Highly recommend Tony in the Service Department. He was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of the questions I had about my truck and the services needed. He directed me to all of the amenities while I waited. The service time he quoted was spot on. Checking in and out was easy. If you need service, go see Tony! read more

Made an oil appointment online--fast, easy, and convenient. Where they went wrong: First, they fail to tell you online that if you don't have a 7 a.m. appointment, you might as well bring breakfast and lunch with you because the wait time is going to be 2-3 hrs long. Thus far, I've been here for 4 hrs and 20 min. And yes, I'm still here waiting! I brought my laptop to get some work done, but this is ridiculous. Upon waiting, I was reviewing my service agreement and how convenient it was that the rep applied for an appointment. NO!! This is frustrating for a 4-hour wait for an oil change. Mind you, I just did an oil change on my Toyota and didn't wait nearly as long with minor issues that came up. While the lobby and customer service are decent, the length of time for an oil change is seriously outrageous. On top of all of that wait, there is an additional 10-15 minute wait to receive your car due to only having one person whose job it is to retrieve vehicles. No compensation for the wait, no apologies offered. Everyone is acting as if this is a regular service that everyone offers. Word of advice to whoever has the ability to correct this issue: create two lines, one for appointments and the other for non-appointments. This would help prioritize customers who make time and effort out of their schedule to be here. Those that don't make appointments can wait until a spot is vacant for them. read more

I wish your team cared when I was working this deal with them and left work early to get this done. The truck is gone now, so I'm not sure what help you would be to me. Maybe if you were there to correct their shortcomings, you could have helped. Your sales guy had the nerve to try and blame my bank for the failures your staff exhibited. "Not capable of sending a signed purchase order, I did receive a bunch of blank pages." They even suggested my banker just wanted to do the bare minimum when, in fact, that was your team's attitude. The funniest thing about this is, I came to your team to buy a truck. Your team did very little work on this deal other than asking management if my offer would be accepted. When it was accepted, your staff tried to make me feel like they had gone above and beyond. "This was a statement I got in a text from a phone ending with 9727." After Frank Vera confirmed to my friend with 2 different emails that you still had the truck, your team seems to try and make people feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you a vehicle. I emailed you this morning. If you would like to discuss something, that is where I do it. PS: I never asked your team to save the truck for me because they couldn't even get me the signed purchase order so I could get the check and head your way. read more

I cannot stand how sneaky this place tries to be. The company sends an email about discounts on oil changes but try to charge full price! I went for an oil change and noticed I wasn't given my discount. I shouldn't have to argue for the lower price when it's advertised to customers. Horrible customer service and crappy behavior! They will send you promotions then charge you full price so unless you speak up and fight them you won't get it. Don't come here. read more

One of their drivers cut me off and braked SUPER hard, almost causing an accident, he then fled to the two left lanes to get away from me, he went all the way around back into the SAME lane, he fled, i took a video of his truck, got in contact with them, "Jenny Heath" got in contact with me, then i was never contacted again by a human, this happened may 14. i just kept getting an "Our team is currently looking into your report and will follow up with you as soon as possible. i contacted again June 16, all i got was a "We're looking into this and will get back to you with the necessary details. Your report is important to us and our team is addressing it" and a "We recognize how serious your concern is and apologize that you have not received a more detailed update yet. Our team is actively reviewing your report. Someone from our dealership will follow up with you directly regarding how we're handling this situation. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention." never got contacted again. read more

Edited at 6pm that night. The business owner will reply to this message but never call you back when you call him. Add this to the list. This review would be 0. Your customer service is just so bad. At the time of writing this review, I have been in your service waiting room for over 3.5 hours with no update - which I was promised. The issue I have is that it adds to many other issues I've had since purchasing a new 2025 Buick - which I am here to get repaired even though I bought a new vehicle, need I add more. Other issues: not giving me the promised price - I should have walked away, I know. 3 electronic issues within 2 months of buying the vehicle. Poor customer service: I left 2 messages for someone to call me back for service, no one called. Then when I finally got someone, who said they'd get the right person to call me. That person pretended their phone was down and texted instead. If your text works, your cell works. Then today I am told it's going to take all day to fix my car, before anyone even looks at it. And am I ready to stay here all day. That's even though I was here at 7am. GMC called me 3 times but didn't resolve anything, Anyway, wish I had bought another brand at this point. Sigh. read more

just like Riverside Chevrolet MarkChristopher Chevrolet does not care about their customers. I will never ever buy Chevy product ever again. They are terrible. The quality of the vehicles are crap. My husband and i have been shopping around for a Yukon xl at4. Just before 11:30 today, my husband called this dealer and spoke to Anthonny regarding one that we found online. My husband provided the stock number and asked if it was available. Anthonny advised that it was indeed available and asked when we could come down to look at it. My husband advised it would be about an hour to get out there (we live in north Orange County). Anthonny then proceeded to tell him that he'd pull it aside, have it washed and gassed up so that we can test drive and possibly take it home.. (email attached below for proof of appt time that was made) We got loaded up (2 kids and a newborn) and made the drive out to Ontario. Upon arrival, Anthonny came out, said hello, and said he would go grab the vehicle. A few minutes went by, and he came back and informed us that the car was not on the lot and that it was a demo car that was being used by the owner's wife. He then proceeded to tell us that he had pulled the car aside for us; but that he was not able to hold the key (implying that from the time we called to the time we got there, she had come and borrowed the car) He then tried to sell us on a AT4 Ultimate; which is another 20k and did not help the situation. He could clearly tell that we were frustrated, and went to "make a phone call". While he was gone, another gentleman Alazar came in and talked to us. In doing so, he clarified that the vehicle was never on the lot and the owners daughter was driving it. As a family owned dealer who strives for customer satisfaction, this was a very frustrating and avoidable experience had Anthonny actually taken the time to make sure the vehicle was there. We wasted almost three hours of our day and ended up with no vehicle.. will not be recommending this dealer to friends or family. read more

Good morning all, I honestly don't even know where to begin with the worst customer service experience I've received -- not only from Mark Christopher Chevrolet, but from a GMC dealership in general. It's beyond frustrating when you cannot get in touch with anyone willing to address concerns professionally or ethically regarding a business line of credit process. I repeatedly attempted to speak with a manager or supervisor, only to constantly hear that they were "in meetings." Each time, I left my full contact information, name, and phone number, yet no one ever returned my calls. On Monday, May 18, 2026, around 10:00 AM, I called the dealership and specifically requested to speak with the General Manager. Once again, I was told they were in a meeting. I left my information and waited until Wednesday -- still no response. On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, I called again and requested the General Manager. Shockingly, they were "in another meeting." At that point, I once again provided my contact information and here we are on Thursday, May 21, 2026, and I still have not received a single callback. It's disappointing that basic customer acknowledgment and communication seem impossible to receive. At this point, it feels like you have to be an actor, athlete, or Forbes-level business owner just to get the respect of a returned phone call. Customer service and accountability clearly need improvement. read more

My family just purchased a 2026 Yukon Elevation XL. Let me just say this was the smoothest, easiest transaction I have ever dealt with. If you need a vehicle, contact OZZY. Ozzy went above and beyond for my family and I. I met Ozzy a couple months back when we first went to look at Yukons, and right from the start Ozzy was professional and actually listened to what we wanted. He never pressured us or tried to just sell us anything. Last week, I hit up Ozzy, told him the exact Yukon my wife wanted and guess what? Ozzy MADE IT HAPPEN. I actually had my own credit union loan.... And his team even got me a lower interest rate than my own credit union. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with Ozzy and his teams customer service. Thank you for everything! read more

I regret buying my vehicle from Mark Christopher Chevrolet. My car was sold to me with an exhaust leak, which should never have happened in the first place. I brought it back expecting the issue to be handled properly, but although they attempted a repair, the problem was still not resolved. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for how their proposed solution would affect my family. I explained that being without my vehicle for several days was extremely difficult because I have an autistic son and reliable transportation is essential for our daily routine and responsibilities. That did not seem to matter, and there was no real effort made to find a workable solution or show understanding for my situation. The overall experience felt dismissive and uncaring, especially after purchasing the vehicle there and expecting basic accountability when a serious issue came up so soon after purchase. What made the contrast even clearer was that another Chevrolet dealership -- where I did not even buy the car -- immediately treated the situation with more urgency, compassion, and professionalism than I experienced here. I expected much better customer care, especially after making such a significant purchase, and unfortunately this experience left me regretting that decision. read more

I brought my truck in for a simple transmission diagnostic on a Tuesday morning at 7am sharp. They did not start looking at my truck until 2pm the next day, and only after I called them several times. It seemed like they forgot about my truck because the dispatcher had to physically hand a tech the papers for my truck. I thought going to the dealership would be better than a transmission specialty shop, but not now. I will not be going back to Mark Christopher unless there is something very wrong with my truck. Also, Eddie likes to talk over you when you call with questions like, "is it normal for it to take this long?" read more
