leaving a review for a business is always a challenge. Nick is one of the best business people I've ever met. His honesty and work ethic is easy to see when you interact with him. I am very grateful for his help with purchasing a Mercedes C350. I know there are a lot of independent shops out there, but at least give this guy a shot at helping you out. There's a pretty good chance he could connect the dots for you and you will be driving away in a vehicle. You will be wildly happy with. read more

I went to this dealership because online it advertises one price and in no place online does it specify a specific cost of any additional kind but when you get to the dealer to look at the car, there are thousands of up charges. I find this terribly deceiving and cost me $36 for an Uber ride to get here and Moore to get home. What a waste of time and money but I bet they don't care about that. read more

Great experience with driveling motors. Nick the car salesman was awesome he was so patient thru the whole process he helped me get a loan with the best interest. I was there for hours and he was really friendly and patient thru it all. The car had a few scrapes and other minor things I notice he said he would take care of it all. I got the car he scheduled for me to go to a body shop they did an awesome job as well got my car the same day. I have now purchased another vehicle from Nick at Driveline Motors. 2013 Audi A4. It has been 5 months since I got it and it is running incredibly smooth. I drove it to Laughlin Nevada and back with no issues at all. My mind has not changed about this place since the first time I got a vehicle here. Looking forward to doing much more business with Nick in the future! read more

If you are looking to get ripped off or want to know what it's like to be around people who have no sense of right or wrong, Driveline Motors is the place to be! But seriously: + I drove down from LA with my friend who was looking to buy a car and originally missed the dealership as it resembles more of an auto body shop than a dealership (FIRST WARNING). + I parked on the curb as there is virtually no parking and saw what appeared to be junk parts- engines, steering wheels, seats etc.. being delivered and handed off to the "mechanic" who barely looked 18. (SECOND WARNING) + All these reviewers have barely ever written a review before lol, nice try getting your friends to write fake reviews (THIRD WARNING) Despite all this, my friend bought a car from them and lo and behold, it broke down in less than a week. They refused to give her a refund and refused to help her out at all. The person she spoke to became very defensive and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. This place buys salvaged/totaled cars at auctions, throw on a fresh coat of paint and some junk parts and sell to unsuspecting buyers. Cars like this last max a year before you are faced with thousands in repairs. The cars are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. Word of Advice: STAY AWAY!!! read more

Nick and Sean were great to work with. As with all used cars, we 100% inspected the car and found a few errors (all in the lights - some were missing, blinkers were reversed, etc)...but they were extremely apologetic and fixed everything we found wrong with the car while we were there. The car drove very well and it was extremely clean with low mileage. It's been almost 4 months and it's still running great! read more

I just bought an Audi A3 TDI from Nick at Driveline Motors. He was extremely professional and honest with me. I was on the east coast for work and when I returned to the west coast I needed to buy a commuter car. I spoke to Nick multiple times via phone and email and I eventually gave him a deposit over the phone without ever seeing the car in person. When I flew into LA I got a cab to his dealer and saw the car for the first time; it was in better condition than described and for a 4 year old 42,000 mile vehicle it looked brand new. I recommend Nick at Driveline Motors for a great car and a great deal. Also when I was driving the vehicle home, 400 miles away I noticed 2 speakers were not working. I told Nick just to let him know and without even asking he paid for the replacement immediately. Because I had to buy this car without ever seeing it; I looked at all the reviews here to get an idea of what and who I was dealing with at Driveline Motors. I assumed some of the negative reviews were from your obviously stupid person and after meeting Nick and the service he provided me there is no doubt in my mind that Driveline deserves a 5-STAR review. Thank you Nick for all of the great service you provided me. This Audi A3 is by far the best deal I have ever had in a vehicle purchase. PC read more

Nick is amazing , I have nothing but good words about this place , I found this place on Auto trader since I was in the market for a car I went to go see a Dodge Journey beautiful car in perfect shape the car fax super clean, my test drive was amazing I was not pressured at all to purchase the vehicle or anything he made me feel comfortable and welcomed, I had my financing done with my credit union and he never once tried to offer me another deal as the usual dealerships would . Overall I would definitely recommend him , if your looking to buy a car for a good price and in excellent condition this is your place. Thanks nick! read more

We had been actively searching for my dream car for the past 2 years; a Mercedes SLK. I found one on line with Nick which met all our specfications. The only "problem" we could see was that it had a salvaged title. We spoke with Nick over the phone for nearly 2 hours off and on, at which time he explained the title and backed up his words with emailed documentation. He showed insurance reports and photos. With a reassurance that we had nothing to worry about, we made the almost 2 hour drive to Brea to see Nick and this beautiful red SLK. The car was everything Nick promised and more. He sat down with us and went over all the insurance documentation which made it a salvaged title. Throughout this process, Nick was completely transparent with every detail. He was personable and upbeat without one bit of the high pressure salesman one almost expects in this situation. The only part that i figured would be stressful was the price negotiation and it was not. Nick and my husband came up with a price which was agreed upon quickly without stress. The sales paperwork was simple and not drawn out. The car was washed and gassed up while we finished up. We have now had this beautiful roadster for almost 3 weeks. True to Nick's word, the car is perfect, and even the 40,000 mile service we just had on it proved so. We recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for a car and we will be doing repeat business with him for our daughter when she is ready....and she will be making a trip from Northern California . Those negative reviews posted here are silly and should be disregarded by anyone reading them. If you want honesty in the pre-owned car business, Nick is the only one we would trust! read more

This post is way over due, but I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!! I worked mostly with Nick, but also Simon. Honest guys!! My 2012 GTI was actually a "salvage" and they showed me all the paperwork and photos of the car. Honestly, for just a bumper coming off, you would think there were hidden issues, but not a single one!! I've had my car now 5 months, just got its first service and passed with flying colors. That again, only concretes the honesty you're going to get by shopping with Driveline! My car was like new and the price was a steal. They beat every other major dealership I had checked out. Not to mention, trading in my former car went just as smooth. Please check them out, trust me, you won't be disappointed!! read more

Bought a 2007 lexus es 350, it hasnt given me any real problems. Excellent car, nick really does select good used cars. I took it to a mechanic in firestone he said cars from driveline dont usually have anything wrong with them. Going in to look at the car, i didnt think id be able to afford it but nick was able to provide good financing that was affordable. The sales process wasnt pressured and no "what can we do to get you to buy this car today" type of tactics like they use in hardin honda. What an incredible used car dealership experience! Nick and his team at Driveline Motors are some of the best in the business. They went to extreme lengths to make sure the process of purchasing a used car from them as seamless and comfortable as possible. The owner Nick is a complete bust, and he deserves that award for the year. He has extremely poor work ethic and business tactics. I wish there was a option for 0 star, because there is no way, he deserves a 1 star I had contacted him for a car i found online. This Nick guy cursed me out on the phone when i made him an offer on the car. The price of the car was $11,000 and the ad stated OBO, which means best offer. He literally cursed me out on the phone and text messages. He said " you have a lot of F***** never, calling me with your offer" and he flat out hung up on me. He then called me 12 times harassing me on the phone. He belittled me, and patronized me. I have proof of this on my phone. If i could upload pics, i would. In matter of fact, let me try and figure that out, to prove this Nick character is a pathetic excuse of a man. I text him to stop harassing me or i would file a harassment case vs him. He then stopped. i don't understand how this guy is in business. he treats potential buyers like crap. this is the worst experience ever, and i strongly suggest nobody buy from this loser do not buy from this character i added pictures. Please look at them. This is how he treats potential buyers See how the phone number matches his driveline motors? It's not a lie. Why buy from Nick? Nick, look how you respond to your customers who leave you negative feedback? That shows what type of business owner and person you are. You blew up my phone, calling me 3-4 times in 1 minute. that's desperation out of frustration on your behalf. proof in the pictures. you expect me to not curse you out after you first did with your nasty attitude? I called you and made an offer, and you cursed me out. Anyone would of cursed you out because you have terrible customer service by telling your potential buyers off, A proper business owner should never curse out a customer, never. It's poor business ethics. Telling a customer "deal with people like you?" who are we Nick? Are you that above everyone else? your ad clearly states "OBO". do you know what that means? If seems like you sell junk cars after all, buying from auctions, repair the physical damage and clean inside and out. And then you blame the customer. A professional business owner should never blame the customer. you're a big lemon lot crook, who tries to be suave with his words to make a sale. i will file a complaint with the BBB, because you deserve it. you earned the badge For potential buyers - stay away from this crook. not only will he curse you out, but he will sell you a car with problems, that you won't know of until you drive off the lot. He will then blame you for it. Bait and Switch, he's innocent, and everyone else is a fool. look at his other negative feedback he has earned read more

Do not buy from here!!! I just bought my car and he has sold me a lemon ! One of the first days I bought my car it broke down on me and I took it back to the dealer "nick" and his mechanic checked on everything saying it was fine and I believed him couple months later I drove to Laughlin and my car broke down again the same way it did when I first bought it and tried to contact him today to see if he could help us because we thought we had gotten the extended warranty and he was so rude and said he couldn't do anything for us and didn't even try to help us. Nick is devious and unprofessional. I came by after seeing how cheap the cars are on his site-- I knew it was too good to be true. Nick keeps the cars locked away and only brings out the one you are looking at, which is already pretty shady. I saw a glimpse of how it was back there and it looked like a junk yard. Once he brought one out for me, I could tell it really was just a pretty lemon.  In addition, he was extremely pushy and condescending... I drove down a long way to be talked down to and hassled by a guy whose only ambition in life seems to be selling crap and stealing your cash. read more

I have to honestly say this vehicle purchase experience was the absolute best. Nick is not your "average" used car salesman. As you may think, I too thought they were all shady on one level or another and if you're going to deal with them you better know how to separate the BS from what's real. With Nick I never not for one moment felt like he was trying to get over on me.. When I deal with people I'm buying something used from I not only examine the actual item I'm purchasing but I also analyze the person I'm buying it from. Nick is a stand-up guy. I purchased my vehicle about a month ago and I have in no way had any buyers' remorse... I've brought a few used cars before and the past and usually almost right after I bought it, I regret it.. If not, at one point or another soon after.. I just don't have that feeling at all. I'm totally satisfied and comfortable with my purchase and I know it's all due to the type if person Nick is. He's honest.. Point blank. If you're looking for a used vehicle you'll love for the best price possible, I totally recommend dealing with Driveline Motors.. You won't regret it! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I usually never right reviews but this place sold me a messed up car the second I drove it off the Lot the car started giving me problems, the oil pressure light was on I took it to get an oil change and new oil sensor out of my pocked when I was told the car was perfect condition! Literally 2 month later the engine completely messed up when I went back to nick he was giving me horrible attitude even went as far as to kick it me out of his office! Nick is an outstanding gentleman. He treats everyone kindly and is great to deal with. We purchased a Corolla and he took the time to help us out by providing information about the car's history (pictures and backstory). He also threw in the carfax. I highly recommend giving Nick a visit as he does provide good service and great deals. read more

Driveline may not be an upscale corporate located in the riches of Beverly Hills, but their customer service and professionalism is superb. Very honest, friendly, and helpful during the purchasing process for my friend. The Pre-owned vehicles at this establishment are clean and well tended to, refreshments provided (a plus because the three of us were starving). They are also a certified business under USAA for military personnel (yay discounts). Variety is sparse, but overall a wonderful experience if Carmax isn't your cup of tea and you're looking for a possibly better deal. read more

My husband and I had a great experience buying our 2011 Nissan Leaf at Driveline. We live over 50 miles away from Brea, so we negotiated the cash price "out the door" over the phone with Nick on a Monday morning and then decided to make the drive and have a look that same night. Everything was as promised--the car was in excellent condition all around--so we made the deal, and Nick kept his word on the negotiated price without trying to "upsell" us on anything. And it was a fantastic deal compared to about five other dealerships/private sellers we were in contact with. Nick was kind, straightforward and easy to work with. It was the most efficient and no-bullshit car buying transaction I've ever experienced, in fact. It's been over one month now since we've had the car and we've had zero problems. Mechanically, the car has been seemingly perfect (no problems or issues that we can tell). All of the registration and title paperwork arrived in the mail in a timely fashion, too. read more

I found myself in need of a car fast because mine was dying and beyond repair for my budget. I was referred to Nick, and I'm so glad I went. Nick and Shah are 2 awesome dudes! They took their time explaining and negotiating the final price with us and would only sell us the car if we were happy with the price. The car had a couple of small details that came up after I drove it home and Nick has been there helping address them the entire time. I've only had the car for a couple of weeks but it's safe to say that my next car is very likely to be purchased from Nick. Nick claims I drove several hundred miles with low oil - I drove less than one day, which my odometer will prove. Again, he is very unethical as he continues to lie to cover the junk cars he sells. What fair dealer would even sell a car with no oil in it to begin with?! Update to my situation. Car was assessed by Audi and even more concerning problems were found: Engine turbo and catalytic converter completely shot, severe oil leak in engine. MECHANIC BILL OF $7500! Car is only worth $9,000. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. He sells junk/salvage cars and does the bare minimum to have them drive off lot before severe problems show. read more
