The back seat was practically ripped off, there were coffee stains all over the interior, scratches on the paint, and just looked like a total sham. The 2016 model car was listed for 14k out the door but I wouldn't have even paid 5 for it. Mike says that there was a small coffee stain in the back seat... let me correct my statement. With half of the back seat practically ripped out, and several "stains and holes through the front seats, I don't think just a coffee stain is the issue. The seats wouldn't even recline in a coupe... how the hell else would anyone get back there?? They also take pictures of the only good looking sides of the car, meanwhile the rest is most likely already stripped for parts. This place is a great to buy a car if you like it broken. She explained that they were waiting for my warranty company to approve the claim and that they were already ordering the necessary parts. My biggest concern was how long the parts would take because of my upcoming work trip. Then, around 4:30 p.m., Leslie called me again to let me know the warranty had approved the claim, the parts had arrived, and they had already installed everything! My car was ready for pickup that same day. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly everything was handled. The customer service, technicians, and entire staff were incredible. Yelp needs to make make negative 5 stars an option. I…read more purchased a vehicle on April 1st 2026. Dumb me did not purchase their Max Care. Third month in, air conditioning isn't working. I take it in to my mechanic for diagnostics and it's a leaking valve. The air and cabin filters are filthy, he said they look like they've never been changed or serviced. Valves, filters, etc are part of CarMax's advertised so called 125 point inspection. You'd think at least the filters would be changed. I've put 2500 miles on the car, there is no way the amount of filth would have accumulated in the time I've had the car. Extremely poor customer service, buyer beware.
