I always took or returned calls never made myself a victim. My credit wasn't the best because of when I was young & stupid. They took a chance on me & I made it count in my favor. I've read all the other reviews & it sounds like a bunch of "POOR ME STORIES" no one gets towed unless you are past due. You should have asked your boyfriend who couldn't do his own review how past due he was on his loan. The Broken hand story sorry but bills still need to get paid try doing that with any other bills like rent, cell phone, tickets etc & see what happens. The best was "don't even GOT a high school diploma" bottom line don't blame others for your own doing.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received at the Navy Federal Credit Union…read moreOntario branch. I brought my daughter in to open her very first account, expecting the same excellent service we have always received at the San Bernardino location. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. The representative who assisted us was absolutely no help. There was very little acknowledgment, guidance, or effort to make my daughter feel welcomed as a new Navy Federal member. Opening your first account should be a positive experience, especially when your family has been loyal Navy Federal members and recommended the credit union to you. What bothered me most was the lack of interest in helping us. We did not walk in expecting special treatment, we simply expected basic customer service, communication, and assistance. Instead, we walked out feeling as though our business was not valued. I have other children who will eventually need accounts opened, and after this experience, I will absolutely NOT bring them to the Ontario branch. I would rather make the drive to San Bernardino, where we have consistently been treated with professionalism and respect. Navy Federal has always set a higher standard in my experience, but unfortunately, the Ontario location did not come close to meeting it. I would not recommend this branch based on the poor customer service and lack of acknowledgment we received.

They will wait until ONE BUSINESS DAY before your loan closes and deny you based on information they could have requested 30 days prior. By then you will be left homeless and with your entire household packed up expected to be moving into your new home. They're severely negligent is doing their job properly and leaving countless families in positions just like ours. We are now processing with another bank that we should have went with in the beginning. This review is only the beginning. I will be going more public soon so other families are warned about how pathetic they and what a waste of time they are.

Worst place to go if you're looking to get a decent car. They lied about the title of the car…read moreclaiming it was "clean", and when seeing the vehicle in person it was a complete salvage. I ended up pulling in to a dirt lot, with a bundle of cars that looked perfect online, and that mike said were also in great condition, only to be deceived. One guy was tearing out parts of a car as we drove in, and the car I had an interest in looked horrible. The back seat was practically ripped off, there were coffee stains all over the interior, scratches on the paint, and just looked like a total sham. The 2016 model car was listed for 14k out the door but I wouldn't have even paid 5 for it. Mike says that there was a small coffee stain in the back seat... let me correct my statement. With half of the back seat practically ripped out, and several "stains and holes through the front seats, I don't think just a coffee stain is the issue. The seats wouldn't even recline in a coupe... how the hell else would anyone get back there?? They also take pictures of the only good looking sides of the car, meanwhile the rest is most likely already stripped for parts. This place is a great to buy a car if you like it broken. Thanks mike!

She has a fixed budget and no other way of getting money so I decided to help her out. However, I didn't have a savings account to help so I looked into payday and title loans. Vania said she would call me back but never did. When I called back, I was told my application had been closed without my knowledge or permission. She was rude, unprofessional, and told me my credit would have to be run again if I wanted to reopen it. There was no communication, no consideration for my work schedule, and no respect for my time. Customer service should treat people with professionalism, not entitlement. I would not recommend this location. The last person I spoke was Vania.

Onemain stated my credit score was good along with my income but After confirming a bankruptcy with OneMain my loan was declined. I want to add that with my bankruptcy, I was offered the Karma Guarantee to 3 other personal loans and 2 credit cards and I was approved. So believing the Karma Guarantee I received a hard inquiry to my credit report, so I don't know why I was offered the Karma Guarantee with onemain financial since they knew of my credit history since onemain financial partnered with credit karma and knew of my bankruptcy. I'm trying to rebuild my credit so if your like me, I wouldn't start a loan with OneMain Financial
