Stay away. This is the definition of hole in the wall dealer. Customer service sucks. Although I was swayed to purchase a car here because I really liked it. They swore up and down that the car was running good and it wasnt. 3 days later the car would stall out I took it back and asked then if they could repair it. And so they did repair the car. A few days go by and I go pick my car up 3 days later I'm driving it and it stalls barely made it to my house with power loss turbo area was smoking like crazy so I ended up taking it to Subaru in San bernadino. They told me none of the repairs were professional they used other car parts from other manufacturers to repair them and the AWD in the car wasnt working cause a filter was clogged in the drivetrain. I end up taking it back with a long list of proper repairs that need to be done in order for the car to run ok at the very least. And they REFUSED to take the car that almost blew up in my drive way. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP

If you see this sheet come out (like at SCM), you are about to lose at life badly. Leave & read articles in google about car buying.

Shady and unethical, C- unaccredited by CA Better Business Bureau. https://www.bbb.org/central-california-inland-empire/business-reviews/auto-dealers-used-cars/so-cal-motors-in-montclair-ca-100110124 I caught them in so many lies. I know you probably love the car they have, don't do it. You will get screwed unless you are very good at car buying and finance, they tried every dirty trick in the book. Most of the positive reviews are people who don't understand car finances. Saturday I found the precise car I want. I called and asked if they do their own inspections, they do! (I'll come back to this). I locked in the online price through a Trucar dealership network. I showed up onsite on Sunday, inspected the car, and test drove it. The associate that worked with me was cool enough. We almost spun out in a corner, I thought it was my poor clutch work. I park, look at the back, the rear tires on the car are DONE. The left tire had no tread at all! This is a rear wheel drive car with 435HP/400TQ with no tread. Completely unsafe to drive. No qualified mechanic would approve this car out of fear of being legally liable. When I finished the test drive the "oil replacement overdue" warning came up in the dash (2016 Ford Mustang with SYNC). When I asked they told me their mechanic does a multi-point inspection including tire check and oil change. SERIOUSLY, you think I'm talking about a sitcom. Unfortunately for the next buyer, they are going to reset that warning. I left Sunday, and that evening they changed the price upwards by $1300. I call today to finish the deal, they tell me my price was a "Easter weekend special". So I remind them that they are a Certified USAA/Trucar dealer and I have a locked price. They backpeddle and honor it. I also advise them that if my deal falls through, they need to replace the tires on the Mustang because it is unsafe. The girl says "oh, you don't want any of the options, okay we will take those wheels off". These are stock upgraded wheels. They have no idea what is going on. They "go back to work with their manager", make me late to the gym, and I get a text that "there was a deposit put on this car" and they'll call me back if it falls through. I told them to never call me again. And to be honest I should have made the decision earlier, the red flags were there. None of the BS they told me along the way matched the dates on the free CarFax report I ran either.

Mike gave me a very fair deal on the 2004 BMW 640ic. No pressure at all to buy and all in all a pleasant experience.

Fantastic service and wide selection. Mark and Irvin were really helpful, and got us a great deal on a used Toyota Corolla.

Horrible experience. I left my car on a Friday morning around 8:30am. My front brakes have been…read moresqueaking. I had to call them around 3pm because I have not received any information. I was told the mechanic drove my car around the neighborhood and could not hear a sound. They wanted to take the tires off to check the brake pads but they couldn't because the specialized socket wrench sized to fit my specific wheels was missing. When I left my car there, they never asked for this tool. I let them know that it's in the car not sure where but it's in there. They said they'll search for it. I was told to leave my car over the weekend so they could "try" to take a look at it and maybe use a special tool to take my tires off. Monday comes around my husband, had to go into work late because he had to drop me off. I go straight to my advisor Jonathan Peña and he lets me know that the car has not been touched since they didn't have the tool to take off my tires. He said, we can take a look at your car, but we will have to brake it. Why would I want my brand new car broken!? I informed him that the tool he's looking for is in my car. I went straight to my car and I found it right away. After waiting hours in the waiting area they finally took my tires off letting me know that the two front brakes were overheating at one point. Mind you this is a 2025 suburban. Brand new. This car is a family car. I use it for school drop off , pick up, runs to the grocery store and sports nothing crazy. I asked why is my brand new car already squeaking he said, it could be because of the way I drive. I assured him it's not driving. Then he said it's the way the manufacturers are making cars these days. They make brake pads too soft. I was told I should have all 4 bake rotors sanded Jonathan verbally quoted me 540. I asked, why have the back two tires done when they are perfectly fine so then he quoted me 390 for the two front brakes. After having that done two days later, I come back because they're still squeaking. I was told to go on a drive with the mechanic. We barely left the driveway and the mechanic said, oh it's coming from the back brakes. Make a U-turn and head back to the dealership. As soon as I got out of my car, I asked how is it that you heard it from the back when I hear it from the front. He proceeded to tell me this is his job and he's been doing this for years and look at the back brakes. He continued saying, there's a shiny coat on the routers that the manufacturers put on. That's what's making it squeak. I went back to Jonathan to let him know the mechanic thought it was coming from the back and what I thought I was hearing. Jonathan then quoted me again 390 to have the two back routers sanded. I asked, how is It 390 for the 2 back brakes when you quoted me 540 for all four the other day? He said he never quoted me 540. I kept insisting that he did. Why would I be making this up? I was told to come back the following day so they could take the tires off again. So coming back for a third time Jonathan and the mechanic drove my car around the neighborhood. He concluded that it was coming from the front and not the back. Again, I sat in the waiting area for SIX hours, only for them to put lubricant on my two front brakes. At one point I had to ask how much longer because I had to pick up my kids from school. They couldn't even find the mechanic. I was late to pick up my children from elementary school and junior high. After everything was set and done, I asked Jonathan how long will the lubricate last he said, the duration of my brakes. I wanted to make sure that this was put in writing. So I asked him the same question in front of the secretary, and he said the complete opposite . He can't guarantee that my brakes won't squeak again because of the way I drive even though he has no idea how I drive. I got so many excuses as to why my brakes have been squeaking to the way I drive, to the pads being too soft, and to the manufacturer, putting a shiny coat over the routers. Women beware because they will blame your driving. They will try to charge you for something that does not need to be fixed. They will call you a liar and If you go there with no knowledge of cars, they will take advantage.
