We had a great experience working with Golden Rock Auto on our Mercedes-Benz S580 lease. This isn't my first time using a broker, but it's definitely the best experience I've had. If you've ever dealt with car dealerships, you know how painful it can be to try to get the best deal. Leo and his team really stand out because they truly put the customer first. The pricing was great, communication was smooth, and the whole process--from ordering to delivery--was handled professionally. They also stayed on top of follow-ups and made everything very easy. What I appreciated most was that they even helped me trade in my current car and get some equity back, which was honestly beyond what I expected them to do. If I could put more stars i would. they are much deserved! Simply put, Leo Lam is a man of his word. It's my first time using a broker. I had hit up some friends who recently leased BMW's (an i4 and an iX) through different hackrs. I got in touch with a few and ended up sticking with Leo. More importantly, he stuck with me. Right off the jump Leo is VERY responsive. He's very open and will spell everything out. He got to know what was important for me (the right balance of packages desired vs value) and went to work!! He hit me up with deal after deal until the magic words came "I think we found the unicorn you're looking for" and it is a beauty. Just took delivery of a 2025 BMW IX xdrive50 two days ago with the packages i wanted for a great price. it was a dealer loaner with low mileage and arrived in mint condition, delivered directly to my doorstep. Leo was with me every step of the way, handled all the communication with the dealer and was able to get everything i wanted. I felt like he was working for me, and not like he was trying to push me into something i didn't want. He works really hard, is a man of his word, and he is very reasonably priced. I will be referring all my friends and family members in SoCal who need a broker to Golden Rocks/Leo Lam and would highly recommend you hit him up for your next lease!

I need an upgrade for my ride so naturally I started searching online. Most dealer websites ask me to send a request form and say they'll contact me later so I did. I got texts and calls from couple dealers pretty quick. Two said no discount since it's a hot model, another said they had a good deal but only valid if I visit their store, which is 2 hours drive from my location, on the same day. I turned on "negotiation" mode, sent messages to multiple dealers trying to get a better price, and then the reply speed dropped from 5 seconds to 5 hours... After couple days of no progress I brought this up to a friend and he referred Golden Rocks to me. Tbh I was a little skeptical at first since I had never worked with an auto broker before and seems this is a newly established business, I wasn't sure what to expect. My friend told me there's no fee unless I committed to a deal so I figured why not give it a try? I'm so glad I did. Leo, the manager really knows his stuff. On our first call, he explained exactly what kind of discount we could aim for based on the car model I wanted. He was honest with me that there wouldn't be much room to negotiate on the model, but in the end still managed to get me a much better price than I could've gotten myself. The process after was smooth and hassle-free. No back-and-forth text or calls with multiple dealerships, no wasted hours, Leo took care of everything and even arranged to have the car delivered right to my door. They also put on disposable seat covers and floor mats for delivery. I was a small detail, but it really made me feel premium as if I was the first person stepping into the car! Leo was excellent in every aspect of the leasing process. This was my first leasing experience and he made sure to ask me the right questions before jumping in. He is very responsible, transparent, understanding and overall a down to earth person that cares about making your dreams come true. I hit him up late toward the end of the month and he worked hard and fast to make it happen for me and in 24 hours I was driving off with the car I wanted, with the trim, packages and color I wanted. To top it off he got me a great discount on this ES300h, and it was the best discount I had seen after contacting multiple brokers. I highly recommend using Golden Rocks Auto, not only did it save me a lot of money but it also saved me so much time since Leo handled the delivery of all the documents, credit applications, inquiries, pick up appointments for me, and even made sure to communicate with the dealer that I did not want anything extra that they offered, with the purpose of making the process even quicker for me.
