"Not capable of sending a signed purchase order, I did receive a bunch of blank pages." They even suggested my banker just wanted to do the bare minimum when, in fact, that was your team's attitude. The funniest thing about this is, I came to your team to buy a truck. Your team did very little work on this deal other than asking management if my offer would be accepted. When it was accepted, your staff tried to make me feel like they had gone above and beyond. "This was a statement I got in a text from a phone ending with 9727." After Frank Vera confirmed to my friend with 2 different emails that you still had the truck, your team seems to try and make people feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you a vehicle. I emailed you this morning. If you would like to discuss something, that is where I do it. PS: I never asked your team to save the truck for me because they couldn't even get me the signed purchase order so I could get the check and head your way.
