The staff member I dealt with this afternoon had an absolutely terrible attitude. I haven't been this angry in a year or two. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I arrived right on time. However, when I got there, the lobby was completely empty. After waiting for a while, an employee finally came out and told me that the person responsible for my appointment was dealing with something else and would be there shortly. I waited for about 20 minutes before a woman finally showed up. She did not seem happy to see me at all. It felt as though my appointment had disrupted whatever plans she had for the afternoon. She asked for my information in a very aggressive, almost interrogative manner, and her attitude was extremely rude. It honestly felt like she was looking for someone to take out her frustration on, and unfortunately, that person ended up being me. She then tried to cancel my appointment over what seemed like a completely arbitrary excuse, and she refused to give me her name. I hope you can identify which employee this was and have her spend a week working in the CarMax lobby to learn how to properly treat customers before returning to her position. Otherwise, an employee with this kind of attitude is going to cost your company a significant number of customers. read more

I was very excited to purchase my Mercedes-Benz E350 from Carvana, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After taking delivery, I discovered that the windshield had **two repaired cracks**. In my experience, the temporary registration was placed over part of the windshield in a way that made the damage much less noticeable at delivery. I also do not believe the online listing photos adequately disclosed the condition of the windshield. The listing referenced only "minor pitting," which I believe is very different from two repaired windshield cracks. When I contacted Carvana, I was told that because the cracks were not on the driver's side of the windshield, they would not repair or replace it. I found that response unacceptable, especially for a vehicle that cost nearly **$20,000**. A repaired cracked windshield can affect the vehicle's value and may require a costly replacement in the future. I expected greater transparency and better customer service from a company that promotes a hassle-free car-buying experience. Thankfully, Carvana's return policy gives me the option to return the vehicle, and I intend to do so. I hope Carvana improves its inspection and disclosure process so future customers receive complete and accurate information about a vehicle's condition before making such a significant purchase. read more

Buyer beware. I purchased a car at this facility in August of this Year. Called them a few days before payment to see if all was good to go. Was reassured that everything was good. Turns out the day after the payment was made nothing was good they had not asked me for my payment information. so I was hit with a 15.00 late fee. I told them this was not my fault and I wanted the late fee taken off. All I got was sorry we can't help you. I gave my bank account info and it was entered wrong again payment was rejected, and a 15.00 late fee was added. Again They refused to remove the late fee. they reported it to the credit bureau and I was slapped with a 14 point credit hit. After driving the car home the very next day I had a flat tire i have tried 5 times to get re-imbursed for the used tire I had to buy from the closest tire shop to me. Still haven't received anything but excuses of why they can't. These people as far as my experience are good at taking money and not taking accountability for their mistakes and having the integrity to make it right. will not recommend them to anyone. read more

This is my first time selling my car here. There was very little interaction as most work are done online. It was actually super easy, a child can do it. But they're not of legal age. It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always. read more

Our first attempt to buy a vehicle from Carvana, and congratulations, you lost a customer and every person that can hear the sound of our voice. We completed everything online. The next day we got a message that they needed a little more info. The message said we needed to send this info by 6:00 am, Monday morning. We submitted the info, less than a hour after we received the email on Saturday. This morning we receive a message that says we missed the deadline, and our sale is cancelled. I jump on the phone and am told that even though we sent the info on time they didn't review it till after the deadline. Keep In mind that the message said we missed the deadline. Here's where it really gets good. We are told the truck is still available, and we are all approved now, and all we have to do is restart the purchase. So, I find the truck and am ready to restart the sale, when I notice the price is now $1000.00 more than my first deal. This is an absolute dirty, scummy, move, that resembles the tricks of old time used care dealers. Needless to say Carvana, you really screwed up, because you tried to scam someone who will make sure that the BBB, and every other consumer protection agency, will hear about our story, and all the proof we have. read more
