I would never buy a used car anywhere else. We purchased an amazing 2000 Firebird with only 33,000 miles on it and in beautiful condition. Inland Auto is over an hour away from where we live, but well worth the drive. The owner, Joey, goes above and beyond. Their customer service is THE BEST I have ever experience from any company. We were given a 30-day warranty for the motor, stipulating that we would pay 50% of any repairs. We found a few issues with the car and Joey sent someone to our home, an hour and a half away, to pick up the car and even left us loaner! He fixed the issues that were not even related to the motor and charged us nothing. He covered the entire cost. He even gave us a 1 year warranty on the fuel pump in case we have any issues going forward. On top of all THAT, he sent us to a stereo shop and paid for new speakers for the car. Joey explained every single thing about the car, the repairs, and sent videos of the repairs being done. I just can't say enough about Joey and his company. They didn't just go the extra mile, they went the whole marathon for us. Not only did they sell us a great car but over 7 months later they (Joey) single handedly went to battle with the DMV to solve a problem that the DMV created and neither the lien holder or the DMV would fix. After multiple phone calls and two trips to the DMV Joey got involved and somehow fixed the DMV issue. He didn't do this to make money, he only did it because it was the right thing to do for a customer and the only other two people (DMV & lien holder) that had the ability to fix it either couldn't or wouldn't fix it. A+++ 10/10 5 stars FOR SURE! okay so i'll be honest, i was NOT looking forward to going truck shopping at all, i hate getting ripped off and lied to by sketchy salespeople. inland auto exchange was the first place i went to in my truck search and i met with Gary on a Saturday night around 630.he had a truck i was interested in, and he let me drive it by myself. he was very laid back and no pressure, which is what i like in a salesman. he didn't try to sell me anything that i didn't want/need. the truck was very clean as was everything else on the lot, you can tell that they really care for their products. i liked the truck i drove, but i wanted to look around at a few more places to compare. well, let's just say that didn't go very well and the other car lots i went to gave me sketchy vibes or they were not very professional and their trucks were dirty and one dealership even lost the key to the truck i wanted to test drive so i wasn't able to. long story short, i ended up going back to inland auto a few weeks later and purchasing the original truck i drove there. they took care of the financing for me and got me a pretty good deal that i was happy and comfortable with it. and once again, throughout this whole process Gary listened to me and did not try to sell me false hopes or products that i did not want or need.
