    I purchased a 1994 Corvette from Inland Valley Auto and Jay (the owner) gave me the full rundown on the vehicle and addressed the maintenance performed at his shop prior to selling to make sure the car he was selling was ready to go! I'm glad I went this route rather than buying a random car off of craigslist or offer up.

    This is our 2nd car buying off Jay! Each experience was great. Jay went above and beyond to take care of us and the Two Lexus we have purchased. Even the financing is quick and to the point and Jay doesn't give you a bunch of BS. My good friend also bought a truck from Jay and also another happy customer. Thank You Jay for everything!

    Have bought multiple cars from Jay and they've all out lasted me. My most recent purchase was a 98 Toyota Celica, that I have almost had for 4 years and it is pushing over 200,000 miles. It still runs beautifully! I know that any car I picked would have been just as great of quality. Jay is always available to answer any question that may come up, and follows up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. I refer all of my friends to him!

    EXCELLENT Never…read moreexpected it... Friendly, courteous, and very professional. I made a phone call in the morning and spoke to the general manager, Adrian. He took his time to prescreen, finding out what I wanted, not what was convenient for him. I gave him specifics, and he said his sales rep would call. Adrian Jr. called, and we finalized everything over the phone. He listened to everything I had to say. They worked their magic; after hearing my questions, he answered them all without negativity or saying "can't," which is huge when making a big purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, Adrian Jr. immediately greeted me and showed me my new truck, which was ready to go. Adrian, the general manager, came out to thank me and greet me as well. I received a positive vibe and a smile the entire time. Once we sat down, I was expecting a change before putting pen to paper. BUT NOT WITH THEM!! Everything was as we had agreed upon! They never attempted an upsell. Yuri, in finance, was absolutely awesome. She knew every detail and verified the numbers. She made sure everything matched and corrected any mismatches without hesitation. She never forced upgrades or upcharges. She informed us of options, explained the pros and cons, and our decisions were made without pressure. The experience was the best, from phone etiquette to customer service - top-notch! We were blessed to get our new truck from Mountain View, and we will recommend Adrian Jr. and Yuri to anyone looking for a vehicle. We've definitely made a customer for life; my son is already purchasing his first vehicle from Mountain View. Thank you, Adrian, Adrian Jr., and Yuri; you made us feel important.

Tengan muchísimo cuidado al firmar el contrato, ya que lo que prometen verbalmente no coincide con lo que aparece en los números finales. Kenya was on the phone because she was providing us with the referral link from the Tesla app. Today, Monday, May 4, 2026, I had an 11:30 a.m. appointment with Paul to purchase my daughter's 18th birthday gift. Paul and I exchanged greetings, and he pulled up the car in the color I wanted. Paul told me there was a $250 fee today. He NEVER explained what the fee was for. I explained that I do not just turn over money without knowing what it is for or why. Paul looked me in the eye, picked up his phone and computer, and said I was not ready to buy. He then picked up his tools and walked to another table where another customer was waiting. Javier, who was in the same room on the computer, looked up while Paul was gathering his tools, and the metal chair was dragged on the floor. I explained to Javier that Paul was taking care of me and that he had rudely left me sitting at the table after insulting me. Javier then explained that the $250 is a non-refundable fee that covers the process of ordering the car, the buyer's interest rate, payment plan, and the total for fees and taxes. This was not explained by Paul. A few minutes later, I called to speak to the general manager or assistant general manager, and Paul answered. He stated that both managers were not working today. A few minutes later, Ace called, and I asked him to give both Paul, the general manager, and Ms. Amanda Young my number and a message. None of them have contacted me yet.     The salesman was quite nice but it's "dealer policy" to add $1600 worth of "mandatory" paint and…read moreinterior protection to the advertised price of used cars (a practice the FTC has recently warned is illegal). I was there to see a high mileage car, this was well over 10% of the value of the vehicle, so the advertised price was meaningless. They offered to remove some of it (but still weren't willing to sell the car for the advertised price), also weren't willing to allow for a pre-purchase inspection. I wasn't enamored enough with the car to make those concessions. Edit to add: I was specifically told that the added items were mandatory and they would not take the entire price off. The "dealing" started at $1600 over the advertised price (on a $13000 car) and they brought it down to about $500 over the advertised price, while telling me that I was actually getting a deal because the addon package price was going up to over $2000. This car had 107K miles on it, I was not looking to buy a paint protection package. I was told they price the vehicles low to "be at the top of the search" and then add the added items to bring the price up to what they are willing to sell the car for. This is explicit false advertising. This wasn't a miscommunication, the deal sheet was quite clear and I was told they would not go any lower. If they were willing to sell the car for the advertised price I would have written a check on the spot. They also declined to allow me to leave a deposit so I could have a mobile mechanic come for a PPI, and while they offered to sell me a 3 day option to return for $250 they also said if I did need to return it there would be a restocking fee of "at least $500." I kind of laughed at the idea that if a mechanic found a major issue their inspection missed they'd charge us more money.
