Just bought a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F Sport a few weeks ago from Nash Auto. Unlike most car dealerships, the sales team at Nash Auto was very easy going. I felt no pressure to buy immediately or felt uncomfortable. This is compared to many other dealerships where they hound you and never stop bothering you. We did thorough research before arriving at Nash Auto so we pretty much new what we were looking for. Knowledge is power when shopping for a vehicle. Every one star reviewer seems to not have done their research or understand the typical routine of buying a car from a dealership; or the fact that if you don't like the car or feel comfortable, you're always free to leave. That's the power of a buyer. Jeff was our sales person. He was very approachable and accommodating. Jeff provided the CarFax to every vehicle we wanted to check out. I got to test drive the car that I was most interested in. At first I wasn't sure if this was the right car because the price painted on the windshield was higher that the online list price. However, the internet is typically the most accurate list price for a vehicle these days so this detail didn't bother me. As long as you do your research, you'll be fine. Once we settled on which car I should buy, we started the negotiation process. In typical fashion, Nash Auto and I started at different ideas for a final price. We even had to get the manager, EZ, involved. In the end, we arrived at a reasonable price that I was happy with. Jeff and EZ were very reasonable during the negotiations. As long as you don't get intimidated by the process and stand your ground, you'll be fine. However, you must realize that they must make money, too. So once again, do your research and find a reasonable price range you are comfortable with and make sure it's a price the dealership can work with. It was quick process lasting about two hours from arriving on their lot to leaving with my car. The longest part of the process was the paperwork, which is something you can't avoid. I didn't mind since we were watching TV while waiting for the paperwork to be prepared. They provided water to stay hydrated on such a hot day. Also, while we were waiting, we worked with the rest of the staff and other manager to inspect my car and ensure there were no outstanding issues to attend to. They even filled the gas a little to help me get home since I live 1.5 hours away. These little things make they difference between good customer service and great customer service. After I took the car home, my credit union had an issue with releasing the funds because of the policy they had with independent dealerships. However, my credit union worked everything out with EZ, the manager, and I didn't have to get involved at all. This issue was resolved painlessly because Nash Auto has been in the business for many years. The experience shows because EZ knew exactly what to do and how to accommodate my credit union in the most efficient way. Overall, I believe Nash Auto deserves your business. I have been searching for a car for many weeks. I was able to end my search at Nash Auto because I knew the price was right for the car and the staff made the process very easy. Never did I imagine that purchasing a car could be such a positive experience. Never in my dreams did I think that I would walk through a dealership and think "wow" upon "wow" at the selection of cars and customer service. Never did I think it was possible for me to be approved for financing with my credit. Prior to going to Nash Auto, I did extensive research to compare deals and prices, evaluate my old car's trade in value and check up on my credit. I was set on what car I wanted down to the colors and features so I crossed my fingers and hoped that it was just a matter of time before finding one within my price range. I scoured the internet every single day from Craigslist, AOL Auto, Carmax and Edmunds and found myself repeatedly led back to ads from Nash Auto. Although I never heard of Nash before, I am so glad I took the time to see what they were all about. Upon a quick walk through of the lot, I was impressed by the selection of cars including higher end luxury models and further surprised at the superb, competitive prices. It even made me reconsider my dream car! Of all the salesmen that I dealt with thus far, Eric Elmasry was the most polite, patient, low pressure and genuine of them all. As always I was wary of charming salesmen and did not want to be duped as a dumb, female buyer but Eric was straightforward from start to finish. Throughout the test drive, financing process and signing of papers, I was amazed by the ease of the car buying process compared to the horror dealership stories I've heard in the past. By the time I was signing my last papers, I was doing somersaults in my head and could barely hold in my excitement. Looking for a new/used car can be a difficult thing to do. I had chosen a beautiful 2012 Toyota Camry, black interior and black exterior fully equiped. MY NEW BABY! It was at Nash Auto that I found my ideal car. Mo, JR and Susan are very welcoming and provide information as soon as you walk into their dealership. They are honest and stand by the vehicles that they place on their lot. I could rant on about the vehicle that I had purchased but I am reviewing this company and their work ethic. The atmosphere at Nash Auto's dealership was inviting and clean, they offered bottled water while awaiting for a Sales representative. They will get you into the car that you are intrigued by right away. Susan was very specific on the details of the vehicle and what it included, what you see is not always what you get especially when your about to sign for something that comes with years of ownership, she gave me every bit of information that I was looking for and what my car has gone through. From repairs, to recalls. Mo, my man. Busy, but was the best at getting the keys in my hand the same day I walked in, he made sure every concern I had was fulfilled and he has integrity. There were minor maintenance issues that were needed to be done on my car, he made sure that all four tires were changed and a new battery was placed in. The car just hugged the ground! JR, was very helpful, my situation in particular, I needed to get off a loan in order to have the bank finance myself individually under this car, So he worked with the bank, and had kept in mind that it could take up to a month of processing just to get off another title. He made it quick and easy, the bank called me the next day and I was approved! With a great interest rate, and no money down! I was in phone and email contact with 2 sales associates, and set to buy the car I wanted for $22k - an outstanding deal. I drove over 80 miles from San Diego to Costa Mesa, loan preapproval and new insurance in hand, ready to buy. When finally I get there, Mo takes me out to see the car, and it's the wrong model. Whatever, mistakes happen. He told me to wait while he gets the right model from the other lot. Half an hour later, he comes back and says the other associate sold it to some mystery customer who had put $10k down and was now looking for financing, so they said I could wait a few days and if the customer couldn't find financing, I could buy it. Wow. Ok. They couldn't have called me at some point to tell me this? I honestly feel like I may have been a victim of bait-and-switch. To make it worse, he tried to tell me I was mistaken on which model I asked for, at which point I pulled up our email correspondence which specifically listed the exact details of the vehicle I wanted, followed by his reply of acknowledgement. He then backed off and basically ignored it. Instead, he tried to sell me a silver version (I wanted black) with a slightly lower price, with less miles. I told him I didn't want it, and he put the pressure on saying "Oh, it's easier to take care of. I have 2 silver cars, and the resale is higher than black." Really dude? Is that why you're selling this one for less than the black one? I test drove it anyway, just for fun, and noticed the inside passenger door handle was busted. Nice. I left disgruntled, but after researching, I feel like I may have dodged a bullet. It looks like their inventory is questionable at best, and I read other reviews suggesting that they buy vehicles that were in collisions but repaired privately as to avoid insurance issues for the driver, and then CarFax is not alerted to the damage. After I got home, I ran a search on AutoTrader across the whole country, and this car was 15% cheaper than the next cheapest car ($22k vs $26k) - a classic case of "too good to be true." I would urge anyone looking to buy from this dealer to exercise extreme caution. Additionally, if you look at the reviews, they're either glowing, or horrible, which leads me to suspect that they've padded their reviews. read more

NASH is great and can't say enough good about them. I am a conservative businessman and research everything I purchase. We have purchased two cars from Nash and had nothing but a great experience. One of the trucks we purchased was taken in for some work with our local Toyota dealer and when on the hoist they told us the car had been in a bad accident and needed $1600 dollars of work. I was real disappointed and discussed with Nash; he referred me to an Independent mechanic. We took the car to the mechanic and he said there was no way the car had been in an accident and it needed nothing. This guy was quite educated and had a degree in mechanical engineering. I am also mechanical and build my own airplane engines. I walked the car with him and he pointed out a number of things underneath while on still up on the rack that would have been tweaked if there had been an accident. It felt like I was with a forensic pathologist going over the car and I could not believe all the things he pointed out to me. Afterwards, I felt badly even suggesting to Nash there might have been a problem or accusing him of anything. In another experience, Nash went out of his way to have some paint work done on my car and even allowed me to use one of his Lexus cars that was on the lot for two weeks free of charge. This place has a strong conscience and I don't believe they would ever do something against the best interest of a customer. He sells to FBI, and multiple police officers from various cities in SoCal. Good luck screwing them....you might end up with some real bad Karma. We all know the car business to be very difficult with goofy customers, emotions running high, big dollars, car colors and condition and everything else you can think of. Do yourselves a favor please ignore anything negative about NASH. It just can not be true based upon what I know. They really try hard and probably can't accommodate all that you want but please allow them to serve you. They are simply the best....or he would not be growing as he is. I just bought my first car in 13 years last week and I was anxious about going to a dealership because I did not want to encounter high pressured sales people looking to make a commission at any cost. When I first walked onto the lot I was looking for a specific car that I had seen advertised, that's when I met Mo. Mo helped us locate the car, gave us specifics, and then left us alone. He then came back and asked if we wanted to test drive it, which we did. Once we got back to the lot we informed him that we wanted to think about it and would call him if we were interested. Mo gave us his cell number, we shook hands and left, it was a very pleasant experience. The following day he was available by text for any questions I threw his way, I was working the next two days and he gave me the name and number of his associate Susan because he was going to be unavailable but assured me I would be in good hands if I decided to move forward. So Thursday rolled around and I had decided to buy the car after my mechanic took a look at it, I met up with Susan and felt comfortable with her right away, she was friendly and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Once we sat down to sign papers, she got me a lower interest rate than my credit union, and proceeded to explain everything that was involved with the purchase of the car, I felt very comfortable with my decision. I was unable to take the car home that day because she offered to take car of a few details I wanted handled before I took it home, she put it all in writing and told me I could pick the car up the following day, which I did. I have been searching for my car for awhile and had done research on purchase point and what I was willing to pay, she met all my expectations and more, I love my new car and would work with Susan and Nash auto for any car purchases in the future. I have had experience with purchasing both new and used cars, and my experience with Nash Auto was on par with my experiences when purchasing a new luxury car. The best part of my story, I happen to buy a unique car that Nash auto doesn't usually sell... a vintage 1998, Chevy C1500 in mint mechanical condition and incredibly low mileage. They had on their lot beautiful Lexus, Toyotas and BMWs, and they treated me like I was purchasing one of those luxury cars. I have an emotional connection with old Chevy trucks and have been looking for the right one for me. This opportunity was one I couldn't pass up and I am so glad I found it through Nash Auto! Not only was I taken care of in financing, they also did an incredible job on the work I requested as part of the negotiation of my purchase. Nash Auto went the extra mile and handled everything in a professional manner. I received updates during the work and the end result was superb. When I took delivery of the truck, it exceeded my expectations and Nash Auto made it look like it did when it rolled off the factory floor 13 years ago! Overall, the truck just looks amazing and I plan to keep it a very long time. Through the whole purchase experience I was treated with respect and also felt the negotiation of my purchase was very reasonable. I think nothing in this world is free, but there are some things that are intangible. After visiting dealerships for 2 weeks I was pretty discouraged with the pricing and knowledge of these sales people. We went to Car Max Never Again! The salespeople had a take it or leave it mentality as we scoured the cars on our own in the blistering heat. When they gave me the price on a Lexus I went on car guru and somehow got directed to Nash Auto. I found the price was about $2,800 less that the Car Max Dealership. When I told the sales person she just shrugged her shoulders. Back to Nash. So I yelped them and really liked the reviews for Susan and Mo. We walked out of Car Max and drove 5 minutes to Nash Auto. Wow lots of pre-owned or Lexus lease returns. Many options but when we described what we were looking for Mo said I have what you want and it just came in. So we drove across to the overflow of cars and happily drove 3 cars. We settled on a Lexus ES350, low miles, full loaded and priced below kelly blue book. They negotiated a little off their already good price to get close to our budget. It has a premium package with navigation. Susan helped explain the warranty and the value, she went over the car and gave us some cool highlights. She definitely knows her stuff! The confidence she exudes made for 2 happy and satisfied customers. Yes they are low key sales people with an eagerness for you to get the "best car" for the money. They love what they do. We feel like we got a great car and a good price. Everyone has to make a $ and when you go away happy it is a win win for all. They are professionals. Purchased my first car here and wish I didn't ! First of all I came in on an ad, and the car pictured was grey, when I asked Sam about it he pointed at a black car saying "this is it, this is is" but the vins matched. First red flag. Mind you the car listed was an F sport. We proceed , and I test drive and I end up driving away with the car. By the time I get home I realize there are no F-Sport badges on the inside, there is no black headliner and no perforated steering wheel leather- this isn't an F-sport model. The car was listed as an F-sport and it had eBay, F-sport badges on the outside. So, naturally I'm triggered. I give them a call and they give me a run-around, and ask me to come in. Sam isn't around so I'm directed to another dude who was rude to my sister and raised his voice at her. When we brought up the f- sport scam he said they offer an "f-Sport appearance package" (mind you this was never mentioned more brought up initially) And the only thing I could do now was pay the dmv fees (3k) if I wanted to return the car. After owning the car for a month or so I noticed the front bumper and fender color don't match. And it gets worse , I recently went in for an alignment and they noticed a dent in the inside of the rim, which I had to rotate to the rear to reduce the shake. So I 100% got sold on a clean title salvage and I have all the proof to show. I could go on , but I would stay away from this shady dealship. I am surprised they're still in business with this false advertising in Costa Mesa of all places. read more

First and foremost, we had the absolute best car buying experience ever with the truck that we purchased at Nash Auto. Searching their inventory was very easy and we were able to confirm the availability of the truck that we saw and liked via email and text. We were very impressed with the facilities when we arrived. We made an apt to take a look at the car on a Thursday evening and had a limited amount of time as we had dinner plans with friends later that night. We met Nick and he took us out to take a look at the truck and when we obviously liked it he asked if we would like to take it for a test drive. There was literally no pressure from him or anyone else at the dealership, this was such a refreshing change of pace from all our previous experiences buying a new car. We loved the truck and let him know that we wanted to purchase it. He took all our relevant information before we left and immediately got to work on getting everything together that we would need to wrap up the sale the next day. We arrived that next afternoon and walked away with our new 2017 Toyota Tundra in less than an hour. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly, not the typical car sales person. He made sure that he answered any questions that we had and made sure to let us know to reach out if at any point had any more questions or concerns. I recencetly went to Nash Auto and what a huge mistake. First off, four of the cars I came to see we're not in stock even though these cars were advertised as being there as long as 120 days. Upon looking at the cars on this hole in the wall lot I couldn't find any that didn't appear to have previous / serious accident histories. The evidence was all over the cars from mis-aligned bumpers, shotty repainted panels, and panels missing original vin number, etc. Keep in mind they tried to slide all this past me with a supposedly clean CarFax. As I finally landed on a car and was starting my paperwork it was only then I was told it was LEMON LAW buy back. The salesperson also tried to have me sign a buyer's guide that was completely different than the buyers guide on the window of this vehicle. I don't think this is even legal. Nowhere on the car was it disclosed it was a LEMON. I hope DMW does a serious audit of their business practices. It should raise a red flag that the owners won't even use their real names. One goes by "Easy" but honestly he should go by "Sleazy". They buy all these cars at auction far below wholesale prices and charge retail prices. I'm not sure how these crooks stay in business. They could just as easily buy non-accident cars. But then they couldn't prey upon their customers and make the huge margins they can by selling STRUCTURAL DAMAGED cars and LEMONS. I hope to god one of their customers don't die driving these unsafe cars. Nash Auto is by far the worst place to buy a car. read more
