Once of the best choices I have ever made was going here. I have taken some time to write this because I did not want to write a review that was without merit or value. In other words I truly wanted this review to be full of truth of experience and worth. Couple of things I was worried about. Buying a Car off Holt. Lets be honest there are not a lot of things that I have known that are good to buy off Holt other than street tacos. Not exactly the place I would think I would have an amazing customer service experience with great people and great product. Steve, and the Team here is what I would call Magnificent. I was not exactly what you would call an easy sale. I was also a bit strangely organized financially because of my type of business so I proved to be a bit of a challenge for them. Calm and collected they were never worried. Only me. I left this place driving an excellent car with great milage and what I would call no buyer remorse. Mostly because of the experience which I thought would or could get salted over time but it has not. There were a few issues with my purchase that involved the navigation and control module. Steve assured me he would help me take care of it and another minor issue was that the lights are so fogged up they hardly look they are on. Once I get to a place where I can drop this car off I will have it handled but either way I can say this. There is reason why this organization is 5 Stars. They do everything right. They have the cars you are looking for and more importantly the attitude needed to make a good experience. In sales its about the CAN DO attitude. I was frustrated and felt a bit hopeless and they made me feel like I mattered. Steve Knows Sales and the Finance Guy not only knew finances but also computers. It feels good to be treated with respect. This is going to be the place my entire family and friends get their cars from. Here are the reasons. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT PRICES STAND MY THEIR SALES AFTER SALES AND AFTER SALES CARE WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE WHATEVER THEY CAN HAPPEN THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE. THEY WORK WITH BAD CREDIT / ISSUES WITH CREDIT THEY WILL DO WHAT IS IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE THINGS WORK I won't share what Steve did for me as I closed the sale with him and took my new used car home but it was very kind and I think he does it for alot of people. A Little bit counts and goes a long way. I am thankful and grateful for LA COSTA Sales and look forward to more reviews and my family buys their next cars here. I have very early childhood memories of La Costa Auto Sales. My parents might have been coming here, even before I came along into this world. The 2 Lacosta brothers running this business are the most honest and trustworthy salesmen you can find in the area. They specialize in affordable used cars! Come here to buy, sell or trade! I bought a used car form La Costa auto sales last week for my 17 year old daughter. I shopped around for about a month and went to 8 different used car dealerships from LA to Corona. Let me tell you, don't even waste your time going to other dealerships, if La Costa has the car you are looking for BUY IT. First of all, the car they advertise on line, looks like the car I went to see. Unlike other dealerships I visited to look at advertised cars, that looked nothing like the one that they were advertising. A lot of those other dealerships I visited were like your typical used car dealerships. They wanted to make a quick buck by up marking up their advertised price by adding on unnecessary items to that car like alarms, paint protection ( ON A TEN YEAR OLD CAR).... Really???. Not at La Costa Auto Sales. The price they advertise is the price you pay (obviously plus tax, registration etc.) But most importantly, I promise you, you Will NOT find a used car dealership that has the kind of customer service (Steve and Jay are AWESOME) that I have experienced after the sale, when other dealerships would have washed their hands of the completed sale. I took it to get an oil change after buying it and Valvoline told me their records showed the car had regularly been in and had last been serviced 2000 miles earlier.
