He was very honest about the history of the vehicle we went to see, addressed all the concerns we had with the history report as well. I may be wrong but I believe he is a one-man show. He purchases, inspects, repairs himself if viable, and sells the vehicles. He was also hands-off in the best way possible, letting us take our time looking over the vehicle without hovering so we could discuss any matters we wanted to without feeling like we were being listened in on. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him present and also took us for a test drive to display his confidence in the vehicle's performance. I believe all the vehicles he has listed on his website are at or below market value so his pricing is rather transparent. Similar vehicles we had gone to see were priced $1-2k more than what Arian had ours listed at. After purchase, we genuinely felt like Arian's main focus was not to sell us car and complete the sale, but to make sure we were confident in our purchase and made the decision that was right for us. I have already referred some family members and if I need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be coming to Arian at Baron Elite first. Thank you Arian for the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had.

If you want to a very clean and well taken care of car he has hand picked it for his lot. I felt better about my purchase because the vehicle I selected had every service done at a Lexus dealer according to the carfax. - The test drive process was very easy, he made a copy of my drivers license and off I went with Felix the sales associate. Felix was very knowledgeable and professional. I was allowed to take my time but also test the power of the vehicle. - I opted to finance with the dealer and it was great , the owner fought for me over the phone to get the best rate with my 670 credit score. He finances with Ally bank the largest auto lender in the US. - I was allowed to do a pre inspection with an independent repair shop or service department before purchasing that was made clear to me. This is a no BS dealer and I appreciate that. Here's the advertised price add taxes, license & registration and thats it. Ive been researching and calling/visiting dealers for weeks and its always the same thing .Here's our advertised price plus window tinting, nitrogen for your tires, doc fees, multiple security features No thank you. Give this place a try I enjoyed the process and would buy here again.

David found it and gave it right to him. Desiree offer us cold drinks and canyon for my 2 year old. David even replace our radio . Which he definitely didn't have to do. That volume wouldn't go down . I took it in the morning expecting to wait in the waiting room. Nope they even took me home . Company like this definitely gives me faith in good people again. Since we're first time buyers we've been having trouble getting approved for anything lower than 10-13%, however Geo actually lowered the price of the car to help us get a rate of 8.25%. We were there for a total of 2 1/2 hours signing the forms was super easy and didn't take up too much time, we were mostly waiting because the car was getting washed and vacuumed for us. We didn't have to deal with any external forms from the dmv, and were even given a complimentary week of insurance so that we would be able to take the car home in the meantime while we shopped around for our own insurance. I made it very clear that I had already done my research and test driven the car elsewhere, and that I was ready to buy that same day if they truly had it in stock. I also emphasized that I'd be driving about 1.5 hours from Los Angeles, so I needed absolute confirmation before heading out. She assured me multiple times that they had the car "on the lot" and even said they had several. Based on that, I left almost immediately with my daughter so that we could drive both cars back. When I arrived, I was handed off to a sales rep, he told me that the car had "just been sold."Convenient timing. When I asked to at least see the vehicle since it had just sold, he claimed it was already being prepped for the new owner and couldn't be seen. That's when it became obvious: they never had the car. It wasn't even listed on their website, which I had noticed earlier, but chose to trust the sales manager, anyway. That was a mistake. Instead, I wasted three hours driving round-trip based on misleading information just to be pushed toward other vehicles I had no interest in. This experience left such a bad impression that I walked away from Mazda entirely and ended up buying a Subaru instead. And I couldn't be happier with that decision. If you value your time and don't want to deal with dishonest sales tactics, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Follow up to Tracy F's response: Please don't make me into a disgruntled lunatic who doesn't exist in your system. I wrote the review because I saw another "Dear Valued Customer" email from Mazda of Claremont in my junk mail. If you have no record of me, stop sending the emails. And don't try to negate the bad review by writing an apologetic wish to do better response. That does not change the facts - 3 hours on the freeway and BAIT-AND-SWITCH.
