I had to photocopy and laminate the dealer temporary plate because they haven't gotten me the proper license plate.
    Alli K.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Yaris from this dealership on February 29th, it was paid for that day. As of December 17th they still haven't gotten me the license plate, registration, or title on the car. I understand that Covid has made some things really slow, but they're saying they haven't been able to get the title from the auction lot they bought it from; I started calling them in May to find out what was going on with my vehicle paperwork and that's when they said they were having trouble with the title. I called again a week later, and a week later, and a week later. I called and told them I was going to be in town in September and asked if they'd have my paperwork ready, they said the auction lot had put it in the mail the night before and could have it overnighted If I wanted to. Since it sounded like it was going to show up I said they didn't have to have it rushed, and then it never arrived. It still hasn't appeared. When I called a week after that they suggested that I might want to just register it in my new state but I payed $300 for them to handle the registration and it's very expensive to register a car here and I can't actually register the car in this state without either turning in the license plate from my old state (which I don't have because they've never gotten it to me) or showing the title paperwork (which I don't have because they've never gotten it to me). I just called the office at 4:30pm and said "I bought a car from you about ten months ago and I still don't have my title or license plate; can you help me out?" and was told that they'd left the office early today and would have to call me with more info in the morning. I had to take the dissolving paper license plates off and reconstruct them from pieces and laminate them just so I don't constantly get pulled over. ETA - I spoke to the DMV today and they apparently haven't received any paperwork for this car whatsoever.

We had such a positive experience here with this family run business. They are very up front, there were no hidden or non disclosed fees. They really make you feel at home and comfortable with them. We got a used RV from them that is running great, and at a great price. Would definitely come here again for our future vehicle needs.

1st off wanted to say thank you to Steve the owner of speedway motors for the excellent business I got my dream truck and Steve and his family made it happen any vehicle I buy will be from speedway motors he's a man of his word. Straight up dude thanks again Steve for making my little dream come True

Update your Google maps and Yelp hours of operation. Says you're open until 7pm. Headed out of our way to find the perfect car from your dealership and these people were not willing to wait for us to test drive. Said they were only open until 6pm after telling us something different earlier in the day. So frustrating, terrible service, wanted to know my credit score over the phone! Would not be driving 2 hours out of the way to waste both parties time if my credit wasn't good! unbelievably TERRIBLE customer service. Go somewhere else! Such a joke!

Combustion gases found in coolant system. Due to busted head gasket seal.

Since buying our car from this business we have been noticing coolant leak issues. We brought our Cruz to two different Chevy dealerships service departments in Chino and Victorville six times and never got to the bottom of things after replacing the coolant tank, coolant lines, and coolant water pump among other parts. The coolant leak just kept on happening. We also noticed poor fuel economy since buying this used car from Speedway. Upon bringing the vehicle to a trusted mechanic (Freedom Automotive in Hesperia) after using them for work on my Dodge van proving they do what they are paid to do, the mechanic discovered combustion gases in the coolant system of our Chevy Cruz. In english, this means that the coolant is leaking into the engine and engine gases leak into the coolant where neither should be. This will in time damage and outright destroy an engine. Coolant contaminates the oil, spark plugs causing only 60% combustion rated, forms deposits that can cause premature wear and failure of any moving parts that require lubrication in the engine with heated coolant causing carbon deposits in the engine, and other damage. I change our oil and noted even with full synthetic our oil kept coming out really dark even at 3-4 thousand mile change intervals when the oil should be good for 7500 mile change intervals or at worst case 5 thousand mike change intervals. This was just another sign of heated and carbonized coolant being where it should not be for your information in case you ever see something similar. We now know the cause of all these symptoms of our car mechanical issues that was sold to us this way by this auto used car dealer. Further analysis by our mechanic determined the gasket seals in the engine head were shot and leading to the coolant literally leaking into the engine. Hence why we could nit figure out where it was leaking from... when the engine heats up to running temp it was vaporizing and dissolving the coolant in the engine oil. Also with combustion gases leaking out into the coolant system and out of the engine the engine was running at anything but top performance hence the low mpg fuel economy. In short Speedway sold us a lemon. We could not figure out why the low fuel economy, cruddy looking oil, and coolant loss had been happening until this week ever since buying the vehicle from this business. Our mechanic said at just under 40,000 miles there is no excuses for why the gasket seals on a 2015 Chevy cruz vehicle should be broken or leaking. The fix of having a machine shop check the engine head for warping and instal new gasket seals cost me $1800. Who knows if there is permanent engine damage and there very well could be. Thanks Speedway for selling us a broken car. Thanks for selling us this issue of poor fuel economy due to a mechanical problem right from the start of this car coming off your lot and costing us this money to fix it. And thanks for not disclosing frame damage in this cars history that clearly had more damage then just the frame that we had to pay a mechanic to fix.

Older man was rude, he was very lucky I had a lot of patience that day. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

Car was ready and I went to the dealer, signed the paperwork without any attempt at upsell or visit to the finance office, and had my keys and was done there in 15 minutes. Everyone kept their promises, and were extremely easy to deal with. I had never used a car broker before, but given them the low level of stress, ease of documentation, and time saved, I believe the service more than pays for itself. We'll definitely use it again. It's so much easier when you're able to know exactly what the prices are, and just work through the options and focus on the car that you want rather than all the little details of how to put the deal together. The deal itself was actually very good as well, and we saved a lot of money. It is worth it for a piece of mind, letting someone else do the negotiation and finding the exact vehicle we wanted in the right color, and genuinely not having to worry about whether or not we did it right, or are missing something.
