    It's a beautiful car!

    Working with Mikhal on the purchase of an Audi A4 was an excellent experience. After tracking prices for 2014 through 2018 A4s throughout Southern California for several weeks, I was drawn to drive a bit longer distance than I might otherwise have done to Highend Auto Group to take a look at one particular vehicle with a markedly lower price point than other cars of the same year. Mikhal impressed me with his sincerity and transparency and the dealership's policy of not inflating the price one sees on Cargurus with add-on fees not mentioned in the ad. While test driving the car, we did note one minor but still important issue: the trunk wasn't unlatching. Mikhal assured me not to worry, and that it would be taken care of promptly. I am pleased to report that it was! He was great about communicating with me during the entire process. I am sure that you would experience the same great service and find that the pricing on their vehicles and the great service he provides make the trip worthwhile.

The interaction with them even before walking in was super respectful and they were very patient because I couldn't sell right away. But even though they weren't there when I walked in, their colleague Danny helped me out with the deal and he was as great as Mohammed and Hazem. They do real inspections of the car. And when they come back, they show you pictures of the problem. And they tell you an offer. I asked if they can do more and they did budge a bit more but couldn't get close to the original $21k offer due to two issues I wasn't aware of (so that's very respectable). they also didn't significantly drop their offer NOR did they make it sound like you had a trashy car , just because of the two issues (one with the tire and leaking axel ). The process is easy. 45 min inspection. Paperwork took another 30 mins, negotiating can increase your time there. You sign all the documents to allow them to do the dmv paperwork. And don't worry if you have a lien on your car, they do the math and cut you the check based on what you owe and they handle it with your lender. They are very friendly and super nice. The facility is super clean and welcoming. They had the TVs set to the World Cup matches.

    I have 2 reviews to write. This one is in reference to buying my truck…read more I did A LOT of research on the truck I wanted. I also got pre-qualed from Capital One auto finance. If you walk onto any car lot (especially a used car lot) without knowing what you want and how much you are willing to pay for it, you are asking for a bad experience. Also, get pre-qualified before you go. You can do this without a hard pull of your credit. Now to the sales process. I asked for the truck specifically. No reason to walk around the lot. I already knew their entire inventory before I went, so again plan ahead. I was helped by the Sales Manager, Milad. He gave me the whole paper thing i.e. how much can you put down how much can you afford per month..all the standard car buying stuff. He came back a few minutes later with a totally hiked up price and terms. But don't get mad at them for this....that is their ENTIRE job! I gave him my bottom line offer. He came back a few minutes later and made another offer. At this time we both agreed to stop the back and forth and make the deal go through. He came down $165 dollars per month and I agreed to go $100 higher per month. I thought it was a totally fair deal. I didn't break my budget, and he didn't give the truck away for free. Yes, they add on vehicle theft tracking and window tint to the price and they won't remove it. Be expecting this. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. It's comes with a 30 day limited warranty so try and get a vehicle that still has the manufacturer warranty. If you buy outside of this, consider buying an extended warranty. However, do your homework before you walk on the lot. By the time you are there, it's too late for you to know what you're getting into. You are going to buy with emotion and not looking at it like a Business transaction, which it is. Milad wasn't able to get me better financing than Capital One, so I stuck with my prequal and original plan. All in all, I drove away in the exact truck I wanted in a little over 1 hour from test drive to ownership. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Thank you Milad and STG.

    I had my Porsche Boxster S for sale on auto trader for 52k. Jackson who works in the office offered…read moreme 48k and we agreed on 49,750. Lie number 1. Because we agreed on that price I took my car to sell it to them driving 30 minutes each way to get there. They kept me there 2 hours and came back to offer me 47,500. So right off the bat I was LIED to again. Then they offered me 48k and I left. I hate liars. So two hours later I get a call from the manager Klaus, saying the reason they changed the offer was because the transmission had a leak. Funny there's NEVER been a puddle under my car. Then they said the two back tires were different, big deal, they're expensive speed rated tires, a chip on the windshield (another LIE), and "many costly repairs" All total garbage to get the offer low. Jackson wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I was told that the repairs will cost too much to do so they're just going to sell it AS IS. What a crock of shite. This is classic bait and switch. I brought my car back the next day and sold it to them because I didn't want a hefty repair on the transmission which is very suspect. They low ball and lie. NO ONE came out to talk to me, not even Klaus. I'd call that UNPROFESSIONAL... BAD customer relations. I brought an important document of MINE for them to COPY not KEEP, instead Sammy kept it. I need that back by the way. Will I get it? Probably NOT. Fits in with the rest of my experience here. I would say, BUYER BEWARE. I read other reviews before going and they're very bad, (good thing I wasn't buying anything). I can see why. The best customer service there was their free soda. They have nice cars and a LOT of vultures, sales people, on the lot. When I got home I had a text asking me to remove my bad reviews. So I changed them with brevity in mind. I am waiting for the check to clear the bank. I don't trust LIARS. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone because I was lied to. Look at the other reviews to see how they treat buyers and decide for yourself. I feel sorry for the person who buys the Porsche because they said they're not going to fix anything they had issues with. AS IS BUYER BEWARE. Shame on you STG for your shady business practices. I would NEVER buy a car from you. This is based on my experience and their bad reviews. I've owned a lot of cars in my long life and STG ranks up in my top 3 WORST auto dealers. My suggestions: better customer service and less time on your computer, dress professionally, don't walk around VAPING, stay with your customer during the transaction and don't lie to customers. I'll never return. Now they're selling my car as is with all the issues. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS. IT DOESN'T HAVE A SECOND KEY

In other words I truly wanted this review to be full of truth of experience and worth. Couple of things I was worried about. Buying a Car off Holt. Lets be honest there are not a lot of things that I have known that are good to buy off Holt other than street tacos. Not exactly the place I would think I would have an amazing customer service experience with great people and great product. Steve, and the Team here is what I would call Magnificent. I was not exactly what you would call an easy sale. I was also a bit strangely organized financially because of my type of business so I proved to be a bit of a challenge for them. Calm and collected they were never worried. Only me. I left this place driving an excellent car with great milage and what I would call no buyer remorse. Mostly because of the experience which I thought would or could get salted over time but it has not. There were a few issues with my purchase that involved the navigation and control module. Steve assured me he would help me take care of it and another minor issue was that the lights are so fogged up they hardly look they are on. Once I get to a place where I can drop this car off I will have it handled but either way I can say this. There is reason why this organization is 5 Stars. They do everything right. They have the cars you are looking for and more importantly the attitude needed to make a good experience. In sales its about the CAN DO attitude. I was frustrated and felt a bit hopeless and they made me feel like I mattered. Steve Knows Sales and the Finance Guy not only knew finances but also computers. It feels good to be treated with respect. This is going to be the place my entire family and friends get their cars from. Here are the reasons. They know what to do, how to do it and where to go if anything does come up. Used Cars are not exactly iron clad anything can happen but they seem to have most of the things you need covered or can handle any minor issues you need to take care of or the direction to point you to. 30 Years + Years of Business and Integrity and Experience makes this place a no brainer to shop for your next used car. The 2 Lacosta brothers running this business are the most honest and trustworthy salesmen you can find in the area. They specialize in affordable used cars! Come here to buy, sell or trade! My family has been coming here since our struggling origins. When I say struggles, I mean, we were a ONE CAR household. My dad would drop my mom off at work in the mornings and either he or my aunt would pick my mom up from work. We had a humble living and even with one car, we couldn't afford anything too new. The La Costa brothers were there to provide their automotive knowledge and extremely reliable recommendations. The cars we purchased from them throughout the years had no headaches. When it was time to afford to budget a second car into our household, it was legendary. We felt extremely blessed and fulfilled to have what others would imagine to be basic necessities. La Costa Auto Sales was a major factor in making that transition possible for their reasonable rates and reliability. I will always always feel grateful that they were able to be there for us during tough times. Pass forward to the present, we are blessed to afford to buy newer cars from the Honda dealership, but that leaves us with an "old" car on hand. Honda offered quite an insulting value, and my dad immediately said No thank you! We knew selling it to La Costa Auto Sales would be an honest amount, whatever the offer would be. We saw Steve, and he did a thorough inspection and pulled up the car's official reports, and gave us his professional opinion. We knew it wouldn't be much, but we definitely trusted and appreciated any "value". That car has been good to our family for two decades, and it was really hard to let go.     This dealership is full of liars. They want to charge nearly $1700 for a GPS device that is…read more"installed" in the car. I went out to the car, and checked, the device was not even installed. If I never checked, they would've sold me a car without any gps tracking device in it, but with a fraud charge of nearly $1700. They would not take off the full price of the accessory even though it was not in the car. They were so kind as to give me a discount on the device too!! So I get all the "benefits of the device for a lower price!" - while knowingly the device was never installed in the first place. Do not buy a car here. Also, please stop calling me "hun" and "hunny". We aren't friends like that. You saw my ID for the test drive, you should know my name.

They charged $800 for a ceramic window tint I'm dumb af lol the tint was not even done properly started peeling from both passenger doors back seats Went to Dudes that tinted it they fixed it but without ceramic tint. Asked how much they charge for ceramic They said $300-$350 Ok Other back door started peeling went back they said original dudes not there anymore ‍ Paid $1000 ? For LoJack system ok tried calling and locating company that is in charge of locating actual stolen vehicle and go figure they are harder to get a hold of than the dmv or Donald ! Heck that guy and the other guy too and all car sales men & women who are not honest. Can anyone please help me locate this mythical LoJack so i can return it to legendary SoCal motors ?
