Amazing dealer and staff. I bought my model Y about a month ago. Nick assisted me during the process. From beginning to end he was extremely helpful. His staff is very welcoming and treated my little ones fantastic. No pressure in buying, they let you roam around without harassing you. My model Y came with a few things that needed to be fixed and Nick came through and got them fixed right away. This is absolute the best used Tesla dealer in SoCal. Nick and staff thank you very much for treating my family and I with great care.

Model 3 2022 Thank you Nick for excellent customer service

My review is for the Riverside location. I worked with Nick, who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I was very clear about my worries regarding add-on costs, as I've been searching for a Tesla for a while. I was originally supposed to visit their Newport location, but I never made it--after wasting so much time at another nearby dealership that tried to tack on over $4,500 in bogus fees. Total waste of time. Nick was transparent throughout the contract process. He even gave me an extension for my charger. He was professional, knowledgeable about Teslas, and made the entire experience smooth. The Tesla I purchased had brand-new Michelin tires, and the rims were in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied! They had just received new inventory with even better deals, although those cars hadn't been detailed yet. I didn't want to make another trip, but I'm very happy with my purchase. The interior white seats are spotless, and the car looks practically new!

These are active advertisements for vehicles that the dealership does not appear to have available for sale, nor do they have any recollecti

They advertise vehicles at very low prices to attract calls, then attempt to steer customers toward similar vehicles at higher prices. I spoke with Joseph at the dealership regarding two specific cars they are actively marketing on Cars.com, and he had no recollection of either vehicle. Instead, he immediately tried to redirect me to other, more expensive options. One instance could be a misunderstanding, but when it happens with two separate listings, it suggests a concerning pattern of misleading sales practices.

    My message with owner

I bought a car from this dealer 3 months ago. It was not smooth but I really wanted and needed the car. Their inventory is never up to date and they are bad with communication. Not sure if they are just under staff. Anyway, I submitted a credit app to buy again. This time I contacted Nick the owner directly. Long story short it has been 8 days and no answer. Considering I bought before this is a really bad experience. I'm going to buy somewhere else.

I saw a few bad reviews about cars not being available, but it's honestly because they sell so fast -- that happened to me too. Thankfully, Faisal helped me find an even better deal than the one I came in for. He also made sure if I qualified for the EV rebate and even the Edison rebate, which saved me a lot. Very friendly, transparent, and went the extra mile -- highly recommend!

I show up to my appointment 5 minutes early and I have to wait in my car for almost 20 minutes because the advisor I was assigned to was busy with another customer. She finally gets me checked in. She tells me she doesn't have a loaner car for me yet, but here you don't usually have to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to return their loaner. After an hour and a half of waiting, I get a text from her apologizing for the extended wait, and still no loaners have returned yet. I asked her roughly how much longer it would be and she didn't know. After more than 2 hours of waiting, I received another text from her apologizing yet again, saying she's going to change my appointment to a "wait" appointment, and she's asking for my car to be expedited because no other loaner cars have come back yet. This was getting ridiculous. I replied back, telling her that I'm basically stuck waiting because I have no other choice, even though this wasn't what I agreed to. I didn't bring my laptop with me because when I booked the appointment, I was told they can usually get me a loaner car fairly quickly if one isn't available at the time of my appointment. After being stranded for more than 3 hours waiting in their freezing cold waiting room, I asked an employee if he had any updates on my car. The response was, "No. You should check with your service advisor." I watched so many other "wait" customers come and go in the waiting lounge area. So, apparently, waiting for the first 2 hours was nothing but a waste of my time, while all the other "wait" appointments were prioritized over mine. Even though I dressed in layers and brought a protein snack and water, I was still freezing cold from the a/c blasting in the waiting area. I wandered outside and found a random chair on the side of the building. It was warmer outside than inside. I received another text with a link from the technician. I click on it, and it says that additional work is needed on my car. This was alarming, because I had literally just gotten a 60k tune-up on my car at South County Lexus the week before! I watched the video, and the tech doesn't mention any additional work needed. So I'm already upset and in hot water for being forced to wait; now I'm left hanging, not knowing what else is wrong with my car. That's when my advisor calls me and apologized for everything that had gone wrong that day. She said that these things don't normally happen. I told her about how vague the video was, and I'm surprised to see that I need additional work done. She clarified that my back brakes are at 5 mm; it's nothing urgent. She told me that she's just as upset as I am, and that she was out last week sick with food poisoning, and she's very disappointed to return to work and deal with such a mess. I told her that my day is basically ruined and I just needed to leave ASAP. She said my car is almost ready and to give her 10 minutes so it can be washed. Another 40 minutes go by. No call. No text. At this point, I'm almost in tears. I force myself to go back inside to see what the holdup is. Of course, no one knows anything. So I walked over to my advisor's cubicle and asked her where my car was. She told me that her manager is taking care of everything and asked me to return to the waiting lounge, and that her manager would come talk to me. I go sit and wait yet again. Another 20 minutes pass, and no manager comes and talks to me. Instead, my service advisor comes over and tells me my car is finally ready. She looked visibly upset. I told her, "You guys can't keep my car hostage like this." She said that's not what they were doing, and admitted that she just got done yelling "at everyone." Then she goes into how she was out for a week with food poisoning again, mentions how she works on commission, and has a 10-year-old girl at home. I told her that I was sorry she got sick, but was a little confused about why she was telling me these other things. The ultimate insult was when she took only 10% off my bill for all the drama that happened that day. I asked, "Really? Only 10%? That's the best you can do after *everything* that happened today?" She gave me 20% instead. At this point, I was so exhausted, upset, and still freezing cold. I felt dizzy, drained, and my phone was about to die. I finally got to pay, sign, and get into my car and leave. This dealership is an absolute trainwreck on every level. And while I understand that loaner cars aren't guaranteed, employees shouldn't mention that loaners are returned every 30 minutes or so. Because this sets an expectation. And if that were the case, then roughly 7-8 loaner cars would have returned in the 4+ hours I was forced to wait. But not even one was returned.

Well... here I am again. And it's because of one person: Jason Villarreal…read more If you've read my past reviews, you know I have a complicated history with this brand - both pos and negative but mostly positive - depending on the dealershop. I've leased multiple Land Rovers over the years -- from Mission Viejo, San Diego, and eventually Newport Beach when John Pham and Robb Bennett completely changed my mind back in 2019 on my white Velar. That experience was incredible. But then came the service nightmare in 2021 that had me swearing I'd never come back. I was done. I was actively shopping a Porsche Cayenne and was literally on my way to the Porsche dealership when Jason's email came through with a full lease breakdown -- drive-off options, term lengths, money factor, everything laid out transparently. I turned my car around. That is not an exaggeration. His pricing and total honesty stopped me mid-drive and put me back at square one deciding between two cars. That's the kind of impact a truly great salesperson has -- not by pushing, but by earning trust. Jason has been hands down the most responsive and helpful sales professional I've worked with across every Range Rover dealership in Southern California -- and I've talked to many. He follows up without being overbearing, respects your timeline, and never once made me feel pressured. When I told him I was headed to Mammoth for a ski weekend and needed time to think, he didn't push. He gave me space while still being available when I had questions. That balance is so rare. What I love most about Jason is his transparency. He proactively sent over the full deal structure with multiple options so I could compare and make an educated decision on what was best for me. No games, no hidden fees popping up later, no "let me go talk to my manager" back-and-forth. Just straight-up honesty. I told him directly -- in the five-plus leases I've done with Land Rover, I've never had anyone be this forthcoming with me. It made me feel valued and respected as a buyer, not just another deal to close. Jason genuinely cares about the customer experience, and it shows in every interaction -- every email, every call, every follow-up. He makes you feel like you're his only client. I went out of my way to tell him I wanted to speak with his manager and leave this review because people like Jason deserve to be recognized. This dealership clearly has something special when it comes to its people. John Pham made it easy to do business here in 2019, and now Jason is carrying that same torch with the same customer-first energy. If you're shopping a Range Rover, do yourself a favor and ask for Jason Villarreal. He's the real deal -- and coming from someone who's gone back and forth with this dealership for years, that means everything.

Next, I got in and almost drove off, luckily, I noticed what looked like some kind of dust on the hood of my car. I got out and it was clear some kind of chemical was spilled or poured all over it causing damage to the hood, both front quarter panels, and the passenger doors. I brought it to their attention and initially they denied that they had caused the damage, they said it was not even possible and that they did not have anything that could do this type of damage. I had to have them pull their cameras to show that the vehicle had not been dropped off in that condition. Once that was done, they agreed they must have caused the damage. Shockingly, the service manager Steve Simmons and the dealership are not taking responsibility and are only offering me $1,000 to partially rewrap the vehicle. I mean their quote just to do my brakes was $8,000 at this dealership, lol. I'm also shocked they did this kind damage and tried to dishonestly give my vehicle back without saying anything, hoping I would drive off. Fortunately, being a civil litigation attorney, I just filed a lawsuit against Jaguar Newport Beach and the parent company Sonic Automotive in the Orange County Superior Court. And for transparency and validity I'm attaching the case number here, which is case #30-2026-01569055-CU-NP-NJC. By the way, I got my brakes done for $3,000 at a local shop.

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.
