Update: In less than 2 years since buying this car, I've had to put about $4000 into repairs. Water and engine oil tanks were both cracked and had to be replaced. (There was actually a warranty/recall on the engine oil tank but by the time I figured it out, it was too late. It seems the dealership could've gotten it fixed for free but didn't...). Intake manifold flap was faulty and had to be replaced. Tires had to be changed and all brakes needed maintenance only a few months in. Etc. I accept that I bought this car "as is," but I was told certain things worked, and given representations about the cars condition, such as "It's been well-maintained..." and they were blatant lies. This was my first time buying my own car and I didn't know exactly how to check these things. They took advantage of that. I regret buying this car from them and I will never go to a sketchy used car dealer like this again. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake as me. Buyer beware. Laila, I was inquiring about the exact vehicle listed with that VIN not a different one and I have the deal summaries to prove it. The numbers changed multiple times for the same car which is what I flagged. I also have documentation that after I was told this vehicle was "sold" via a video that we recorded when a friend called that same day and was told it was still available and offered an appointment. That's not a pricing discrepancy, that's a documented inconsistency. I'll be filing a report with the BBB along with the screenshots. read more

Terrible service. Sold me a car without it being smogged but was charged for all dmv and registration. Then the car broke down in 3 days. Returned it had a loaner for 2 weeks. Get my car back breaks down a week later and took them 4 days to respond. I'm out of a car no loaner and they finally take the car back to get it fixed. When I called to check on yhe status 3days later the car is just sitting at the dealership nobody is working on it. 5 days after that, car is still not being worked on and nobody was returning my calls or messages. If you're looking for dishonesty a lemon, this is exactly the place to shop, no joke. read more

I purchased a 2019 Audi Sq5 in January 2026. I drove over 4 hrs to see the car because they advertise as specializing in Toyota and lexus. The salesman gave me the impression that they were a Lexus dealer used car lot. So I had total confidence in driving the distance to consider this Audi. When I arrived, the Audi appeared to be very clean and well maintained by a previous owner. I decided to pay full retail asking price and was quickly asked to start the process of purchasing. I was asked to sign documents over my phone with a salesman that became absent for questions. It was getting late and I had over 4 hrs to drive back home and signed the documents. After I drove the Audi home and looked over the contract they gave me on a thumb drive, I quickly realized I had paid for services I never approved. These were things like, anti theft and paint protection for a total of $3000. 00 added to my contract. I called immediately and a different salesman said I needed these items but would reduce my cost 50%. I felt okay about my purchase and moved on. The salesman had recommended that I get a professional oil change ASAP when I got settled with my new purchase. I scheduled an oil service from my local mechanic and then received a phone call that I had a major oil leak at the main seal. This is hard to make this short. The dealership offered to pick my car up and have their mechanic that completely missed the leak, fix my car at no charge. There was no way that I would accept this and proceeded to move forward with using the extended warranty I purchased. Thank God!! However, This has been a very long grueling and depressing venture. My vehicle had to go to two shops and I was out of a vehicle for 6 weeks. I had to pay an additional $1800 for repairs that you should expect a dealership advertised as a Lexus used car to catch. I am no longer satisfied with my purchase because I already paid full price for the vehicle and did not have any extra money to invest into repairs. I will say, Their customer service representative Leila, was courteous with what she could do. I would not buy a car here unless you have an independent mechanic look the vehicle over. read more

My experience today far exceeds any expectations I may have had going into this. I probably drove about 2 hours just to arrive this afternoon but I would drive it again and again because seriously that is how incredible the team here is. I'm not sure why this top tier team is so at peace, friendly and warm, they just are and with that they create the most enjoyable experience for their customers no matter what. Tito was the person who helped me and I highly recommend him not just bc he is extremely experienced at what he does but because he will make you rethink your whole life with just his smile and warmth alone. Imad handled the financing and if he can help me and my complicated, discombobulated, unconventional needs then he can quite honestly work magic for anyone. He is also just super understanding and kind even when dealing with a highly stressful somewhat volatile customer, as myself. I am very grateful to these two men in particular. Yesterday was the 28th anniversary of my partner'suicide. By accident, not design, I ended up having a wonderful day with the folks at Nash. From my first phone calls with Tracy, who answered the phone, I felt completely comfortable. I had picked out a car and a friend of mine in the area went to check it out for me. He was helped by Nadim, who then worked his "okole" (Hawaiian slang) off to get me to come down from L.A. to check out the car. He ran numbers for me and made them work. So, instead of me spending my day in a somber crying jag, I ended up finding and purchasing the car of my dreams. Buyer beware. First of all, the positive reviews are because they "ask" for a 5 star Yelp rating on departure of purchase. We found the van we loved online for "sale." My husband and I purchased but because we had two small children we had to go over the course of two days. We worked with Shannon who seemed to be more interested in how soon she could get off work than selling us a car. When I finally drove to pick it up I was half way there and she said if I didn't arrive in 15 minutes she was leaving and I'd have to get the car the next day. As a mother of two young children, this left a bad taste in my mouth. When I arrived to purchase the van, she had me sign ever day of the contract but didn't explain one thing. Just "sign here, sign here." My husband had been there earlier in the day so I assumed she had explained and worked everything out to him. Clearly my fault for assuming people have good integrity. Turns out, she explained nothing to him either. After purchasing a car last February through Carmax, I can tell you they went through every single page and explained every single thing on it. Another bad taste in my mouth. After I got home I Called to get the loan information from my bank and was astounded that there was $3000 that was unaccounted for. After going back and forth with Shannon for a few days, I'm which she refused to give me an exact price breakdown, I finally got the original documents and found out they charged us for two bullshit "fees" that were NEVER discussed or AGREED to. BUYER BEWARE: We purchased a vehicle through Nash Auto in Costa Mesa. The carfax appeared clean and they told us it was checked over. They also said there was a "protective film" and "anti theft tracking device" added to all of their vehicles so we weren't able to decline those charges, only get the cost down. Once we took it home and had it inspected twice, we found out it needs over $6k in major repairs. We also confirmed they lied about adding the "protective film" and "car tracking device" which neither are on the vehicle, confirmed by 2 mechanics (one at a certified VW dealership.) There is also a non VW panel inside the vehicle and we aren't sure if this was purchased at an auction. When we called to ask, we were assured they do not buy auction or salvage vehicles, yet when my husband called a couple days later, he was told the GM was at an auction. Nash Auto said to bring it back to them to have their mechanic "fix it". That was a week ago, they won't answer our calls, or give us the mechanic's info. They are holding our vehicle hostage and running out the clock on the California mandatory 30 day warranty. Not only did they lie in the contract about adding features not even on the car, they won't give us a straight answer, give us any info on any mechanic, keep lying and saying their GM is out of the office, and have our car. read more

Horrendous place. Some of the classic used car bait and switch techniques. They advertise a car that looks great. Won't tell you anything on the phone and make you come in. In my case 1.5 hour drive to get there. Then when you arrive to test drive the car it mysteriously stops working. They say they are sorry and blame someone else at the dealership. I am sure the ploy is to get you to look at the more expensive model they have. Completely untrustworthy. Run as far as you can. Any.
