    I recently helped my son purchase his first car here and the service and quality of the cars is above and beyond. The owner is a toyota master technician and they do any and all repairs on the cars to make sure they're in excellent working condition. They also offer a free warranty, which most dealers don't offer. I can't say enough great things about our experience here, the cars are all reasonably priced and the owner is a joy to work with. I would recommend buying a car here to anyone!

    I have purchased two cars now from Phat and I have never been disappointed. Phat has several years of experience as a Toyota mechanic and is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. He and his crew go over the cars and make the necessary repairs before they are sold. Phat is never pushy and is very personable. It is very clear that customer satisfaction is priority one for him and I appreciate that tremendously. When I am in the market again for a car or truck I will be back for sure. I highly recommend this place.

    I took my volkswagen jetta here to have body work repair right below the doors on the passenger side. They did an amazing job and made my car look brand new. Phat is great at what he does and I would recommend everyone to come here.

    We had a great experience the last time so we came back. My son's car from Phat's has been traveling from California to Colorado for my college kid and runs great. My husband and I brought my in law's to look at cars. They test drove a few and finally landed on the Lexus. If you are Spanish speaking phat has that covered for you, made my in-law's comfortable, and of course you don't feel pressure to buy. Great people with great attitudes. If we need another car or family or friends, we will return to Phat's first. He takes care of his cars like they are his own.

    There is no one I'd rather buy a car from than Phat. Great experience, pumped to have my new truck.

    I will begin by saying that nothing that I write can express my gratitude for Phat. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Phat in the past 5 months. If you're looking for an honest, upfront, transparent car buying experience, this is the place to go. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Phat's prices are fair and the cars are great. He was a Toyota Master Technician for many years prior to opening Phat's Auto Group, and the quality of his inventory shows it. Phat is a man of his word and stands behind his cars. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a used car!

    Small, used car lots are not the first places I look to by a used car for obvious reasons. They are usually not trustworthy and the pushy salesman will tell you whatever just to sell a car. This experience at Phat's was the complete opposite. This is literally a "Mom and Pop" shop with Phat and his wife at the helm. Phat answers all your questions without any sales pressure whatsoever. He let's you test drive and thoroughly go through the car with a fine-toothed comb. The Lexus LS430 I purchased is nearly 20 so there were some things that were worn down (door motors and driver's side mirror). Phat fixed those items to my satisfaction before I bought the car after I pointed them out to him. As other reviewers noted, he is an experienced Toyota mechanic with a high level of certification. That gave me some piece of mind because he knows cars; especially the Toyota-Lexus line. The entire experience was pleasurable and may even be the best car buying experience for me. Phat is very reasonalle, honest, and does what he can to please the customer. I would buy from him again. His wife does the paperwork and is very thorough. They make a good team. Alexis is very helpful and responsive as well. His mechanics are great too. I highly recommend paying Phat's Auto Group a visit if you are looking for a used car. Car was ready and I went to the dealer, signed the paperwork without any attempt at upsell or visit to the finance office, and had my keys and was done there in 15 minutes. Everyone kept their promises, and were extremely easy to deal with. I had never used a car broker before, but given them the low level of stress, ease of documentation, and time saved, I believe the service more than pays for itself. We'll definitely use it again. It's so much easier when you're able to know exactly what the prices are, and just work through the options and focus on the car that you want rather than all the little details of how to put the deal together. The deal itself was actually very good as well, and we saved a lot of money. It is worth it for a piece of mind, letting someone else do the negotiation and finding the exact vehicle we wanted in the right color, and genuinely not having to worry about whether or not we did it right, or are missing something.

To be very clear my 2 stars rating is solely based because one advisor by the name of Bradley Jackson. He was on point from the first time I called, first visit, and until things went downhill. (he wasn't working the day all this happened) I brought my vehicle in for mechanical repairs covered under my extended warranty. That was taken care of. I drove my car from their dealership to Pasadena, once there I got into my car after doing some shopping (1 hour after having my car back). My vehicle displayed a blinking check engine light color yellow, and it would not drive past 26 MPH. This happened around 3:30PM roughly 1 hour and 1/2 before Acura would close on a Saturday 12/27/2025. I contacted the dealer, they told me to bring it back, and that I should probably tow it to avoid getting stranded in the middle of the drive. I asked the service manager if he would reimburse me for towing my vehicle? The answer I was given is what corporate companies say. "If we check and it's not our fault we can't" I said fine, even though my car was last serviced by them and now it was acting up with issues. since I've had my car, I have never had issues (besides the required warranty work I brought it in for, which was a gasket oil leak. I was working with the warranty company to get it approved so they can replace parts) I drove 26 MPH on the slowest lane from Pasadena just so I can make sure I got to the dealership before they closed. When I got there, they took my car in, but I was also told they did not have any loaner cars available. (you are a dealership, but I guess this can happen) so, I didn't have a ride to use while my vehicle sat in their lot for 2 more days. I know they don't reimburse Lyft's or Uber's, since they don't reimburse having your car towed back to their dealership after they caused the issue. I didn't bother to ask. I took 2 extra days off work just so I can stay in Los Angeles to be able to pick up my car on that next Monday the 29th. They also did not have an Office manager onsite that day I had issues. (maybe this would have helped) I spoke to JC I believe his is the service manager, but he could not help with the concerns I've expressed here. for a dealership that has the most 5-star ratings and the highest rating on google of any Acura Dealership in southern California, this is surprising. The Customer service on the floor between the Operator, Bradley, and Amy at the check-out desk was excellent. The rest, I want to think it was coincidence, but no one had solutions or answers to the issues at hand in real time that occurred that day.

During the conversation, Tony explained they have a "no haggle" policy, although I personally did not see any signage stating this, nor was it displayed anywhere on their website. The asking price was also noticeably higher than the TruCar price, though he did say he could bring it down closer to that advertised amount for me. I explained that I was already using the TruCar value as my reference point and still wanted to negotiate because, in my opinion, the vehicle being sold as-is and having some issues, still seemed overpriced compared to similar cars on the market. He continued to repeat that they do not negotiate, but said to let him know if I changed my mind. Overall, the experience felt very sales-oriented. Tony is clearly experienced and personable, but I would encourage buyers to carefully review the pricing, vehicle condition, and any paperwork or financing applications before moving forward.
