My cousin referred me to LA Auto as she's leased a ton of cars from them throughout the years. Jose got me in touch with his partner, Johnny, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I went in on a Friday and Johnny had my dream car ready to take home by Tuesday. He kept me in the loop daily and the deal he and Jose got me would literally blow your mind. In 3 years, guess who I'll be visiting to get me into my next car? After my experience with LA Auto, I'll never step foot into a dealership again. read more

Thank you Eva for helping me find the car I was looking for and so quickly too!! She is very honest, informative, and great at following up with me every second she found a car that fit my description. Just give her the details of what you're looking for and she'll get right to it. Say goodbye to those annoying sales people who lurk around the corner looking for customers to hunt down. Staying away from those types of sales people was a major plus coming here. You just don't get that vibe of greedy commission hungry people there. I definitely will come back when I get tired of my ride. Stop by and ask for Eva. read more

I cannot express how fast simple it was to buy my Lexus from LA Autobrokers. I texted Jose Friday evening asking what type of deal I could get on a RX Lexus. Long story short he beat every direct Lexus dealership down payment amount and monthly amount. He for me exactly what i wanted to pay and I didn't have to sacrifice on any of the upgrades that I wanted on the car. It was delivered to my job on Monday (only because I was busy all weekend) and I literally signed all the paperwork in 5 minutes (I've bought 10 cars in the past so i know exactly what to look for). I wrote a previous review regarding a car I bought, and it wasn't a nice review. I don't often take back a bad review and apologize to the merchant, but in this case apologies were warranted, and after getting things re-evaluated, I chalked Jose and Jerry to apologize. No, the car isn't perfect, and yes, it needs a bit of work, but in the end I got what I paid for, in a good way. I'm terrible at multitasking, and trying to juggle a long- distance move, a business sale, buying and selling houses, dealing with a lemon law buyback, and getting my son settled on his own all at once was a "tiny" bit more on my plate than I could handle. Translation: I didn't handle being told the car I bought was no good. I over-reacted. Basically, I was more than rude, and that wasn't deserved, by Jose or Jerry. Both are good at what they do, and the issues weren't explained to them correctly by the auction house where they purchased my Rio. They were honest, but I didn't believe them. For that and more, I apologize here on Yelp as well - I post a lot of reviews, some good and some not, but I try to be fair and impartial. I wasn't either to Jose or Jerry. This is an upright, honest business, and they will do right by you. Thank you read more

Amazing door to door service. Jose did an exceptional job. I have never experienced service like this. I will definitely never go back to a dealership. I was introduced to Jose from a friend to help me out. I'm so bummed I didn't meet him sooner. He helped me sell my 07 Tahoe and got top dollar for it, and he advised I be a bit patient on my next vehicle, which is the brand new Lexus RXL. The timing was better on negotiations that he got me the absolute best deal. Highly impressed with the White Glove Service! I would highly recommend anyone who hates buying cars like me.
