They ended up getting a free inspection. Oh so now they'll take it to their mechanic, because, you know "they don't use outsiders" I am told. Well, apparently your mechanics suck AF because nobody pointed out the obvious issues with the car. Who has $215 for every car they are planning on purchase if dealers do this shite show? They should have given me at least a partial refund for the inspection they got. But you know just shove up yours .... The Universe is watching people. Be horrible dishonest people and it'll catch up with you. read more
