David at Rizen is the BEST!! I was referred by a friend who got a car through him. From start to finish, he was on point, super quick to respond, and very resourceful with information regarding the vehicle and the acquisition. I went to a few dealers for the same car. Their prices were much higher, terms were worse, and to top it off they wanted to give well below market for my old car which was in great condition. After talking with David everything just started trending in the right direction. Found the perfect car, great price, excellent terms, helped broker a deal to get me top value for my old car, and even delivered it personally to my house with paperwork and the process was finished in 30 mins. So easy and worth it. Don't waste your time -hours...- at a dealer getting sold on stuff you don't need. Will be getting all my cars from him going forward. Highly recommend. Thanks David. read more

David's experience and knowledge of the business and expertise in vehicle acquisition went to work for us in a big way and arranged new Toyota and Lexus purchases, both Hybirds, in a very tight auto market. He didn't stop there, and was able to find the exact features and color scheme we wanted. All of the above at a truly great price point that David was able to negotiate to our advantage. Follow that with accurate paperwork, quick close out, and delivery of the new car in our driveway aced the experience for us. I had no idea car buying could be so smooth and stress free. This is the place to go if you're looking to buy a vehicle. In my case it was a hard to find work truck and I've been glued to the internet searching and searching every day which was very stressful and couldn't focus on work. I was referred to David at Rizen Motor Group and the rest is history. I had to be patient and had to wait a couple of days. But eventually he found my truck! The price was lower than everything I've found and the transaction was so smooth I was in and out within a couple of hours with my new truck. David was also great at staying in communication with me every step of the way. Oh yeah I even had a trade in and he took care of that as well at a fair price. Can't praise this place enough. Thanks Rizen Motor Group. Definitely using their services again. Highly recommended. read more

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle for my parents this month and Rizen Motor Group was highly recommended by my colleagues. As part of my due diligence though, I contacted and visited several car brokers and dealerships before I reached out to Rizen Motor Group. Can I just say that at the end of a 2 week time frame when I finally decided to reach out to Rizen Motor Group, I felt like I was rewarded for all the time (and energy) I spent negotiating and talking to dealers and other brokers who couldn't meet my "ask". The process with Rizen Motor Group was so smooth and it was definitely finalized in less than a week! My parents and I came out satisfied and stoked about the new car, and we cannot thank Rizen Motor Group (and David, the CEO) enough for helping us out on this small but very significant milestone in our journey. So, don't look further. Reach out to Rizen Motor Group - you won't regret it. Besides, you have nothing to lose by doing so since there is no obligation to go with them if you find a better offer elsewhere (which might be rare, but power to you)! I know I'll be a returning customer for my next purchase coming soon. As a side note, they also can get any vehicles for you. Seriously, I was amazed. Know that you have options to choose from, just tell them what you want; otherwise, they can make suggestions for you too based on your needs in a vehicle. read more

David was amazing!!! I am so picky with my cars and how specific I want them. David was able to find me the exact car I wanted within days! It was the most stress-free car experience I have ever had! Loved working with David. He was referred to my boyfriend and I by a close friend who has done business with him. He found us exactly what we were looking for in a very small amount of time! He handled all the paperwork and made the process super smooth for us. He would have dropped off the car directly to my home, however I wanted to drive it off the dealership lot myself! When we got there David took us on a drive and explained how all the cool features of the car worked! I highly recommend using Rizen Motors for your future purchase of a vehicle! I personally don't think I would ever do it any other way again! Thank you David for all your help and hope to do business again in the future. read more

TL:DR - The reviews are true and I am never buying a car any other way. If you're reading my review, you were probably like me when I was reading these reviews. There's no way it's this easy and it's too good to be true. Well, in the words of Han Solo, "It's all true." Before contacting David at Rizen, I tried to get a deal on a new car myself. After two weeks and speaking with 6 different dealers, I was able to get a decent deal but didn't think they were great. I initially wanted to finance, but with the numbers I was getting leasing seemed to be the way to go. Still hesitant, I gave Rizen a call figuring the worst thing that can happen is I just say no. Spoke to David and gave him the details and options of the car I wanted. In two hours David called me back and was significantly better than the deal I was able to get myself. In fact, it was so much lower than I was expecting, I asked him if he could get me the numbers if I financed instead, what I originally wanted. When David called me back with the finance numbers I was surprised how much lower they were compared to what I was able to get on my own. After finalizing all the details, David called back and gave me a time to pick up the car at his office. Most of the time they are able to just deliver the car to your house, but due to the pandemic and the fact that I felt more comfortable going to his office we did the pick up there. After he helped me set up the OnStar, we signed the papers and that was it! It took longer for the OnStar representative to set up my account than it did to sign all the papers. Throughout the whole process David was great. Whatever superlative you read is true. Professional, friendly, efficient, genuine, etc. This is the first car I've gotten through David and Rizen, and this will be the only way I get cars from now on. read more

David, who I worked with, was GREAT! I've never had an easier time buying a car! I told him exactly what I wanted, we worked out how much it would all cost, and BOOM! I was driving my new car! No need to navigate through the crazy dealer talk that we've all faced. No fear of getting tricked or scammed somehow. No hidden charges or missing accessories! EXACTLY what I wanted with NO HASSLE! Not that I buy cars often, but next time I or someone else needs one, I know exactly who to go back to! :) read more

Rizen was a godsend! I was in the market for a new car and am inexperienced with the process. I did a casual search on the internet and filled out various website forms for dealers to contact me with information on pricing. They all wanted me to come in to the dealership. Due to the pandemic, I was hesitant at coming in since there was no certainty that I'd be able to get a good price. And as a child, I had traumatic experiences accompanying my parents to dealerships to negotiate car prices, spending hours upon hours in an office only to walk away with nothing. I literally just wanted to give them money for the car I wanted. Why was that too much to ask for? So, I called Rizen and David was able to help me find the exact car I wanted at an amazing price, and all within just a matter of a couple of days! The car was dropped off at the Rizen office, I drove it around the block, signed papers, and that was it! It was a stress-free, pleasant experience and I will be using Rizen for all future car purchases and cannot recommend Rizen enough bc dealerships suck. read more

David is an innovative professional when it comes to buying and selling automobiles. In the future, all of our buying will be done on the internet with us the consumer receiving a white-glove concierge service. Well, the future is here, and it is called Rizen Motor Group. He sought out the very elusive Toyota Rav 4 for us, gave us a great deal, worked with us on our trade-in, and brought the Rav 4 we had requested to our house. It is also important to note that he provided the same level of service for our trade-in and did not try and sell us anything extra that we didn't need. Thank you, David. Keep up the great work! Not only will we purchase all of our automobiles from David, but this is the only way to purchase vehicles! read more

With David, it was a simple phone call and within days, I had the exact car I wanted delivered to my home and the paperwork took couple minutes.
