I just had a call back from the general manager yesterday and I was even more disappointed. He said that the owner asked him about the review and he wanted to know if they really deserved a one star review. Mind you the general manager didn't even read the review. I came in 3 times to follow up on the squeaky brakes. The master technician said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Even after they changed the rotors and brakes they still week. The managers said we tried we did our best. He said we are not a new car dealership. The point is they sold me a car that had this problem before selling it to me. Now they are trying to guilt trip me into changing my experience? Guilt tripping, gas lighting? Not a professional look for you. Why can't you say you failed to resolve the issue? Doesn't matter what you tried to do you failed. Please don't pride your self in great reviews when you clearly have missed the mark here. read more

Buyer Beware - Terrible Experience with Carbeeco I purchased a 2022 BMW M4 from Carbeeco as a birthday gift to myself on February 10th, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My sales rep, Louis, and the finance guy, Rob, were involved in the transaction. I bought the car without any negotiation on price due to their "No Negotiation" policy. However, after I drove the M4 home and parked it in my driveway, I noticed huge, deep scratches on the carbon fiber roof, which were not visible at the dealership (it was dark when I picked up the car). At home, under bright flood lights, the scratches were glaringly obvious. I immediately texted Louis to let him know about the damage, but I didn't receive a response for two days. When I followed up, Louis told me there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to escalate the issue to his manager, and Rob finally reached out to me three days later. Rob asked if there was any way the damage could have occurred on my drive home, but I assured him the car had been in my possession the entire time, and I even have camera footage to prove it. Rob said he would investigate the matter and get back to me, but I haven't heard from him since February 18th. I continued reaching out to Louis, but all I received was the occasional "Sorry, Rob is busy, he'll call soon," with no actual follow-up. The last response I got was on February 28th, and since then, I've been completely ignored. After spending $90,000 on a car, I expected top-tier customer service. Instead, I've been met with silence and complete disregard. All I wanted was help in resolving this issue, but now I'm left with a damaged vehicle and no solution in sight. I am incredibly disappointed in Carbeeco's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If they treat me this way after a significant purchase, I can only imagine how they'll treat others in a similar situation. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from them to be cautious. I plan to escalate this further, possibly with my credit card company as a "Product not as decribed" or through a formal complaint with the BBB and all social media platforms. Lastly, and more importantly, they will not match other prices and their manager was not customer friendly. I purchased a 2019 BMW X5 from Carbeeco and had a terrible experience from start to finish. I had scheduled an appointment by phone to view the car, but when I arrived, there was no record of it. Despite the confusion, a salesman named Morris assisted me. The car had a couple of issues: bald rear tires, worn front tires (about 25% life left), and a visible oil leak from the underside. I placed a deposit after Morris promised all four tires would be replaced with brand new ones, and the oil leak would be inspected and repaired. When I came to pick up the vehicle, the oil leak was still there, unchanged, and clearly never inspected. The tires had been swapped with slightly less-used ones. Not new, as promised. Morris insisted everything had been completed, but it was clear the work hadn't been done. Only after pushing the issue was I later given two new front tires, which I had to come back another day to have mounted. A few weeks later, oil drips began appearing on my driveway. I took the car in for service, where I worked with Yixin, the service advisor. There was no communication or updates after saying he would let me know, and he was not punctual with the vehicle's completion date. He mentioned the vehicle had multiple leaks, but the service records only show one part was replaced. He also noted a coolant leak, but it wasn't repaired. I was told to come back another day. After the oil leak was supposedly fixed, I returned home and found a plug for a sensor dangling from under the car. Upon further inspection, I found several bolts left loose enough to be removed by hand. I immediately contacted Yixin, but he never responded or offered any solution. This dealership is over an hour from me, and I've had to make six separate trips in a single month to deal with issues that should've been resolved before the sale. I'd still like to see these problems addressed, but frankly, I no longer trust their work. Carbeeco prioritizes making a quick sale over delivering on their promises, performing safe repairs, or treating customers with basic respect. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. read more

I purchased a vehicle from them . I live in Seattle so first time buying a car that I actually didn't go see in person and drive. I had been searching nationwide for a certain vehicle, with certain colors, specific option packages, and at a good price. I was so happy to find the one they had. It was shipped a couple days after purchase and received it as planned. 2 days later. Eric had the car all washed and a bow on it and sent me a pic of it and also of them loading into the truck. This review is from the perspective of an online buyer. All communication was done via phone call or text. Never at any point did I physically set foot into Carbeeco's warehouse. I was looking for a very specific car, color and features. I'm extremely picky about what I drive. Carbeeco happened to have 1 of 4 in the country that had everything I needed. I live about 5 hours away from the dealer. I had a trade in and my own financing. I switched from working with Kenny to working with Rob, sales manager. Rob was able to organize everything from signing papers online to shipping of my trade in and the car I was purchasing within a week. The process for the most part was straight forward. My trade in was scheduled to be picked up before I would receive the new vehicle. This made me feel a little uneasy and I expressed that to Rob. He took some time to explain to me the process on their side, ensuring me that this is happens quite often and they regularly do deals over the phone just as I was. When the car arrived it came in an enclosed trailer. Unloaded with no problems. Again this was exactly 7 days after signing papers (including the weekend). This is only the second time I've ever purchased a car without physically being present. As uncomfortable as it can be, Rob and Carbeeco did a good job of making the process transparent. They always answered the phone and responded to text in a timely manner. At least from what I saw online, their inventory is pretty impressive. They said they serviced the car and make sure it's working great but we did an oil change and the oil was super black. Then the car had issues that it cost us a lot to fixed and we're still not certain it's fixed. My mechanic said to drive it at least 40 miles to see if the check engine light comes back on. This all happened within the first month and a half. Update: Carbeeco took our car in to figure out what was wrong with it and fixed it no charge. read more
