Gps $995: a glorified $30 apple air tag to track where your car is at. MANDATORY $995 add ons 2. "Etch" $995: serial/vin number written on major components of the car in case it's stolen. This is already done by the manufacturer themselves so not sure if they do it to more parts but a $30 engraver you could do yourself or pay $100 and have it done professionally. Nope, $995 MANDATORY 3. 3m protection on paint: new cars come with this...this car did not have it installed anywhere that we could see but regardless: $995 MANDATORY That's over $3000 after taxes for unnecessary (not requested) add ons. When confronted about them: "oh, Steven didn't show you them? Let's call Steven. Where's Steven let's have him show you these features." When asked why the website doesn't reflect these add ons in the price: "we have several thousand cars and sometimes we don't get around to updating them in time but it's in the disclaimer" (it sure is in the fine print last sentence and hidden that their may be extra cost). We then attempted negotiating in any direction back toward what we were expecting to pay ($3000 less than this surprise invoice) and long story short (not exact words): we don't make much profit on the cars, all our profit is here (in the add ons). Short story: scheme and lie to get you through the door, get ready to sign papers and final price won't be anywhere near what you expected due to MANDATORY several thousand in add ons features (actual cost less than $100).

There was very little acknowledgment, guidance, or effort to make my daughter feel welcomed as a new Navy Federal member. Opening your first account should be a positive experience, especially when your family has been loyal Navy Federal members and recommended the credit union to you. What bothered me most was the lack of interest in helping us. We did not walk in expecting special treatment, we simply expected basic customer service, communication, and assistance. Instead, we walked out feeling as though our business was not valued. I have other children who will eventually need accounts opened, and after this experience, I will absolutely NOT bring them to the Ontario branch. I would rather make the drive to San Bernardino, where we have consistently been treated with professionalism and respect. I was charged with an overdraft fee when I opted out of overdraft protection. I requested a fee reversal and Natalie did not approve it and on top of that she sends me a letter that Homestreet bank was closing both my accounts due to their deposit agreement: That Homestreet Bank reserves the right to close your account at any time for any reason upon reasonable notice. So, pretty much Natalie closed my account because she took it personal and couldn't handle criticism and being wrong. I will also be reporting this incident to BBB.
