My wife was taking the car for oil changes and on the 4th one I came in and I was surprised that there was a charge. I explained to the service manager who quickly looked it up and found that I was previously charged as well. Turns out they was to be no charge on them! He fixed the problem and all was okay. Last week they told me that my transmission fluid, brake fluid and radiator fluid was bad based on their multi point inspection. They even provided photos of said "bad" fluids. Turns out I jad replaces and serviced all three at another Toyota certified dealership 2 months prior! The service guy was terrible and unconcerned about the deceptive inspection report. They will RIP YOU OFF ! get a second opinion on everything they claim is needed in their multi point inspection. You will find there are very few things that actually need to be addressed. They also use deception in their language in the report, be careful at this dealership. There was more bs they told me but this is enough.
