TL:DR - The reviews are true and I am never buying a car any other way. If you're reading my review, you were probably like me when I was reading these reviews. There's no way it's this easy and it's too good to be true. Well, in the words of Han Solo, "It's all true." Before contacting David at Rizen, I tried to get a deal on a new car myself. After two weeks and speaking with 6 different dealers, I was able to get a decent deal but didn't think they were great. I initially wanted to finance, but with the numbers I was getting leasing seemed to be the way to go. Still hesitant, I gave Rizen a call figuring the worst thing that can happen is I just say no. Spoke to David and gave him the details and options of the car I wanted. In two hours David called me back and was significantly better than the deal I was able to get myself. In fact, it was so much lower than I was expecting, I asked him if he could get me the numbers if I financed instead, what I originally wanted. When David called me back with the finance numbers I was surprised how much lower they were compared to what I was able to get on my own. After finalizing all the details, David called back and gave me a time to pick up the car at his office. Most of the time they are able to just deliver the car to your house, but due to the pandemic and the fact that I felt more comfortable going to his office we did the pick up there. After he helped me set up the OnStar, we signed the papers and that was it! It took longer for the OnStar representative to set up my account than it did to sign all the papers. Throughout the whole process David was great. Whatever superlative you read is true. Professional, friendly, efficient, genuine, etc. This is the first car I've gotten through David and Rizen, and this will be the only way I get cars from now on. read more
