    First of all I would like to say read this whole review…read more I am writing this review since I got about 20 messages to please leave them one from the automated text even about 3 months later.. First I would like to thank my salesman Anthony (Tony) for helping me with my purchase. I got a ford f-150 from this dealership and Tony was helpful with me test driving the vehicle and I purchased the vehicle from them. He was very kind and nice and I have no complaints about him. Now after test driving the vehicle we got back to the desk and I wanted to talk numbers. Anthony told me the selling price of the truck and it had a $5,000 accessory fee added. Please keep in mind I came a couple days before to test drive an f-150 and it was a v6 but I was interested in the v8 which at the time he let me know they had barely received and was not ready. He contacted me a couple days later saying the v8 was going to be ready same day after their mechanics looked into it to see if it was worth selling (if not they would send it to auction because it wasn't worth fixing/selling) so I went in to test drive the truck and wanted to talk about numbers. This is when my experience turn bad. I told him I would like to purchase the truck at the listed price without the accessories and he went to to speak with his manager "Hector" Now hector is a closing manager and his only job is to make you spend more money on their vehicles He also stated that the truck ALREADY came with all the accessories included meaning they add them before they sell them... remember that I asked the hardest question a manager could answer. "Do I HAVE to purchase the accessories if i would like to buy this vehicle " Which hector replied " you do not need to buy this vehicle if you don't want to..." I told him I would like to buy the vehicle but do not need any accessories He replied with " then I will not sell you this vehicle then, I will not accept your offer" Me sadden by hearing that after waisted 5 hours there I felt that I had found a truck I had liked and was pushed to purchase the accessories it turned into a bad experience. Unfortunately I left with a truck that had mix matched tires with different tread life on them (because they passed their tread inspection) a truck with no second key or with any floor mats, a truck with paint in the bed liner that they were supposed to remove but only removed a section where the previous owner spray pained a license plate ( there were other parts of the bed that still have paint but they didn't want to clean those parts) a truck that was supposed to be detailed but they failed to do that (there was parts of the truck that had tape residue form their dealer paper that was sticked on. Please keep in mind the manager hector was negotiating me the value of this truck when he clearly didn't know 99% of the problem this truck had. He didn't know there was spray paint on the bed, he didn't know it didn't have floor mats (which he told me to go buy) he told me no way he would put matching tires on the truck (front tires are dry rotted) The only positive thing I will say is that service fixed a broken part of the truck (check engine light the moment I got on the freeway from purchasing my truck) and the guy named (Isaiah) he helped me and fixed the problem so appreciate that. Apart from that my credit union had me pay the accessories from the truck and I had to come out of pocket for things I didn't even need but like hector said the dealership needs to make money so good for them I guess. I did not buy any dodge product I only went there since they had a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place because of the experience I received form the manager hector. I hope this helps...

We called and were immediately connected with Christian, who was knowledgeable and helpful from the start. Once we started talking numbers, he transferred us to Tristin, who promised he would make the one-hour trek worth it, and he absolutely did. Christian, Tristin, and Kevin were all amazing: friendly, honest, helpful, and never pushy. Tristin lived up to his promise and made the deal worth the trip, Christian made the test drive easy, and Kevin took the time to show my husband all the EV9 features and gadgets. And there was a problem with my tire which costed me extra. (Not their fault) they got everything done with great attitude but the catch is the wait. Shortly after receiving service. A Dash warning light came on saying that my tire pressure monitoring system needed to be checked. After trying to book an appointment which the only one available was two weeks after seeing my light went on so that also kinda sucked. Fast forward to the appointment and I arrived early due to other prior events being cancelled so I arrived as a walk in and only one thing needed to be fixed. After waiting so long just for them to moved my car in it sat there for at least 1.5 hours. Then the front desk lady said the mechanic had to go on lunch, then they told me that the person who was working on my car said that it would still take another hour after finally getting to my car. Then after an hour and 30 minutes I walked in due to frustration and was told that they installed the part but the new part also failed? so after a Total of 5 hours waiting. Left with nothing done. Arrived around 11:07 AM, didn't leave until 3:08 PM. So appointment or walk in you'll be waiting for a very long time. And always the possibility of nothing getting done. But wait there's more after I left. I got onto the freeway and started hearing a thudding noise under my car and I was on completely smooth road so I made a U-turn and told them the situation and the mechanic came out and got into the car with me to ensure that I wasn't, I'm assuming, lying about the noise and he heard it immediately and went to go and fix that problem. Makes me wonder if the mechanic in question was paying full attention. After all of that, I went back into the front desk to ask them what my next steps were, and they said that I would need to then come back after they received the part that they had but failed to successfully put into my car and that when I come back, they will give me a loaner car so that way I don't have to wait as long as I did and they can take the full time that they need to work on my car mind you my car is a 2025 Kia GT line so it's not like it's old or have a lot of problems. In the end they are going to hopefully make it right when my car is completely fixed, but as for this experience, I'm giving 2 stars.

I was told that my car was ready and the battery was good, but then started to have problems with my battery was told by a triple A agent that I had a bad battery, had problems with my power steering as well had to pay 150 to tow my car that broke down due to the bad battery messing up the alternator was told the power steering pump was fixed but once again same problems. Not to mention I've purchased the car 2 months ago still no plates and barley got my Stickers and guess what only valid for 2 months "because I insisted getting registration done sooner" but wasn't notified or told that I only "insisted" because I was harassed 3 times by the police regarding my car Being a 04 with no plates apparently older cars are supposed to be sold with plates. Very upset that I choose this car, I knew the mileage was on thehigher side but expected a better experience. Also I had a lot of other problems with this car before I had to let this car go , my starter went out and I texted them regarding my problem but fixed it myself and funny I was a couple days behind on my paymen due to working 3 jobs at the time, they asked if my car was fixed and then my car was repossessed the next business day due to "lack of communication " like really not because I was late but because of lack of communication not only that but they stole 380 dollars from wallet and tried to act like they didn't know what I was talking about even the officers that came out to the lot agreed that these people were shady and there stories were fishy and didn't sound right.

In other words I truly wanted this review to be full of truth of experience and worth. Couple of things I was worried about. Buying a Car off Holt. Lets be honest there are not a lot of things that I have known that are good to buy off Holt other than street tacos. Not exactly the place I would think I would have an amazing customer service experience with great people and great product. Steve, and the Team here is what I would call Magnificent. I was not exactly what you would call an easy sale. I was also a bit strangely organized financially because of my type of business so I proved to be a bit of a challenge for them. Calm and collected they were never worried. Only me. I left this place driving an excellent car with great milage and what I would call no buyer remorse. Mostly because of the experience which I thought would or could get salted over time but it has not. There were a few issues with my purchase that involved the navigation and control module. Steve assured me he would help me take care of it and another minor issue was that the lights are so fogged up they hardly look they are on. Once I get to a place where I can drop this car off I will have it handled but either way I can say this. There is reason why this organization is 5 Stars. They do everything right. They have the cars you are looking for and more importantly the attitude needed to make a good experience. In sales its about the CAN DO attitude. I was frustrated and felt a bit hopeless and they made me feel like I mattered. Steve Knows Sales and the Finance Guy not only knew finances but also computers. It feels good to be treated with respect. This is going to be the place my entire family and friends get their cars from. Here are the reasons. The 2 Lacosta brothers running this business are the most honest and trustworthy salesmen you can find in the area. They specialize in affordable used cars! Come here to buy, sell or trade! My family has been coming here since our struggling origins. When I say struggles, I mean, we were a ONE CAR household. My dad would drop my mom off at work in the mornings and either he or my aunt would pick my mom up from work. We had a humble living and even with one car, we couldn't afford anything too new. The La Costa brothers were there to provide their automotive knowledge and extremely reliable recommendations. The cars we purchased from them throughout the years had no headaches. When it was time to afford to budget a second car into our household, it was legendary. We felt extremely blessed and fulfilled to have what others would imagine to be basic necessities. La Costa Auto Sales was a major factor in making that transition possible for their reasonable rates and reliability. I will always always feel grateful that they were able to be there for us during tough times. Pass forward to the present, we are blessed to afford to buy newer cars from the Honda dealership, but that leaves us with an "old" car on hand. Honda offered quite an insulting value, and my dad immediately said No thank you! We knew selling it to La Costa Auto Sales would be an honest amount, whatever the offer would be. We saw Steve, and he did a thorough inspection and pulled up the car's official reports, and gave us his professional opinion. We knew it wouldn't be much, but we definitely trusted and appreciated any "value". That car has been good to our family for two decades, and it was really hard to let go. We trust that it will be good to its' new owner, and still keep the car in our prayers. As a family who has bought, traded and sold cars with La Costa Auto Sales for nearly three decades, I can in all honestly give them the ultimate seal of approval. When we have relatives or friends who are just starting out, need a used car for a beginning driver, or looking for a reliable used car, we would always direct them here and trust that a positive transaction would take place for both parties.
