I was paying CASH for a van they had in stock. I could not have made this any easier than a plain white minivan. It was simply one Pomona business trying to support another Pomona business. After a couple of weeks, I finally had to move on because they could not figure it out. I kept the text messages and emails in case there was any doubt and someone wanted to see the receipts. I hope the owner and senior leadership are able to motivate their people to provide better customer service and communication so they can be successful. I'm assuming the owner told me if that was my dad and I said yes that is my dad and he's says to me does he smoke? Does he drink? Does he do drugs? First of all? Why would you say that to me that's rude and I told him no it's just a language Barrier.
