Do not go here. Save yourself the headache, the wasted trip, and the disappointment. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with transparency and respect. We received an online offer from Auto Xit in Riverside for $29,300, which was the highest bid we had seen. Because of that, we made the trip from Irvine to Riverside, fully prepared to finalize the deal. Once we arrived and met with Javier, everything changed. After inspecting the car, they dropped the offer to $27,500, citing a small scratch on the headlight and a mark on the ceiling fabric. The "headlight scuff" rubbed off completely--the sales rep even admitted he couldn't see it anymore. The ceiling mark was also minimal and did not justify nearly a $1,800 reduction. When we pushed back, they raised it slightly to $27,800, still far below their original promise. Then they tried to justify the reduction by showing us DMV registration fee printouts--dealer costs they already knew about--as if that should affect the value of our car. To make matters worse, the finance manager never even showed his face. He hid in the back while Javier was left to deliver the excuses. That lack of professionalism told us everything we needed to know about how they conduct business. This was a bait-and-switch tactic--overbid online to lure us in, then chip away at the number once we were sitting in their office. It wasted our time, gas, and energy for what we thought would be a straightforward transaction. This isn't just about the money--it's about principle. We can't sell our car to people who operate without honesty and integrity. If this is how they treat sellers, I can only imagine how they treat buyers. read more

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I didn't find AutoXit... they found me! I had a car listed on OfferUp and I didn't quite have the title in hand yet since I recently had paid off the car after leasing it. Alicia reached out and explained who she was and that she works for AutoXit. I told her the situation and she said she had no issues handling it. This answer gave me the idea of asking if they are also able to buy vehicles that are still under lease since I had another vehicle I no longer wanted to make payments on, and she said yes! I was skeptical and thought it was some sort of scam at first. So I asked her to give me a call and she explained everything to me in detail. Although she was clear and had a perfect answer to all my questions, I still had my doubts since I was told by other dealerships that buying from Hyundai or Kia finance was "impossible". I had also told Alicia that I had pretty good offers from Carmax and that I just needed to get the title for the vehicles before they could buy it. She told me that if I can show her the offers in writing, that she would beat it. So, I showed her, she came back with better offers and I agreed to meet with her.
