The cars are practically new, and since they've been rented, they are maintained better than the average owners maintain their cars. Every time a rental car is returned, it is completely checked out and serviced, and this is why I stick with Enterprise. My latest experience was the cream de la cream, with the 28-year seasoned experience of CHARLES, at the Montclair CA location on Holt. He has one of the greatest personalities of anyone I have ever met. I have never enjoyed a transaction as much as I did on Wednesday the 21st, even after having bought so many great vehicles through the years. The car was low mileage and it was AMERICAN-made and it was a 2024 model. I highly recommend visiting this location, as they have a large inventory, and easy to get to, with the freeway nearby. They also make a big deal when a sale is made, i.e., the ringing of a bell, a huge bow on the vehicle, and a picture of yourself standing by your purchase. The entire office applauds as you leave the office for the last time. It's so festive and shows a great respect for customers, that you never see at any dealership. All of our adult children bought their first car from Enterprise, and two still have their first cars (2013 & 2012) and are holding on to them.
