    As someone that has owned 46 different vehicles in my lifetime, I am what most people call "a car guy". I know a lot about cars and their offerings. After losing my MBZ CLK 55 AMG convertible to an accident (not my fault) I was looking to replace it with something comparable. I saw an ad on line for Orange County Auto Wholesale and found something I really liked. The pictures and description was remarkable and I was able to get a copy of the CarFax report. I called Tim and asked about it. He gave me detailed information and answered all my questions with perfect knowledge and understanding of my wants/needs. After about 45 minutes of conversation and some emails, I purchased the car, sight unseen (except for pics). I got a very fair price compared to many others I had looked at for a very long time. Everything was done on line and, Tim even had a connection to have the car delivered to my home (about 1.5 hours away). The vehicle arrived and I was even more impressed with it in person. It was a previous lease that was taken care of by the owners and only MBZ dealers. Very low miles and not even a scratch on it. I also noticed that the car was detailed inside and out, including a ceramic coating. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a vehicle purchase, even better than most of the brand new vehicles I've purchased over the years. Tim knows his stuff and does not sell crap cars. He stands behind his word and was an absolute pleasure to work with. A big thank you again to Tim for the great experience.

    All I can say is I have bought many pre-owned cars in the past and my experience with OC Auto Wholesale was beyond stellar. Tim (The Owner) was absolutely amazing to work with. He is a genuine mid-westerner with those sensibilities. Honest, fair and a gem of a human. I was looking for a very long time to get a low mile Range Rover for my son and found one and jumped on it. One of the cleanest I came across and my son was so stoked when we surprised him. The whole process of purchasing my vehicle was seamless and easy. Tim has a large swatch of amazing, low mileage automobiles that are in pristine condition so we will be back for sure. I highly recommend Tim and his business. It's rare to come across a used car dealership where salespeople aren't wearing leisure suits and trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Tim is a great owner, a kind human and has great business acumen. Please give him a visit you wont be disappointed!

    I love the 2009 Cadillac Escalade EXT pickup & bought it! I picked it up on a Wednesday, picked up my Son & drove to San Diego to go fishing! It was very smooth, powerful, & got 19 MPG. The brakes squealed all the way down & back & Tim, the owner, sent me to his mechanic who changed the rear brakes. I've also had to service it because I did not receive any service records & had to repair the mirror motors & the door latches. But, over all it the best truck I've ever owned.

We understand this is a "for profit" business but moral ethics are also important! Johnny, over at Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine understands this basic principle, "Building Rapport" and looking to support the customer in their vehicle purchase goal. Johnny presents as warm, cool, down to earth, very knowledgeable in his roll, the car buying process, the presentation of the product and overall quality! I walked away with a great deal that would not have happened with such class at any other Dealership in my opinion from life experience! Other Dealerships should take note!     Don't take your corvettes in here for oil change. They will overfill your oil. Also James Simpson guy has a real attitude when confronted with the problems. After speaking with GM corporate with my grievances - Corporate suggested I go another authorized dealership, stop communications and not to let these guys touch the car again as who knows what they might do to avoid liability. I mean even when I brought the car in he had inappropriate comments and insinuations about the nature of my hybrid job. Derisive comments and jealousy stem from his every pore and his responses to my basic questions were met with hints of annoyance. I wanted to drop the car off and GTFO. I initially brushed it off as just another nosy person but he is a real nasty piece of work. I did not feel like I was treated as a person who spent serious $ on a GM car. I will not be coming back and will not engage with this dealership anymore as per Corporate recommendations due to James.

    I am writing to formally document an extremely distressing and unresolved issue regarding my 2022…read moreKia Sorento and the handling of proper documentation needed for my GAP insurance claim. I purchased my vehicle in March of 2022. On December 19, 2025 just one week before Christmas and while I was 24 weeks pregnant I was involved in a serious car accident. In the aftermath of that traumatic event, I initiated a GAP insurance claim with Advanced Protection Products International (APPI) on January 29, 2026. As part of the claims process, I was instructed to provide specific documentation from the dealership in order to proceed. Beginning in February 2026, I made repeated and consistent efforts to obtain the following required information from Kia of Irvine: * Theft Patrol ($1,495): confirmation of refund amount, or documentation stating it is non-refundable, including contract language * JM&A Maintenance ($1,999): confirmation of refund amount, or documentation stating it is non-refundable, including contract language Since that time, I have made approximately 21 phone calls to the dealership. These calls have gone unanswered or unreturned. Despite my persistence and the urgency of the situation, I have received no meaningful response or assistance. The GAP insurance company clearly communicated that all required documentation must be submitted within 90 days. That deadline has now passed without resolution due entirely to the dealership's failure to respond. I escalated the matter by contacting Kia USA, yet even they were unable to establish communication with the dealership, despite leaving messages on my behalf. Notably, while assistance with this issue has been nonexistent, I was still asked whether I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Compounding this situation, I have since relocated across the country, making an in-person visit impossible. I am also currently one week postpartum, navigating both physical recovery and the responsibilities of a newborn. This ongoing lack of support has added unnecessary stress to what has already been an incredibly painful and overwhelming chapter of my life. On one of my final attempts to resolve this matter, I did receive a return call presumably from a manager but was unable to answer due to being at work. I promptly returned the call to (949) 977-2330 four separate times and, once again, received no response. It is deeply disheartening and frankly unacceptable that my repeated attempts for assistance have been ignored. The pattern of communication suggests a disregard for customers once a sale has been completed, and a focus solely on new business rather than honoring existing obligations. I am asking firmly and urgently for the immediate release of the requested documentation so that I may finalize my GAP claim and begin to move forward. This situation has already taken an emotional toll, and I deserve the opportunity to close this chapter and focus on healing and my family. All supporting documentation, including call logs and receipts, is attached for your review.
