My kids new car.

We used Carfax to locate a new car for my kid. It was a 2012 Prius Plug-in Advanced model with only 61k miles on it. I read through the reports, and it was for real. We traveled up there from San Diego, just to make sure that it wasn't (in my kids words) "too good to be true," and it was beautiful. The dealers, Kenny and Chase were extremely nice and diligent about helping us. Even after the sale was done I had a question a few days later and was able to text Kenny. He didn't disappear on us like some dealers do afterwords. I suspected some panels had been painted, and they were honest about it. They said they had repaired the roof and the front bumper because the paint was peeling. Excellent customer service skills! One if the tire sensors was bad, so they went to have it replaced while we were finishing up the paperwork. They paid for it that out of pocket. We financed through our bank, and came in with the paperwork for his loan ready to go. We finished up the paperwork with the dealer. My son couldn't be happier. I'm still worried (cause I'm a parent and that what's we do) that sometime else will happen that we don't expect. So we're prepared. He'll be taking the car to Toyota on Monday for an oil change and a point inspection, just to be on the safe side. Either way, the experience buying this car was very smooth. They even have lots of snacks in the lobby.

Went in today to look at this 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Kenny helped me and was kind, personable and honest. Im extremely excited for this purchase and highly recommend this lot!

He also let me take the car for a full two-hour PPI at an independent shop, which most dealerships don't allow. During the inspection, we found two normal mileage-related issues with the front struts. The team explained that this is common for BMWs around 70k+ miles, which matched what the mechanic told me. JB their finance manager immediately offered to order high-quality SACHS parts and have their own mechanic install everything with no labor charge, just the cost of the parts. They also fixed the tire pressure sensor for free. Another thing I appreciated was that they held the car for almost two weeks with only a $500 fully refundable deposit. No hassle, no pressure, and very flexible the whole time. Overall, the staff was honest, transparent, and easy to work with. I'm really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Please Read Before You Trust This Shop…read more They are NOT Tesla Certified. Let me say it clearly again -- NOT Tesla Certified. We chose this shop because of their social media marketing, where they presented themselves as experienced with Tesla insurance and repairs. Unfortunately, that was very misleading, and we learned this the hard way. During our conversation, Austin mentioned they were "Tesla authorized," which is simply not true. That gave us a false sense of confidence. Things got worse during the repair process. We later discovered that our vehicle was not even being repaired at their listed location -- it had been moved to San Gabriel. It appears the work was subcontracted out without our knowledge or consent. When we finally received the car, the quality was unacceptable: - Missing parts and screws - Misaligned doors - Sensors not functioning properly When we raised these issues, their response was shocking -- they blamed Tesla, saying "that's Tesla's quality." We then took the car to a Tesla Collision Center. Even the manager there was surprised at the condition of the repair and questioned how it could have been done this way. After doing further research, we realized we are not the only ones who have had this kind of experience. It appears this may be part of how they typically operate. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Please do your due diligence and make sure you are working with a Tesla Certified Collision Center.
